Downtown Drift sounds like it gave you that rare combination of comfort, character, and convenience. We’re especially happy the meticulous cleanliness and Arcata location stood out, and that the beautiful old tree across the street became part of the charm. Knowing the home felt like a true home away from home is the kind of compliment we love to receive.

Awesome cozy house in Arcata. This was one of our stops from our roadtrip up to Oregon from Los Angeles. After staying in cottages in Carmel and Mendocino it was nice to have the relaxing feeling of a house. Our dog enjoyed the yard a lot for roaming. Hope to return. Highly recommend if you are considering staying here.

Fantastic host with plenty of information about the property and the area. The property was quaint and within walking distance of downtown with no shortage of dining or entertainment opportunities. Host was very timely with communication and kept visitors in-the-know about cleaning schedules or other work being done on and around the property. I would travel to any of this host’s properties again without question.
