We had my daughter's bachelorette trip here and it was absolutely perfect. The host was very responsive, the house was clean, they left plenty of towels and toiletries. The house is also very close to the beach which was absolutely gorgeous.

Our family had a wonderful time and the house was perfect! 2 kitchens, plenty of bathrooms, amazing porches and decks and a pool. Perfect for what we needed!

great location!

close enough to bike to seaside- far enough away that the beach wasn’t crowded at all. the floor plan was perfect for multiple families. would absolutely stay here again!

Great place

Nice beech house, great location. Only two negatives, wi-fi router downstairs did not work well and it was a little small for our family.

Stay in Santa Rosa

This property was well managed and looked great upon arrival. The pool was nice however it took over 3 days to turn on the heat after the request and was still priced for the full stay. Amenities were nice. Overall was a great stay.

Great Location and House

We had a great stay, location could not have been better, had plenty of space. We enjoyed the pool and the ping pong table. Cleaners could have been more thorough.

Exactly What We Wanted

Very spacious for our family. The gaming systems were great for down time while we got dinner ready. The beach was great, and it was nice to come back to a heated pool. My family loved the house and definitely book it again.

Great location with a pool

When you go to the beach, there is nothing better than being ON the beach. This place is as close as it gets. Public beach access is a 2-3 minute walk. Location is great! Pool area is definitely the highlight of the house!

Family Friendly

This is a great location. Fabulous for a big group. It would be nice if they serviced the pool once during your stay to help maintain it. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

place was solid , a litttle dated and some of the poolside furniture was in decent shape at best , close to beach . quiet location , stairs upstairs were very steep almost uncomfortable steep. overall was nice would stay again

We rented this home for my family and extended family. We had 16 total guests. This home accommodated our needs and was in close proximity to the beach. The beach access has 54 stairs though so plan accordingly. The beach wasn’t crowded and had plenty of open space for our group. The house had a pool which was great for rainy days. It was cleaned on Wednesday and unusable Thursday due to chemicals. (No fault of theirs but poor timing) The sewer did back up while in the home but was quickly addressed by the management company. We also noticed the air had trouble keeping up upstairs especially when cooking. It got up to 76 while cooking daily. Not terrible but just a little uncomfortable. The WiFi in the home wasn’t super reliable but just made our teens get out and enjoy the weather outside. The stairs to the crows nest were very steep and best used for the young or brave at heart. Overall, we really enjoyed this home and felt it had everything we needed for our trip. The area was absolutely beautiful and there were many things within walking distance. The house is well stocked and had plenty of space. They have tons of games, puzzles, and books for you to enjoy. They had a few each chairs and toys to enjoy as well.

Wedding Group

We rented this house for a wedding and it worked out perfectly. The house has 5 bedrooms and plenty of places to sleep. All was clean and all supplies were there. Only complaint is that the beds were hard - some of us liked that and some of us didn't. = ) Would definitely stay there again.

Large Family Accommodations

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great accommodations for a large family and excellent location...beach access is just across the street! Just be aware that bunks have a 100 lb this can be a bit limiting for teen/preteen kiddos.

Great Location , perfect for a large group

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location on 30A, directly across the street from beach access, and Seaside is walking distance which was great for the older kids. Enjoyed having the upstairs and downstairs completely separated from each other, it allowed others in the group some privacy.

Perfect location

The property was perfect for our large group mixed with adults and kids. There are 2 kitchens and plenty of bathrooms and sleeping spaces which worked really well for our large group. The pool was great and we paid extra to heat it since the weather got cool during our trip. The cost was reasonable. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Besides the 2nd floor master and bathroom, the house is a bit dated but the location and size of the house was perfect and we had everything we needed.

Great Beach House, Better Location

Pros: The location is the best part of this house. You are a very short walk from the beach and the location feels secluded from the other houses. The backyard is great. Plenty of parking. Cons: The ground floor hot water would run out. Very few supplies left for us like paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry detergent.
