Posizione eccellente !! Situato nel quartiere più desiderabile di Coeur d'Alene, di fronte al City Park ea pochi passi dalla City Beach, dal Coeur d'Alene Resort e dal centro. Ottima posizione per i partecipanti e i fan di Ironman in quanto la nostra casa si trova di fronte al parco dove si svolgono le feste di Ironman. Bella casa ristrutturata con 5 camere da letto e 2 bagni situata in una delle zone più ambite di Coeur d'Alene, lo storico Fort Grounds, con il piano principale completamente ristrutturato. (10-12 posti letto) comodamente. Solo 1 1/2 isolati dal parco cittadino / spiaggia e attività del centro. 3 piani con grande sala bonus al piano superiore e cantina completa. Soggiorno, sala da pranzo formale e mangiare in cucina. Nuovi pavimenti in legno di bambù, nuova vernice, nuovi elettrodomestici da cucina interamente in acciaio inossidabile, cabina doccia al piano principale e combinazione doccia / vasca con vasca idromassaggio nel seminterrato. Veranda coperta coperta e chiusa sul retro / fango con barbecue a gas e set patio per il divertimento del cortile. Internet wireless, TV via cavo, DVD e tutti i comfort di casa. 2 posti auto nel vialetto, 1 dietro la casa. e 2 permessi di parcheggio per parcheggio in strada e parcheggio per barca nel cortile recintato. Cammina per tutto il centro. Passeggia lungo Sherman Avenue per ottimi ristoranti, bar, gallerie d'arte, boutique uniche e shopping. Assicurati di visitare alcuni dei nostri negozi preferiti, "All Things Irish", "Christmas at the Lake", "Figpickles Toy Store" per quei souvenir e regali unici e fermati da Hudson's, un must del Coeur d'Alene, per hamburger premiati . Wonderful home

We had a fairly large group of family members who wanted to find the perfect place to enjoy. This home met all of our expectations and we had a wonderful experience. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Even though the home is older it was immaculate, clean, fresh linens, no weird smells everything was great. We enjoyed sitting outside for meals, kids loved the man cave and even though there are only 2 bathrooms we made it work. Would absolutely stay here again!

A Perfect Thanksgiving Weekend

There is absolutely Nothing that has not been considered or thought of by the owners of this home. You can literally come with your clothes and a toothbrush! We met our adult children/family ( WA-MT) here for the Thanksgiving weekend, and the layout was perfect .My husband I on main level and all kids on lower where there are 3 bedrooms and bath. The upper floor, Extremely comfortable "man cave" was a terrific gathering place for all of them. The location couldn't be more perfect with just a very short walk to parks and town. We will definitely return when we have the opportunity to all be together again.

Sweet Place to Stay as a Family

Our family of 12 truly enjoyed our time in this well-equipped home. The location and layout were perfect for us. The Owners ensured that everyone was provided for including toys, books and games for big and little kids. The kitchen is well-equipped, which meant we didn’t need to bring a thing except for food. The location was perfect — we walked to the beach and three parks. A great time was had by all!

Great location. Warm and accommodating home.

The home was just what we needed and the location spectacular. It was clean, accommodating and had many extra touches- cozy blankets, great kitchen utensils, bowls, blender, pots/pans... things you don’t count on being there but because they are it causes spontaneous moments of surprise and appreciation- pleasantly contributing to the overall experience. We had some toddlers and infants and the layout of the rooms ended up being perfect for nap and quiet time. The upstairs lounge with a great selection of current movies and plenty of space to knock around allowed for the littles to play and watch movies, giving the bigs the space and ambiance to enjoy each other’s company, while maxing out on college football. Even though the weather was cold and rainy, we were so close to the Christmas parade, lighting and fireworks that we could enjoy basically out the front door. Jo-Dee was very responsive and accommodating to a couple of our requests- we so appreciated that. We look forward to staying here during future family get togethers.

Our very large family loved everything about this home!

The whole family agreed that this was the ideal vacation home that everyone wanted. It was well equipped with all the necessary things needed. It was close to the park,resort,and playground.The backyard was relaxing after a full day on the water.We had forgotten 2 pillows at the rental on our return home and Jodee quickly mailed them back to us! We will definitely stay at Jodee Gancaycos home when we visit Coeurdalene again. THANK YOU JODEE FOR MAKING OUR VACATION A DELIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

Perfect

Such a great home for a large family gathering. Easy walking distance to the marina and downtown shopping. The house was festively decorated for the July 4th holiday and was very clean. Jo Dee made all the arrangements so easy. She was very responsive. Definitely plan to go back.

