Ciao e benvenuto a Maui. Siamo qui per aiutarti a rendere il tuo soggiorno a Maui il migliore. Questo condominio per non fumatori è stato completamente ristrutturato. Tutte le nuove finestre, porte scorrevoli e telai. Tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici inossidabile. Nuovo condizionatore d'aria da 18.000 Btu. Questo condominio appartiene alla famiglia dal 1981. Abbiamo cercato di includere tutto il necessario per stare tranquillo. Mia sorella Terri pulisce l'appartamento e ha la reputazione di essere il migliore. Lavora a Maui Vista da quando è stata costruita nel 1980. Tutto è pulito e in ordine. Lenzuola, asciugamani, nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice, nuova lavastoviglie Bosch silenziosa. Nuova stufa e forno in acciaio inossidabile, nuovo frigorifero Bosch in acciaio inossidabile. La cucina è ben attrezzata. Aria condizionata, ventilatori a soffitto e internet ad alta velocità. Inoltre il telefono digitale che consente chiamate interurbane illimitate ovunque negli Stati Uniti e in Canada.

Maui Vista ha 3 edifici. Il nostro condominio si trova nell'edificio anteriore di fronte all'oceano al piano inferiore nel mezzo dell'edificio. La spiaggia di Charley Young è proprio dall'altra parte della strada. Siamo a pochi passi da "The Cove", dove è possibile noleggiare tavole da surf o paddle e attrezzatura per lo snorkeling e si possono prendere lezioni di surf proprio lì. Il "Maui MarketPlace" si trova a un isolato di distanza da The Cove, dove è possibile mangiare cibo locale e fare acquisti per l'artigianato locale. Ci sono molti posti dove mangiare e fare shopping a pochi passi dal condominio. Maui Vista Resort è situato in posizione centrale nel cuore di Kihei ed è circondato da spiagge sabbiose. Ottimo per i bambini piccoli. Maui Vista Resort ha una delle tre piscine proprio di fronte al nostro condominio, barbecue e campi da tennis sono proprio dietro il condominio. Questo è un condominio popolare. Il paesaggio è bellissimo. Siamo vicini a Wailea e Maui è il posto giusto per golf, surf, windsurf, pesca o immersioni. Mahalo e divertiti. Greg Jones

Well stocked and clean in a perfect location!

My daughter and I spent week in this property to celebrate her high school graduation. We have been to Maui several times and have even stayed at Maui Vista before.The property we had previously stayed in was unavailable but fortunately for us this one was available. It’s a highly desirable ground floor unit facing the beach. It’s very quiet and safe, there is on site security but this unit is in the heart of Kihei, a very safe and convenient location.Communication with Greg was excellent, from the initial conversation to my thank you message. There was plenty of parking, washer and dryer in the unit and all the utensils, beach chairs, cooler and everything we could ask for.The bed and couch are very comfortable. There is AC in the living room and also in the bedroom. I used the AC briefly after a day in the sun, cools down quickly. This is something my wife will love when we return next spring.The unit is decorated nicely, really captures the tropical vibe. The pool was nice, never crowded and very clean.I would recommend this property at the highest level.

Maui in March

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and well situated. We could walk to most places when we needed something. The condo was cozy and we had everything we needed. I think the only thing my hubby had a problem with was one frying pan I think maybe at some point someone overheated it and it bowed in the middle. Enjoyed the patio for coffee and got to listen to some gentleman whistle each morning and trust me he could carry a tune. There was excellent communication with property owner and check in was a breeze. The only thing I would suggest for improvement for the complex would be to lighten the pickleball lines on the courts they were hard to see. The grounds were well maintained and everything looked really nice and clean. I would definitely stay again.

Greg showed excellent communication from the start with prompt replies and lots of suggestions on things to do. The beach was a short stroll away where I was able to enjoy the sunset on provided beach chairs, towels, and cooler! The amenities available were unbeatable! Condo was clean, well decorated with AC units and fully stocked kitchen, bed, bath (and beyond!)

Awesome Condo!

