Sorry that there was low water pressure Tod, however, this was an isolated case resulting from an issue with the main water line to the complex.

Thank you once again for choosing to stay with us. Unfortunately, it seems as if my property and the complex fell short of your expectations. Although subjective, the embellishments in your review seems to reflect this; perhaps a case of buyer’s remorse! My property is a large, modest and moderately priced unit within a comparable resort complex and our pricing relative to similar properties on Paradise Island reflects this. The positive verbal and posted reviews we’ve received on this platform and others is a testament to this. We pride ourselves on cleanliness (hence the clean floors you’ve noted) and have never had any complaints in this area as evidenced in our previous reviews. We would never and have never provided rusted kitchenware (which are all relatively new). Notwithstanding, I will certainly work with my property manager and her cleaning team to investigate this and the other matters you’ve mentioned as a matter of urgency. If the pool was “frigid” as you’ve reported, it was likely due to the unusually colder weather system which impacted our area during your stay. Typically, only a few if any of the more upscale resorts in The Bahamas and in fact the region, have heated swimming pools. I trust that despite your experience, you had an enjoyable stay and wonderful vacation in The Bahamas.