The property is very nice. Close two minute walk to a beautiful park and five minute walk to down town. The house is beautiful and very homey. The home was like living in our own home and Jo-Dee and her husband made us feel very welcome. I would definitely stay there again

Beautiful family home!

Thank you Jo-dee and family for sharing your beautiful home with our family. We were in town for a baby shower at a nearby park with our extended, multi generation family group. The patio was great for gathering and the bedroom set up worked very well for the group. Each bedroom is nicely appointed and private which we appreciated. The dining toom worked great for our family card games and the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved sitting on the front porch in the morning for a quiet cup of coffee! Thanks again. We will be back!

Nice house - great location

Nice house, close to the beach and the city park. There was a great shaded play area at the park where the kids spent a lot of time. The house had a well stocked kitchen. It had most any appliance you can think of. We had a plumbing problem but the owners took care of it and got it resolved in a reasonable amount of time. I would stay here again.

A great location and a lovely home.

Don't let the modest exterior put you off. This home, and I say home instead of house, because that is what it felt like, fit 10 of us very comfortably. I can not think of any amenities we lacked. We were visiting the area for a family reunion, and a mistake booking for one of our family dinners (I had booked for a week too early) had caused a little bit of crisis. The property has a versatile and large back patio and with Jo-Dee's (the owner) approval we threw a lovely dinner for 50 people on the patio. I will always be grateful to Jo-Dee for letting us do that. Don't miss this home away from home, if you are in need of lodging in the Coeur D'Alene area.

Perfect!

What an amazing spot! Brilliant house with everything you could possibly need. Fantastic location next to parks and shopping/dining. Perfect for multiple families, groups and kids. Lovely hosts who even had a stroller for our toddler. Thank you, Jo-Dee and Danny!

Felt like being at home!

5 queen beds, each in a private room, one with a bunk bed room attached, 4 fully furnished gathering places within.....perfect accommodations for our family reunion. There were toys & books for the littles even. Bonus was all the kitchen accoutrements & laundry room. House is clean & modern. The location is superb for staying downtown and near the lake & park. Would definitely rent again.

A surprisingly roomy, comfortable and entirely updated property that is superbly located.

We rented this property for a family vacation between Christmas and New Year's. It is a very roomy home that has a completely updated interior. There was more than enough room to sleep all eight of us comfortably and two large, modern bathrooms. We also enjoyed the upstairs "bonus" room that has several large couches and a big screen TV. Off street parking is more than adequate. The kitchen is very functional and well-equipped. This property is well located in C d' A close to the beach, the city parks, the bike path as well as N. Idaho College's campus. It would be an excellent choice for rental in any season. It is an easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops as well, weather permitting. We would certainly consider renting this property again when visiting C d' A.

Great Place for Family Thanksgiving!

My family lives in Montana, Washington and Idaho so CDA was a perfect meeting place for our Thanksgiving vacation together. The home was very welcoming, complete with beautiful fall decor. The kitchen was very well equipped and the appliances were outstanding. All of the beds were very comfortable as well. The bonus room upstairs was perfect for watching football and playing board games. The outside porch was appreciated so we had a place for our pups to hang out after they had played outside. We were able to walk to the lake from the house and even play some basketball on the nearby courts. JoDee made herself available by phone for our few questions. I would highly recommend this house for anyone wanting to spend time in CDA!

Beautiful home! Would stay here again in an instant!

My family and I travelled to CDA as I was tackling my first full IronMan. We arrived to Jo-Dee and Danny waiting to greet us and give us a tour of their home - a very nice touch! Their home was perfect! A block away from IronMan village and transition. Who could ask for anything better for the training days up to the race and race day! It was also perfect for the family on race day as they just had to walk to the race - no fighting for parking. During the race they were able to wander back to the house for lunch and to cool down in the air conditioning. We had a party of 5 and a pug :) their home was spacious and beautiful! The small touches really set it apart! Two bottles of welcoming wine (enjoyed after the race;), a basket full of healthy goodies, a bag of treats for our dog and a bottle of champagne to celebrate with my race! They had supplies in the pantry (coffee creamer, coffee, salt pepper, etc) that we had full access to, right down to being able to watch Netflix during down time. A spacious backyard was perfect for our dog as well as provided lots of parking and access to their gas grill. The jacuzzi tub was a blessing after my race! It truly is the perfect location being within walking distance of the beach, parks and the shops and restaurants down Sherman St. When our stay was over I even received an email congratulating me on my race and the time I finished. They pay attention to the little details that make a huge difference in ones stay. They are the perfect hosts! My family and I will be back and will most definitely be contacting Jo-Dee to use this home again. Jaimie Mimbs As one of the 'party of 5' (Jaimie's Mom) I can only echo everything Jaimie spoke to above. Jo-Dee and Danny are very gracious hosts and available at a moment's notice through text or phone call. It was a pleasure having the opportunity to meet them upon our arrival. Their home was spotless when we arrived - we tried to leave it in a similar condition! Certainly within comfortable walking distance of amenities. Not a lot of opportunity to try out the various restaurants since the focus was on healthy eating & early to bed in continued preparation for race day. The one we did eventually try was wonderful - think it was called Un-chained. The listing description was definitely accurate with respect to location, layout, etc. Lovely accommodation, very comfortable beds, highly recommend. - Linda Bojarski

