It was a beautiful 3/3 condo with a convenient walk to the ocean and a fully equipped kitchen.

Great condo, good location, family friendly

Overall it was a good experience. Condo was clean and spacious (we had 10 people). Good location and the complex was very well kept. I would definitely stay again.

The perfect getaway

We shared this property with friends from out of state (we live in FL) and it was perfect! There were many little amenities such as games, beach items and beach towels that were so nice to have already there for our use.

We enjoyed our stay but thought that a little more information about the amenities that were available and also the route to the beach could have been better explained so that we could have been more prepared once we got onsite

New Smyrna Beach wedding weekend

The condo was gorgeous, spacious and comfortable, just as advertised. Beautiful views of the nature preserve, and the sound of the ocean. Everything we needed was provided, except for dish soap. Found a bottle of hand soap refill under the kitchen sink that we thought was dish soap, and it worked.

Awesome 3 bedroom/3 bath unit

There was plenty of room for 8. The doubles in the 3rd bedroom was great and the bathrooms were very nice. The unit had everything needed for a vacation at the beach. Plenty of towels, chairs, umbrellas, and a cart to get stuff back and forth to the beach. Rooms were large and comfortable throughout. Pool and exercise area was well kept and open for plenty of time to use. We would definitely rent again!!!

Amazing stay

Let me start by saying that our stay was fantastic. Communication was clear and precise. Check in process was simple. This home was clean and tidy. Beautiful views off the balcony and partial of the ocean from the front. Home was big enough for 8 of us to fit and live comfortably for the week we were there. Only problem was that the elevator was out of service so walking up 6 floors was rough. Homeowner communicated with us about our stay and even purchased another umbrella for us to use while there. Overall our stay was amazing and recommended anyone to stay as well.

It was awesomely gorgeous!!!!

I don’t even know where to start. The rooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything imaginable to cook with. I am OCD when it comes to cleanliness, but this placed passed my test. There was things for the beach. You really only need to bring yourselves because this place has everything, I wish this place was up for sale because I definitely would try to purchase it. GREAT CONDO!!! Will surely stay again and again😎😎😎

Excellent Place to stay

The unit was just as advertised. It was very clean! Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise. Only a 7 minute walk to the ocean, 10 minutes if you are pushing a cart. The unit has beach towels to use and some other beach items, i.e. - chairs, tent, and push cart to help carry it all. You will need some items like, dish soap (not everything will be washed in the dish washer), washing machine detergent, toilet paper and paper towels. There are 2 pools on the property, which was nice. The only negative was that the internet / cable was not very good (it kept going out), but I am not sure that was the unit's fault and not the provider's fault. Overall, we had an excellent time.

Everything as expected which was great. A word of caution if you are used to bringing a trailer....as of 1/1/21 trailers are no longer allowed to be stored on the grounds.

Great Week at the Beach

The property is very spacious and well maintained. Great view from the balcony. Plenty of “beach stuff” (chairs, umbrellas, wagon, etc.) to make a fun day by the ocean very easy.

Family vacation

This was our second time staying at Oceanwalk and the first time at this condo.. This condo was clean and very spacious....3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We will definitely be looking at renting this condo again.

Bad experience overall

They have absolutely no items except for towels. No dishwasher pods, no detergent pods or liquid, no essential washroom items, no trash bags. Has multiple rules which we get to know after booking it with a check-in document. Beach is atleast a 15 minute walk. Had a very thick blanket without being able to change the temperature below 74°. We were sweating as we could not even open the doors for ventilation as they told that the outside humid air spoils the *furniture*. We had to buy trash bags, dishwasher pods and detergent pods from publix nearby. Not the stay I expected.

While all properties have a starter kit, our check-in documents state that guests need to either bring or purchase these items for their stay. Great Location

The condo was large and comfortable. There were 8 ladies in our party and we had plenty of bedroom space and bathrooms. Sitting on the balcony was so peacefully it felt like we were looking down into a forest. The condo was quiet and the parking was easy. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Perfect Rental!

This rental was perfect for our family vacation! Everything in this condo in extremely clean, up to date, and well taken care of. The kitchen was stocked with all of the cooking tools we needed. Each room has a television and the beds are very comfortable. The living area was large and great for our whole family to spend time together. This condo is a short walk from the beach and overlooks a beautiful estuary. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Clean and spacious.

Clean, updated and comfortable for our party of four adults. Well equipped kitchen. Instructions were unclear regarding parking and pool passes. I suspect some updating is needed. We found it unusual that dishwasher, dishwashing and laundry soap wasn’t provided. No Kleenex and one roll of paper toweling. In the bathrooms, we were provided one roll of extra toilet paper. Instructions were to buy our own. While I understand not wanting to provide more consumables than are necessary, we found the approach off-putting. Enough for the visit should be provided, and in my experience, are by other owners. At a very minimum since guests are required to do laundry, the soap to do it should be provided.

We LOVE Ocean Walk! This is the best unit we have ever stayed in!

This is our 8th year at Ocean Walk! It was fabulous. Unit 9-604 is one of the nicest, fully equipped, and comfortable condos we have rented in the association. Thank you for a great week!
