Siamo i nuovi proprietari di questa casa vacanza a Maui Vista # 3117. Goditi il nostro piccolo angolo di paradiso! Questo SUPER pulito, una camera da letto, un bagno è stato recentemente ristrutturato. Nel cuore di Kihei, sarai a pochi passi dalla bellissima Charley Young Beach, dalle famose spiagge di Kamaole 1, 2 e 3, e dalla famosa Cove Beach, da fantastici ristoranti, incredibili happy hour, negozi e molto altro. Amerai le 3 piscine private insieme ai 6 campi da tennis da campionato recentemente riasfaltati sulla proprietà. La cucina è completa di tutto il necessario per cucinare un ottimo pasto o un barbecue su una delle griglie a gas appena fuori dalla nostra unità. La cucina vanta nuovi bambù, armadi dalle linee morbide, piani di lavoro in granito, stufa elettrica piatta, forno, pentole / padelle, frullatore, caffettiera, Keurig e altro ancora. C'è anche una lavatrice / asciugatrice nuova di zecca nell'unità. Nel soggiorno, ti godrai la nuovissima TV a schermo piatto da 55 ", lettore dvd / blu ray e tv via cavo. Il comodo divano nuovo si apre su un letto queen size con un topper in memory foam. Il sopraelevato piano terra PRIVATO lanai ha un tavolo, ombrellone e 4 sedie in modo da poter gustare il caffè del mattino, pranzare o gustare un mai tai. La camera da letto principale ha un comodo letto queen size con un nuovissimo topper in memory foam, letti nuovi di zecca, un televisore, una grande cassettiera, comodini, un ventilatore a soffitto e un grande armadio. Il bagno completamente ristrutturato ha una cabina doccia, ripiani in granito, una doccia estraibile, nuovi asciugamani e un asciugacapelli. Non preoccuparti per gli attrezzi da spiaggia! Abbiamo nuovissime sedie Tommy Bahama, un ombrello, una ghiacciaia, una nuova tavola da boogie e giocattoli di sabbia. C'è anche un box portatile, se necessario. Forniamo anche wifi gratuito. C'è l'aria condizionata in tutta l'unità per tenerti bello e fresco. Amerai essere in grado di afferrare la tua attrezzatura da spiaggia e uscire dall'altra parte della strada per la bellissima Charley Young Beach. Un sacco di parcheggio gratuito e senza costi extra del resort! Come accennato, questa unità condominiale era precedentemente su VRBO con tutte le recensioni positive e molti ospiti di ritorno. Siamo i nuovi proprietari a partire da maggio 2018. Le nostre recensioni nell'ultimo anno dicono tutto!

My family (two adults and two children) had a fantastic stay at this condo in Kihei! The location was perfect - while we drove to most places, it's still within easy walking distance to several restaurants, shops, and beaches. My kids loved playing on the lanai during downtime and keyless entry made coming and going a breeze. The cute condo was super clean, cool with AC, and had a fully stocked kitchen, which made it easy to prep meals. Master bed was very comfortable, and my kids didn't complain about the sofa bed. We especially appreciated the AMAZING beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards, kids life vests, sand toys, and ice cooler bag) and food storage containers which made it convenient for us to pack picnic lunches for the beach. My kids also really enjoyed the pool on the property. We'd definitely love to come back if we are in Kihei again. Mahalo!

This unit is top class. They have everything you need. Really nice Kitchen. Lots of the stuff for the beach. Very quiet and beautiful corner of Maui Vista complex.

Home away from home

Our family had an amazing stay here during our trip to Maui. This location is superb in terms of location and ease of access to our favourite beaches. We enjoyed morning coffee on the outdoor patio to start the day off right. We look forward to visiting again.

We had a great time at Bill & Lauri's place. Everything was clean and we loved the location close to all the spots in Kihei. Beach chairs and umbrella were invaluable and the snorkeling gear was a must!

Great stay

We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed it very much. The apartment is very well equipted and especially the lanai is an absolute plus. Location is great, easy beach access and good spot to start trips to various parts of the island. Would definatly reccomand.

Equipped with extras (great beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, and a few extra kitchen/grocery supplies 👍); owner very responsive and quick to deal with any problem; on-site manager great!; however this unit needs some improvements on cleanliness. Great location and well kept grounds.

Bill was easy to communicate with. Condo has all you need. Close to charley young beach. The beach items came in extremely handy, as did the kitchen items used for cooking and making coffee. Great vacation rental.

