Amazing condo! The place was very clean and the views were amazing in the front and back of the condo on the 11th floor. Amazing sunsets and sunrises. Will definitely be back again! Thank you for a great trip!

Don, the host of the property, is excellent! This was our third stay at this property. We traveled with four generations this trip age ranging from 2 yrs to 85 the condo meet our needs with plenty of room for everyone. We did notice the condo wasn't as clean as our previous stays that's why I rated cleanliness three stars. Will definitely stay again! Thank you Don for another easy booking, check in, and great communication! Kim

Beautiful condo in well kept property on the no drive beach. Well equipped for long term stay and perfect for families as beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas are neatly stored in closet!

Beautiful condo to spend quality time at the holidays. The condo was well stocked, clean, spacious, and otherwise as described. The community amenities were well maintained and everyone was friendly.

The location of this unit is fantastic with stunning views in all directions. It is quiet and relaxing. Also, the AC works great and we stayed very cool and comfortable. The unit was not as clean as it should have been and MANY things were broken. The unit is over furnished with old, worn out furniture. There is a huge lack of space for your own items/food and the unit is incredibly dark. Getting ready in a bathroom was impossible due to the lack of light. This could be a very nice unit with a complete remodel and update but it is overpriced based on its current condition.

Thank you for the feedback. I do not really know what to tell you regarding the furniture as it is exactly as represented in the photos and the entire unit was furnished and designed by a professional interior designer. The furniture is very high end and more than you will get in a rental unit. If the unit is not quite to your taste I am not sure why you would have booked it after seeing the photos and then complain how it looks? I know you said the shower door had come off the tracks and the shower was draining slow, but a I had my maintenance man out the very next day and he fixed both items. I am also aware that you tripped a fuse while there, but this could happen with any unit if you plug in enough items. I always hope my guests have a great time and will strive to do anything I can to make that happen, but for future reference for all reading this review, please take time to look at the photos and see if you like the style of the unit. I will be sending you the funds we discussed for your stay shortly after I close out the month.
