Un immacolato 3 camere da letto, 3 bagno di casa pieno stile ranch su una bella acri privato a Orleans, questa casa è perfetta per intrattenere ed è una grande casa per le vacanze.

Il primo piano ha una grande camera familiare con un camino a gas e soffitto della cattedrale, una sala sole, e una nuova cucina con elettrodomestici in acciaio inox e ripiani in granito. La sala da pranzo è adiacente alla cucina e ha un tavolo che può ospitare comodamente 8 persone.

La veranda si apre su un 340 piedi quadrati. Ponte in mogano con 2 tende retrattili. Il ponte conduce ad un ampio patio in pietra con un giro pozzo del fuoco a gas e una costruito in cucina all'aperto, tra cui grill a gas e lavandino. È qui che avviene la divertente! Lasciate che i bambini giocano nel parco giochi abitudine tutto legno con pavimento in gomma tagliuzzato mentre vi rilassate intorno al firepit.

La recente costruzione, ampia cantina ha un ulteriore 3 vani con una seconda camera familiare, una palestra e un nuovissimo bagno / lavanderia. C'è anche una camera da letto nel seminterrato (con finestre) che potrebbe essere utilizzato per spazio aggiuntivo. Si prega di chiedere per società di noleggio di lenzuola e asciugamani, se non si desidera portare il proprio. Non forniamo lenzuola o asciugamani.

Un grande viale circolare rende questa grande casa per più auto e divertente ... Sentitevi liberi di utilizzare le sedie a sdraio, giochi da tavolo e giochi da spiaggia.

Perfectly Positioned

The house had literally everything we could have needed. Lots of space for us to chill after hitting the bayside beaches (10 minute drive). Perfect location, as we like to hit Chatham, Orleans, Brewster & Harwich for eats and shopping.

Perfect Cape Cod Family Vacation House

Just a wonderful house! Close to everything. With a great back yard for the kids. The owner was especially nice, offering us an extra day because the weather was poor. Great experience!

Beautiful, well appointed home in Orleans for a great stay on Cape Cod. The swing set was an amazing perk for families with young children. Outdoor living space and shower were great additions.

Best family spot on the cape!

WOW! This property was beautiful and so family-friendly! The house is spacious and updated, and the kitchen had everything we needed (even specialty cooking tools, etc.) Bunk beds for the kids were just right. Patio with a grill and fire pit.... heavenly! And even a yard space where our boys played baseball. Michael had everything ready for us at check-in, and the location couldn't have been better. So many sights and beaches within a short drive. It felt like a family home, very warm and welcoming. I can't recommend this property enough!

Wonderful stay!

Clean, well stocked home perfect for our family of five. Plenty of space both inside and outside and the kids loved the backyard with lots of room to play games and enjoy the play set. Great location makes it easy to get to beaches, restaurants, and shops in Orleans, Harwich and Chatham. On a main road but the house is set back from the road with lots of trees and a semi circular driveway. Communication with the owner was excellent and he provided lots of info about the house, area, etc before we arrived. We had an great week at this home!

Amazing House and Property

Upon arrival, the owner, Michael, had a welcome basket w/wine, beach toys etc., and a personalized note. What a nice touch! The home is beautiful, clean and has a great layout. The backyard is wonderful. Huge yard, plenty of seating, great grill station and gas fire pit to around. The property location is perfect, a short drive to Chatham and a short drive to the Cape Cod National Seashore beaches. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Cape Cod. Michael is a wonderful host.

Great Stay!

Impressive open floor plan and the best back yard of any property we’ve stayed at on Cape Cod! Located in between Orleans and Chatham with easy access to Skaket and Nauset, our two favorite beaches, and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The property was clean, modern and had many household amenities not found in all properties. The owner was very easy to contact and responsive and check in was simple. Would highly recommend!

Excellent Stay

Terrific house for a family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone. The backyard is the best. Has a nice big gas fire pit to enjoy and a swing set for the little ones. Michael was very responsive to any question that I had. Can’t wait to return.

Great Cape location

This was a great property in a fantastic Cape location. The house is much bigger than it appears. It was extremely clean and inviting and well-stocked. The backyard is a plus with a large seating area and big grill. Orleans is a great central location to all great things on the Cape. Michael was a great responsive host!