Great week in Maui! This location is perfect small cross of the street to the beach! We used the chairs and cooler provided. AC in the bedroom was awesome and the entire apartment was comfy. Special location for walking, we didn’t rent a car until the last two days. Highly recommend this property!

Great condo in a great location

My husband and I loved the condo! Greg left a welcome package in the kitchen, and many amenities to use to make the stay easier so we didn't have to buy everything like sunscreen, towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, etc. The condo was extremely clean, and we loved the decorations! It was our first time in Maui, and we tried a few different beaches, but the one right across the street (Charley Young) was our favorite - beautiful, relaxing, and calm waters. The condo is very close to local shops and food trucks, so you don't have to wander far. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Place to stay

Your condo was great. The only improvements I would request was better lighting in the bathroom and the step up into the kitchen caught me off guard a few times and I stubbed my toes! Otherwise it was perfect.

Excellent location

The condo was right across the street from Kamole Beach 3. It was very well stocked with everything that we needed for cooking and the beach (towels, cooler, etc.). We only had 2 complaints - we had to go purchase more toilet paper and hand soap for the bathroom for our 2 week stay and the road noise when we sat on the lanai - we never heard noise inside of the unit. The pool was small, but nice and clean.

Perfect location

A condo that feels like it belongs to someone who actually uses it and lives there some of the time. It is well equipped, perfect location -- probably our favourite swimming beach on the island and easy going, responsive host. Food and good coffee nearby, turtles at both end of CY beach. Never got to the tennis court but its in great shape. Will absolutely return.

Loved this condo!

We spent at month+ at Gregs' condo. It is such a great location and such a wonderfully clean and well kept condo complex. Grounds and pool are kept so clean and tidy. Security staff helpful and polite. These guys practice "Aloha" Greg you were so accommodating to us. We can't thank you enough for your hospitality. The condo was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Hope to visit again in the future. Mahalo

Clean, well stocked, and great location

Right from booking this condo, to checking out after our three week vacation was fantastic place to stay! Greg the manager was very helpful with any communication we had with him. Condo was nicely decorated with all up to date appliances, and very well stocked with everything we needed. I hope in the future we are able to rent again. Thanks so much for everything Greg.

Amazing Condo!

We had an excellent stay in our condo in Kihei! The condo was very clean and had a nice Hawaii feeling to it.The appliances were newer and looked a lot more up to date than quite a few condo’s .I would highly recommend this condo as Greg was great to communicate with!

Great Stay at a Fantastic Property

We had a great 2+ week stay at Greg's property. The Maui Vista is in a fantastic location along S Kihei Road - relative to Charley Young Beach, Kalama Park, groceries and dining. This condo is probably one of the best locations in the complex (in our opinion) - close to the pool, close to the road, close to parking, close to barbeques, close to garbage room (but not too close) with a large ground floor lanai. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed during our stay. Greg was very responsive to any requests that we had - we had a couple of questions when we first arrived - and made sure that we were taken care of. Thank you Greg.

Awesome stay at a Awesome condo!!

Really enjoyed our stay at unit 1111 at Maui Vista. The condo was really clean and tidy and had awesome updates in the kitchen, living area, and bathroom which really made it stand out compared to the average units at this complex. It also had great access to the beach across the street and the community pool was only steps away from the ground floor patio. The complex is centrally located in Kihei with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance which was really convenient. If you're looking for a really comfortable condo in a great location I would highly recommend staying in this unit!!

Maui Vista Resort is centrally located in sunny Kihei directly across the street from very popular Charley Young beach. It's a beautifully landscaped property with all the amenities you'll need right on the property; Pools, BBQ's, Tennis courts and Free Parking.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Well, my condo is a little different. It's fun! Just walk out the lanai, across the street to the beach. The pool is right out the door and across the grass, but you will still enjoy your privacy and quiet with the new double pane windows and 18,000 BTU AC in the living room and a portable 6000 BTU AC in the bedroom. We're on the bottom floor so you don't have to take an elevator or stairs to get to your unit and conveniently located to nearby pools, BBQ's and tennis courts.
