Siamo situati in un resort privato e sicuro con giardini ben curati e maestose viste sull'oceano. Abbiamo accesso all'Oceano Atlantico, piscine, vasca idromassaggio e Myrtle Beach offre rinomati ristoranti, numerose attrazioni e attività, favolosi negozi e molto altro ancora per le tue vacanze !!

Beautiful Margate

Great location for vacation. Kingston plantation is gorgeous. Sand, sun and fun! This condo was perfect, loved the space!

Family weekend

The property fully accommodated our family. It was clean and well stocked. Was pleasantly surprised to see the griddle! We had French toast one morning. Leslie is an amazing host.

Comfortable Oceanfront

Just what we were looking for. The condo was right over the dunes with easy access to the beach. Leslie is a good communicator and checked in to make sure everything was all right. The bed was comfortable, the showers had plenty of pressure, and everything was as pictured. We truly enjoyed the comfortable outdoor furniture on the oversized balcony overlooking the ocean.

Perfect place at the Beach

Beautiful condo in Kingston Plantation. Safe and wonderful experience. Unit was well stocked. Steps to the beach. 3 large bedrooms and 2 large baths. Comfortable furniture inside and outside on the ocean front Balcony. 2 pools that were clean and monitored. Plenty of parking. Easy walk to Black Drum restaurant or the pier. Plenty of carts during check-in and Check-out. We will definitely rent again.

Nice place and location

This was my family and I first time in Myrtle Beach. We were so happy sitting on the balcony and being able to see the ocean, listen to the sound of the ocean. The pools were great and walking to the beach was easy. Getting on and off the resort location was not bad. I did like that there are grocery stores within a 5-7 minute drive from the condo. Leslie was fast to respond if I had a question. The condo was just as described.

Nice condo.

We had a nice stay. The decor in the condo is a little dated but is very clean and well cared for. The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans and there was enough tp, paper towels, soaps etc to get us through the week. The ocean view is beautiful and you can hear the music on the pier at night. We really enjoyed our stay. Our only hiccup was getting the information/keys for check-in. However, the owner was very responsive and quick to get us everything we needed. They made sure we could get in and had what we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Spring Break Family Trip

The check-in process was a breeze and the unit was as described. The unit is on the seventh floor with easy access to the beach. The oceanfront deck was expansive has spectacular views. The place was well stocked with hand soap, dish detergent, trash bags, tissue and paper towels. We would definitely stay again. We had a minor issue as the air filter needed to be changed and it was taken care of in less than thirty minutes.

Great view!

The view was amazing, from the window and the balcony. We were able to see the beach and was right above the swimming pools. It wasn’t too high up nor to low. Balcony was spacious. The agent was precise with directions to get to the room and trash chute. Agent responded in a timely manner when we ran out of toilet paper. I wld definitely book again.

It was nice, but dated. Need to update carpet, which never looks clean anywhere. Decor was dark and to me dated. We still had a wonderful time, I just like a more modern look and feel to where I stay.

Nice property with great ocean view and large balcony. Kitchen could be better stocked with cooking pots and pot holders. We had issues upon arrival with the air conditioning and internet that were addressed quickly.

Beautiful Property

Upon arrival, the property was open and inviting. It had everything you needed to cook and clean. The overall cleanliness was superb. The balcony was huge with a perfect oceanfront view. I highly recommend and will be returning soon!

Perfect Location and lovely condo.

The condo was even better than the pictures. We walked in and were immediately pleased with choosing this rental. Condo was clean and refreshing. There was plenty of room for our family of four (our children were 21 and 18). We loved the details of the wallpaper, furniture and furnishings. There is a large roomy bathroom with jetted bath that my wife loved - plenty of closet space. And best of all, the jaw-dropping view was just as advertised - excellent! I loved the extra-large, private patio - with nice patio furniture as well, perfect for breakfast with a view! The condo was located high but not too high - I enjoyed hearing the waves from the ocean and waterfall sounds from the pool below (it was very relaxing sitting on the patio in the evening with the water in the background - I could've sleep out there if there was a lounge). There was easy access to the beach which was an elevator ride down and right outside - it felt like the beach was at our back door. Convenient access to a parking garage as well. The neighbors were quiet (no kids running down the hallways!). Only issue experienced was the check-in - after driving all day, we arrived at 11pm and had not received information on how to access the condo which resulted in frustration trying to reach the owner - and VRBO was no help. We eventually got access after over a 30-minute wait thanks to the friendly and helpful security guard who just happened to know the property manager(?), luckily (believe me, being unsure if we'd have place to sleep for the night made 30 minutes of uncertainty feel like forever for me and my tired and antsy family). But once we finally got into the condo, our stay was smooth sailing. Overall, I would choose this condo in a return to Myrtle Beach in a heart beat. A great choice.

Amazing condo and property. Perfect location and great communication with owner.

Amazing property. Owner did everything she could to accommodate. We requested a slow-cooker and she ensured there was one there. Would, and will stay again in this condo. The Margate Towers at the Kingston Plantation is an exceptional property and is close to everything. The ladies/gentleman at the desk is always friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for a place to stay at North Myrtle Beach, this is the place to stay. You will not be disappointed. ~ The Collins Family

Quick Family Vacay!

Check-in process was easy, condo was excellent oceanfront but bed in the master had some sand in the sheets of for some reason. Communications with the owner was really good. Would stay again!

Great experience!

This property was a little slice of heaven! Communication from the property manager was very prompt when reserving the condo. First time at the margate tower and I could not have asked for any more. The property was very clean and well maintained. There is security desk in the lobby that is helpful in directing around the property and helpful recommendations on activities for the whole resort area. Free Parking was great with an attached parking garage. The kitchen was well stocked with any cooking utensils needed. The unit had a full sized washer and dryer that was great to clean laundry before returning home. There is plenty of seating and a full sized dining room table. This property is nice and quiet and the balcony has a great view of the ocean. This property is right next to the pier and easily accessible by walking over from the beach. It cost 2.00 to walk out on the pier and well worth it. There also live music at the property next door that can be experienced from the P1 level of the parking garage. It is close enough to see and hear but far enough away to be Socially distanced. The only friction that I experienced at the condo was the firm bed in the master suite. A 15.00 mattress topper from Walmart fixed that. Although a I was hesitant on the price of the rental…. I felt that I got my money’s worth. I would definitely stay here again and would fully recommend to my friends. Thank you!!!

Overall experience

This is a comfortable, spacious condo in a beautiful setting. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the oceanfront view is very nice. The property manager was very prompt in addressing an initial concern. Possibly it was because our stay was at the end of the season, minor concerns regarding general maintenance were noted. For example, the blanket in the primary bedroom was disintegrating; the fan blades needed cleaning. The windows in the living room are scratched. It would also have been nice to have check I'm detail provided without me having to ask. This was my first experience using Vrbo. Overall, the condo was perfect for my family.