Amazing Cape Cod Getaway!

We had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful South Orleans home situated perfectly with nearby access to Skaket beach, Pilgrim lake, Orleans and Chatham. The layout of the house, inside and out, was just what our family needed to relax. Our kids (8 and 4) played on the outdoor play set for hours. The large lawn was ideal for badminton! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and dining outside with full bbq and awesome fire pit was dreamy. Michael was incredibly responsive and Check-In/Check-Out were seamless. We highly recommend this great rental property!! Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect house!

Amazing property that has absolutely everything a family needs. While it is on a busier street, it is set back and road noise is minimal while enjoying the back yard. Super convenient to all locations!

This wonderful Orleans house

My family had a wonderful time.. Beautiful home, decorated with class. Bedrooms were big and plenty of comfortable beds. House is very well kept. Kitchen Is beautiful and came stocked with some everyday items. Outdoor kitchen was amazing. BBQ is huge. This came in handy when we cooked a fish dinner outside. Plenty of outdoor seating for all. Property also has two hammocks that my family enjoyed very much. Finished Basement Is set with two queen beds. Which we didn’t need for a party of 4. Laundry room in basement was great. Garage has everything we needed for the beach. Umbrella could use an upgrade. Property is in a great location. House Is set back away from road, which blocks road noise. We will definitely be back next year. From a family who loves watching TV at night the selection was not great. Remotes a little difficult to use.

Great house, well maintained

We had a great week at this house - there's so much to like. Lots of living space, plenty of sleeping space as well. Interior, exterior and furniture are high quality, tasteful and well-maintained. Kitchen is compact but the island gives enough prep space and the equipment is strong. Huge grill and the outdoor sink and counter space are great, and the large patio table is perfect for the large group you will need to fill all those bedrooms. Some nice touches in the typical "rental house" accessories like arts and craft materials and the usual board games and beach equipment. The fire pit is lovely and there is plenty of grass in addition to the play structure for little ones. There is recycling, which we often don't find on the Cape. Very strong Central A/C. Owner is very responsive and helpful. The location is good - close to beaches and multiple ponds and the convenience of Orleans shopping. Not very walking- or biking-friendly on Rt 28, though fortunately you can't really hear the traffic being set back so far. We did have some battles with the living room TV and our streaming device. For a large group / extended family that doesn't mind driving everywhere, it's hard to imagine a better house.

A Perfect Escape to the Cape!

My family and I have rented many vacation homes on the Cape, but this one far exceeds the rest! This lovely home is ultra clean, spacious, super comfortable, and has everything one would want in a beach home. The kitchen is well stocked, and the beautiful deck/patio area with the outdoor kitchen and gorgeous fire pit is perfect for nightly family gatherings. We were able to easily access the beaches, lakes, and bike trail from the house as well. Michael was also extremely helpful, accommodating, and available throughout the entire rental process. From the very organized binder with a wealth of information about the house & The Cape to his quick responses via text messages, he made it easy for us to have a fun filled family vacation. I highly recommend renting his home. It will have everything you need and more! Thanks for a relaxing vacation, Michael. We look forward to renting from you in the future.

Pictures don't do it justice

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is amazingly spacious both inside and out. The rooms are bigger than appear in the photos. The backyard is fully equipped with something for all everyone- jungle gym, hammocks, gas fire pit, ample seating and extensive grilling area. We stayed here with 5 family members ( a toddler and two teenagers) and had extended family visit for a couple days and everyone was able to spread out and have their own space. The owner is very responsive. We brought our bikes and drove to the rail trail which is in Orleans Center (about 5 miles away). It is set back from the road and has a lot of land.

Comfortable, private, great for a family

Michael takes great care of this home. It's spacious and impeccably clean. The house is stocked with things like olive oil and paper products, and these were appreciated. The outdoor space is nicely thought out. Loved the fire pit but only used it once, as the days and nights were hot. We especially appreciated the stock of beach chairs and toys in the garage! The house is a short drive from both bay and ocean beaches, and several supermarkets. Michael also provided a binder of helpful information, restaurant recommendations, etc. I needed to contact him a couple of times and he got back to me immediately. Everyone in my family loved the property. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Michael!

