Bret has a spectacular home and the best location on the lake. We have stayed here many times and the family just loves it. We will be back.

Great weekend getaway!

This house was very clean with plenty of games to occupy the kids and adults. We were very pleased with how clean to the hot tub was, even the filter to it was clean. We will most definitely be returning!

Family vacation 2024

Absolutely perfect and unreal for a large family. Dock for our boats, deck platform for swimming and sun bathing, kayaks, paddleboards, disc golf, indoor games. Fishing was great as well

We have been going to Lake Nottely since our kids were little. We have never stayed in the same house twice, but this was our second time here. We love the house and it has numerous games/ activities to keep everyone busy.

Another great vacay at this house!

We had a great time here for the second summer in a row. The location is great, the lake is beautiful, and the property has something to offer everyone. Bret is quick to respond to any questions and we had no issues! See you next year!

Great week with family!

This lake house has it all and is perfect for families! It’s our second summer visit and we loved both of them. Lots of toys to enjoy in the water,fun game room for nite time, hot tub,and cozy firepit. Cornhole provided hours of friendly family competition! Great owners too. Highly recommend this relaxing spot on a gorgeous, mountain lake.

Best weekend getaway!

Bret was very easy to communicate with and was incredibly friendly! This lake house was such a dream! There were so many activities for us to do day and night. I feel like the pictures didn’t do it justice because it was so beautiful and had everything we needed. We had the absolute best time and hope to return again soon!

Amazing accomodations with all of the bells, whistles,games and water toys.

Second time here with my unusually large family. Beautiful home with indoor and outdoor things to do. Lovely waterfront home on deep water with a Mountain View. Will certainly book again. The owners are friendly and helpful. Five stars!!

Wonderful lakehouse

Everything was as wonderful as advertised about the property. Beautiful location. There was plenty of space for our family. We enjoyed the fire pit at nights! We made use of the marina which was just around the corner from the property. The property owner was very personable and available to answer any questions. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend. Thanks Bret for giving us an awesome family getaway!

Wonderful!

The house was everything we hoped. There was something for everyone. The younger enjoyed being in and on the water. The men enthusiastically tried fishing. The kitchen even was suited for the gourmet chefs in our group. We’ll be back!

Family reunion

This home is spectacular. It was full of so many great things for all ages of kids and adults alike. We easily rented a boat from the Nottely Marina for our stay; the lake was beautiful and not crowded. We swam off the dock, paddle boarded and kayaked around the cove, made s'mores, played lawn games. It was terrific. House and property were even better than the pictures. Highly recommend.

Family July 4th trip

Wonderful! We had everything we needed for a great week. The kids/teens loved all of the space, the games, paddle boards, kayaks and jumping off of the top of the dock! Communication with Bret was top-notch! Great Lake location and effortless check-in/check-out. An added bonus was being able to watch fireworks from the top of the dock. There was definitely something for everyone!! We have stayed in this area many times and this was by far one of the best properties we have ever stayed!

Fun Getaway

We had a great time and we’re impressed with the property! The bunk room was great for multiple families of kids. We were surprised at the top floor rooms not having their own ceiling - gap from walls up to the pitch - so we were conscientious about light and noise for those couples. Everything was clean and in working order. Bret was a pleasure to communicate with. Thanks for a fun getaway!

Family Christmas

This was the first time we decided to rent a cabin in the mountains for our family Christmas. Everything you would need was available, from a well-stocked kitchen of pots and pans to casserole dishes and cookie sheets. The space was amazing inside the house. The adults and older children enjoyed taking the boat out to do some fishing, while others enjoyed sitting outside by the fire. All in all, we had a great time and couldn't ask for a better host. Thank you, Bret and your family, for allowing us the pleasure of renting your mountain home. T. Merritt

Pricey

Beautiful property that is sadly neglected. Property owners were nice but lots of stains, damaged wood, land erosion and refrigerator downstairs was not working. Unfortunately, we did not realize it until the next day when we lost a bunch of chicken and beef we brought for the week. Many sheets and towels smelled like mildew. Spent almost half for a rental last year in Hiawassee that was 5 star.

Family Thanksgiving

Beautiful cabin right on the lake. We enjoyed celebrating thanksgiving here. Highly recommend if you’re entertaining or have a large family. I was also pleasantly surprised how comfortable the bunk beds were as that’s where my small family camped out for the weekend. The guys enjoyed fishing & the ladies enjoyed drinking wine with breath taking views. Also the location was spot on. Just 20 mins to both Blairsville & Blue Ridge. 10/10 recommend

Amazing Weekend Mountain Getaway

We left the city life in Atlanta to getaway for the weekend during our son’s Fall break and had the best time in this lake house. We were a family of 7 adults, three kids under 6, and an infant. Everyone had plenty of space! The view is beautiful too! We loved the gameroom, going out on the canoes and making s’mores at the fire pit. The main town of Blairsville is cute and quaint. We were able to attend a local festival which was fun. Most everything is a 20 min. drive and 35 min to the bigger town of Blue Ridge. We liked being away from the city in this remote neighborhood, super quiet and great for our dogs to run around too. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!

Perfect Mountain Lake House

This is such a wonderful property. Located in a quiet cove with fantastic views. Great backyard with double decker dock, water toys, fire pit, ample seating, hot tub, etc. This was our 2nd stay in this house. We had 10 adults and were comfortable. Close to Nottely Boat Club for a pontoon rental. We also played golf with several courses nearby. There is a 2.5 mile scenic trail within close proximity as well. The owner, Bret, is easy to work with and wants the best for your stay. We will be back!
