Una casa perfetta per una coppia in viaggio, questo lussuoso rifugio ha una disposizione unica con aree salotto sia al piano di sopra che al piano di sotto. Il rivestimento alternato a vista e le pareti in pannelli di legno grigio conferiscono un tocco rustico all'arredamento industriale.

Troverete tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. Il primo piano ha un grande divano e TV, un tavolo da pranzo per quattro, e un mezzo bagno nascosto sotto le scale. La cucina è dotata di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, splendidi armadietti scuri e un bar per la colazione per le riflessioni del mattino.

Al piano superiore è una spaziosa suite padronale con un letto king size e zona salotto. Il balcone della camera da letto è perfetto per prendere un tramonto, prendere una tazza di caffè o leggere un libro. Il bagno ha una doccia aperta con posti a sedere incorporati e una grande toletta con tanto spazio per prepararsi per una serata in città.

A great place in a great location! I liked that it was in walking distance to many parks and restaurants, and also, I was very happy with how clean the place was kept.

Refrigerator was not working but 2 mini refrigerators were provided. Batteries on all remotes needed replacing. Overall good place to stay. Great location

Spring time get away to Savannah

The property has nice courtyard with table and chairs perfect for morning coffee or sitting outside late afternoon to enjoy a glass of wine. Historic Gem

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A wonderful location and property. Loved the creative design of the home. Very comfortable bed although the pillows were way too big for us; a couple of smaller ones would have made a huge difference to us. The refrigerator wasn’t working but there were two smaller ones against a wall. This must have been a temporary problem but it would have been nice to hear about it ahead of time. Other than those two issues we loved our stay and would definitely return and recommend it to others.

We were there for a long weekend. The location is great, check in is easy, any questions we had about check-in or issues with the property were answered/taken care of quickly.The 2 AC units did a great job of keeping the place cool. The bathrooms were nice. Really enjoyed the "rain-head" shower upstairs.Very nice aesthetic with the exposed beams, concrete, brick and metal doors downstairs. Only issue is the main fridge doesn't work. The host supplied 2 mini-fridges in the kitchen. But they don't supply ice....in Savannah. Looks like the issue has been ongoing for a few weeks per the last few reviews. Other than that, we had a great stay!

It was our first time visiting Savannah and it was recommended to stay downtown, close to everything. The location of this property was decent to be able to walk around town. It’s a cute space.

Nice getaway

Location was great. Everything within walking distance and free shuttle stop within a block. My only difficulty was getting the keys to work on the locks.

The property was in the perfect location and was just as shown in the pictures and the courtyard and balcony were great perks and the bedroom suite was amazing. The only downside was that the fridge was not working and they placed some little mini fridges in the kitchen for us and it was hard to all our food in them and we had no ice, however the communication was fantastic. We had to message in the evening because the air unit was not working and they immediately came out and fixed it and gave us ice trays to make ice. I would recommend the place and give it an excellent review despite these things.

Spring Getaway

Charming carriage house in convient location to walk/visit Savannah sites. Check in was a bit challenging at night due to poor entry way to the house with unven brick and stepping stone lined walkway. Once settled everything was perfect with modern appliances/updates in historic house.

Downtown Savannah

We didn’t get an opportunity to stay in the property because of some challenges my husband was having. The property is located perfectly, most cost effective parking was there using meter. Everywhere else was 48-50. The hosts were very accommodating and sensitive to our concerns and we appreciated that.

Comfortable, close to Forsyth Park

Less than a block from Forsyth, Dot (free city bus) stop literally a few steps from the door. Rental has two full bathrooms, comfy couch with cable TV and full kitchen. Only downsides are poor lighting from outer gate to front door (cellphone flashlight was helpful) and limited cookware available in kitchen (no frying pan).

Lovely hidden gem!

This place exceeded our expectations! I loved how quiet and intimate it was! It felt like we were walking through a secret garden each time we came back or left. We would absolutely reserve this place again! It is conveniently located to everything! The place was clean, well decorated, and had modern amenities while still embracing the historical charm! The only critique I would give is the need for a washer and dryer, that would have made it perfect! We'll definitely be back!!