Location location location

The location of this condo is fantastic. Walking distance from a great beach, shops and restaurants. With the car we drove around the whole island to all the highlights. Property itself is nice although the complex is somewhat dated. Te condo itself was refurbished a while ago, which is nice. Communication with the owner was fast and convenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous!

We love our rental home away from home. The place was clean and had everything you need on vacation: fully stocked kitchen, bunch of beach towels, beach toys, surfing boards, snorkeling masks, beach chairs, umbrella, extra sheets, blankets etc. It’s 3 minutes walk to a beautiful beach, the property has 3 pools. Grocery stores and restaurants are in walking distance. The place is perfect, don’t think twice and stop your search… JUST BOOK IT!!!

Nice place to stay

Property is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Interior was nice, very clean and well stocked with beach accessories, etc. We booked this property weeks in advance and had no communication with the hosts until we finally reached out to them just a few days before our flight to Maui and obtained access information. Did not hear from the hosts the entire 9 days we stayed there, and no communication after we left. Would have appreciated them checking in while we were there to see if everything was going ok, and a thank you after we left for staying at their property would have been appreciated.

Wonderful condo in a great location!

Bill provided excellent service with great communication. Check in process was a breeze. The condo is spacious and clean in a very relaxing setting. Everything about this condo was convenient. The beach supplies were very useful since you are only steps away from the beach. The complex felt very safe and was very quiet at night. I highly recommend this condo to anyone!

Very happy with our choice! The property is in such a great location — beaches are a few short mins walk and gorgeous. The condo was perfect — clean, cozy, and well stocked. The fridge was loaded with condiments for cooking; tons of beach supplies; comfy bed and plenty of plush towels; and all of the unit’s amenities were brand new and work great. Check in / out were a breeze. As first time visitors, we couldn’t have chosen a better location — made our trip. Highly recommended!

We made a good rental choice and appreciated it

I recommend this unit. very good communication, the landlord responds quickly to questions. the condo was very clean, no need to do any cleaning when I arrived, I'm very dismissive. The condo is at ground level with a beautiful terrace, a stone's throw from the barbecue, the swimming pool, the premises are secure, there is private parking. Shops are close by, grocery stores, restaurants and boutiques. The beach is across the street a minute's walk away and is very beautiful. You have the possibility to use the owners' chairs and parasol. I could tell you more. I recommend this condo and want to return

Worth It

Place is very clean and well ordered. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Washer and dryer is a plus. 2 individual packets of laundry soap were provided and appreciated. AC and fans are awesome! Beach equipment including towels, umbrellas, chairs, cooler, snorkeling and tennis gear, child life vests were all provided free and this is a huge plus. Even freezer packs for the cooler. Really nothing we couldn't find among the kitchen utensils and cookware. BBQs are just a few steps away with free propane provided. It's about a 6 or 7 minute walk across the street to some awesome beaches. The location is far enough back from Kihei Ave so you don't hear traffic. The backyard area is very cool with a large lawn and coconut trees/flowers. It's shared but feels very private when on the individual lanai. You can't see the parking lot or any other condos from the back. We left the curtains open all the time. I really preferred this to an upper floor. The place is within walking distance of a few restaurants and stores. ABC Store (my favorite) is up the street to the left and has a large deli with fresh cooked food, Poke, hot malasadas and musubi. For driving, condo is close to the Piilani highway if you are heading south, upcountry or to West Maui. Kihei has some great places to eat including a couple of food truck lots. The owner was super responsive. I sent a text with a question and they got back to me right away. Very reasonably priced.

Great for family vacation with young kids

The only bad thing about this condo was how hard it was to leave. We stayed for a week with our two kids, ages 8 and 4. The Maui Vista complex is beautiful and very well maintained. Charley Young Beach, which is just a 5-10 minute walk across the street, is a long, picturesque beach with calm water in the mornings that was perfect for our kids to play in. We went there nearly every morning and some afternoons too. The condo itself is very quiet and has a nice lanai overlooking a large shared lawn that was great for eating outside. The unit is very clean and has everything you could possibly want, even child life jackets which our kids wore every day. It's also walking distance to a large ABC Store with a wide variety of reasonably priced meals that we went to often. We'll absolutely be staying here again next time we visit Maui.

Property Smelled wonderful with beautiful flowering trees. Condo had everything we needed snorkel beach chairs cooler. Lots of clean lien and beach towels. Property Never felt crowded, plenty of parking. Near Charles young beach great for children 5/6 . Easy check-in process. Da Best shave ice and ABC store 2 min drive.
