Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: great spot to stay at! we stayed for the long weekend and it was a perfect place to stay and relax. the amenities that come with it are so cool! even if it had to be shared with other people, the rec room and the hot tubs were a perfect way to end a long day by the lake!

The furniture and the kitchen amenities are very nice. If you want to cook there is everything you could hope for. The bed was very comfortable as were the couch and dining chairs. The bath towels are basic but fine and absorbent. The shower has great water pressure. The weather was lovely so we took two dining chairs outside to enjoy the weather. The balcony has a view of the trees and it was very pleasant. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean.You only get one chance to make a first impression and the first impression was not favorable. The first step up to the porch is cracked and slopes. The front door is in need of painting and when we opened the door we were greeted by very old and worn out carpet that looked in need of cleaning. The bathroom had a rug that was in need of washing. It was stained and heavily worn. The single outdoor chair was broken and if an adult sat in it, it would probably collapse.I gave it a four because this place could be stellar. With new carpets, a refreshed front door, a corrected front step and this place would be a five plus. I am glad we did not rush to judgement based on first appearances but having said that we also did not dare go barefoot on the rug.

Our stay was amazing! Super cute cozy condo for a winter ski trip. The fireplace was amazing and so were the hot tubs! Great experience!

Adorable townhouse. Clean, great layout. Near the lake. Billiards, ping pong, & hot tub at the rec center. Played in the snow right there!

Decent location, clean but a little dated

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Finding the rental was a bit confusing but eventually we did get to it. It was clean and had all the basic necessities. The stove had some issues that needed to be addressed from maintenance and some old appliances that need updating and the pull out sofa mattresses were very worn out and a bit uncomfortable needing extra cushioning but overall it was a decent place.

Everything was clean, everything was provided for cooking, walking distance to the lake, easy checking and check on it, host was immediately responsive, had a great time!

Everything felt clean and cozy but the carpeting itself, especially near the entrance seemed tired and ground in dirty. But all in all, considering the unit is in a ski and outdoor activities area, served my purposes very well and I would highly recommend the same unit and management group!

We truly had the best time and the property was the perfect location. The kitchen needs a cutting board and the house seemed to smell like smoke but overall we had the best time

Nice place

It was a nice place, worked fine for 3 friends. The second loft area with twin beds is completely open so there’s really only one enclosed bedroom. Some lights weren’t working but otherwise the townhouse had everything we needed for a two-night stay (kitchen equipment, etc…) nice to use the hot tubs in the community as well- thanks!

Carnelian Bay Townhouse

Great property for the price. Close to restaurants and short drive distance to local attractions. Property has a full size kitchen with all needed to cook and serve meals. Property has one TV with minimal channels, no air conditioning and master bedroom could use a new mattress. Overall, we would rent the property again and the three of us were comfortable and satisfied during our stay.

Guys ski trip

Overall it was a great place. A minor issue was that some of the lights were burnt out. We may have overlooked this in the paperwork but we were very disappointed to find that the hot tub was closed Monday - Thursday. Never heard of that before.

Good stay

The pluses: The condo was as described. The place was clean and check in was easy. It had everything we needed, including some sleds we borrowed. The property management company was easy to communicate with and responsive. The minuses: The primary bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and desperately needs to be replaced or flipped. The decor is dated and could use a refresh. The interior needs a need coat of paint. Overall, good stay and the condo did the job for us.

Weekend getaway

Very convenient and prop management is very responsive which is great. But, we found the listing initially as a cabin which this site is not. Didnt find out until after booked. We would have likely gone with hotel had we known the arrangement up front. The amenity hours leave a lot to be desired. That said very comfortable, convenient and a nice visitor community in one of the (my opinion) best Tahoe neighborhoods.

Clean but slightly worn and shabby. Carpet needs to be replaced, blankets and sheets and comforter needs to be replaced. Kitchen towel were clean but stained.