Third year and counting! Gets better every year!

This property is a must see if you are staying with a big family on the Lower Cape! The location couldn’t be better with easy access to Orleans, Chatham, and beyond. Skaket and Nauset Beaches are about five to ten minutes away and there are plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The property itself is immaculate with plenty of space for everyone. Kids are not an afterthought as a huge playground is outside and there are games, books, and DVDs for the kids and adults to enjoy inside. Speaking of outside, there is a massive outdoor kitchen and fire pit with tons of seating on a 2 level deck and patio. Relax even more and read a book or nap in one of two hammocks. Back inside the kitchen is stocked with good quality dishes and utensils to cook anything you need. Finally, the owners couldn’t be more responsive and helpful to your needs. The best of the best

I’ve stayed at this amazing house for three straight years and it’s just the best. The bedrooms are spacious and the outdoor space (grill and deck and fire pit) is always the highlight of our stay. We never leave Looney Dunes without confirming our Memorial Day stay for the following year. The owners are responsive to any communication (we didn’t have any issues during our stay) and always a pleasure to deal with. See you next year!

Perfect Cape get away for the whole family.

My family and I stayed in Orleans for a week in August. We’ve rented a few different houses in the area over the years. None of them could compare to this one. From the moment you walk in, you know the owners are welcoming you into their home. Everything is thought out. The house is set up and decorated with love and care. It was impeccably clean and neat. It has everting you could think of and more. All you need, is to bring your bags and you are on vacation! The owners were easy to reach when we had questions. They also had great suggestions for some new restaurants in the area that we haven’t tried before. Sir Crickets and Sunbird are a few of our favorite little places. Captain Linnell’s never dissapoints! We highly recommend this property and hope to be back in a near future.

Perfect getaway!

This place is awesome! I've come here every Memorial Day for the past several years and it is truly the perfect place to getaway with either friends or family. The house is nicely set back from the road for privacy while you enjoy the yard, fire pit, and grill in the outside kitchen The house is spacious and homey, and never does it feel like a typical vacation rental. It's easy to head to the beach or into town, or gain access to the bike trail. I will definitely be coming back next year too!

Never Dissappoints!

I have been staying here for three years, and it just keeps getting better. This family obviously cares about their home because when my family and I arrive, there's always something new or different to look forward to! My kids love to check out the whole house as soon as we get there and play a game to try and figure out what's different from the last time we stayed here. This year, beautiful new floors throughout, updated master bathroom, new landscaping. We used to stay at a different house every year just to try something new - this is the first house we've ever repeat-stayed in our 15 years of coming to Orleans. This is our third year, and we don't plan on going anywhere else.

This place was everything we were looking for, the mini playground was a great feature for the kids after a day at the beach and the adults spent every night out by the fire talking about the days past and making plans for the days ahead.

Well Beyond Expectations!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Up on arrival, Michael has left our family a welcome basket which included tons of information for our trip. Everything in this house is well designed from the sunroom with skylights to the expansive outdoor entertaining area. The floorplan is wide open which is a rarity for Cape Cod homes and we never once felt crowded in this house. The outdoor kitchen was a wonderful plus with a HUGE built in grill to accommodate even the largest family meals. The outdoor play set was well built, safe, and very popular with my 3 year old son. He loved the slide and the swings. Back inside the kitchen was well appointed with a lot of room for storage, preparation and serving. A large dining room table accommodates many people as does the very large sectional sofa in the living room. Whether questions about the property or the area, Michael was very responsive and attended to all of our needs. I am not one to go to the same place twice, but this may be the first time I do, as our family is already thinking about a repeat trip next year. The area is very relaxing and not as crowded as some other spots on the Cape and yet there is still plenty to do in a very small radius. We couldn't have asked for more and had a fabulous time. We will be back!

Perfect Vacation House

My family had an amazing time at this house! It was clean, modern and kid friendly. The outdoor setup was gorgeous! The kids could play on the swing set while the adults enjoyed the patio. The owner was also wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!!