Family Home in Great Location CDA

We shared a wonderful vacation with our 11 family members at this great home located in the heart of Coeur d' alene. (CDA) Walking distance to restaurants, beach and activities, (Bikes, paddle boards, boats etc... Clean, loaded kitchen, and a great room suitable for all to sit around and watch the Olympics. Owners very friendly and there to help with any requests we had (very few).

Exceptionally Well Stocked and Clean

Lovely 5 BR with bonus bunk bedroom! Man cave upstairs was large and comfortable for TV or games. Kitchen had everything you might need and the linen closet and pantry were very well stocked. Plenty of parking, located close a park, beach, downtown and hiking. Definitely recommend for your family vacation!

Absolutely PERFECT

Our family of 6 decided this was one of our favorite vacations and we plan to return! This house was perfect for our busy bunch. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the entire house was updated and beautiful. The owners provided a ton of extras to make the stay more convenient. We really appreciated the coffee and the kitchen being supplied with seasonings, paper plates and every pot, pan or utensil you could ask for. We have an 18 month old and brought our own portable crib and stroller. However the owners had a portable crib and stroller available along with baby gates! The backyard being closed in was great for her to run around especially while we BBQ. The house is perfectly placed across the street from the park so we spent every morning drinking our coffee while the little ones enjoyed the beautiful park! With where this house is located we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Location is always so important to us because we don't want th production of packing up the car to do anything. We LOVED the upstairs loft! It was so comfortable and has a TON of movies to choose from. We plan to rent this house again in the future... We absolutely loved our time there.

The home is well described and accurate on the VRBO site. It's a beautiful home, recently remodeled and well furnished. Very clean and well maintained. Well Appointed with Great Location

Our family of 8 stayed in this lovely house over Memorial Day weekend. It is a 3 level house so you do have to be able to do stairs although there are two bedrooms and an additional room with bunk beds on the main level if that is a problem for part of your group. The location is excellent, easy walking distance to lake and downtown. The park is nearby as well. The kitchen was so well stocked, everything you could possibly need. The owner provided coffee and cream for the single service coffee maker as well. It has a nice enclosed backyard with a good BBQ and outdoor table set. The upstairs TV room was great for watching movies and the owner has a nice collection to choose from. The bedroom situation is great for a large group with queen beds in 5 bedrooms. It is hard to find that many bedrooms with queen beds and it worked perfectly. The bedding was also clean and fresh. The bathrooms are all recently remodeled and the owner provided plenty of nice fluffy white towels. We were greeted when we arrived and given a tour and made to feel at home. We would recommend this property for a large group or family event.

The owner was so very understanding and prompt in making a full refund for our trip. After we had booked our trip for a prime week in the Summer, we learned that one of our parties was unable to attend. We notified the owner and she was so great about quickly responding and providing a full refund. We would definitely consider this home again! Thanks.

Danilo & Jo-Dee Gancayco welcome you to our lovely home in beautiful Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Jo-Dee grew up in Coeur d'Alene and after moving to California at the ripe age of 12, vacationed here with family almost every year. After marrying Danilo, he also fell in love with the area and the people and we knew we wanted a home here. In 2010 we purchased this home in the historic Fort Grounds as a vacation home for others to enjoy all that Coeur d'Alene has to offer as much as we do. Many people have referred to the area as "God's Country". If you are fortunate to visit the area, you will understand why. We hope you enjoy are home and beautiful town as much as we do.

IT IS CENTRAL TO WHAT MAKES CDA SO AMAZING THAT DRAWS PEOPLE FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD TO THIS BEAUTIFUL LITTLE GEM TUCKED IN THE GORGEOUS NORTHWEST.
