Lots of space for our large group. Only concern was the any problem. There were lots of ants in some of the rooms including one bedroom and the living room. Manuel was always available to assist as needed.

The house was clean upon arrival and was in a stunning location on the beach. The view was beautiful and everything was as described. I wish the hot tub was functioning for our stay, but we understood that sometimes things happen. We had a lovely trip and would definitely stay here again.

The location is primo! You have the beach on both sides of the property. The huge house is perfect for large groups. We had 14 and everyone was comfortable. 6 rooms all with good views, some with spectacular views. Big kitchen, and a really nice pool overlooking the beautiful ocean. Manuel is the onsite property manager. He was incredibly helpful! He picked up my elderly parents from La Fonda and brought them to the property for dinner. Ushered them back to the hotel after dinner. Really cool and always offered to help us. One issue we all had were ants and mosquitoes. Many of our guests had many bumps and bites each morning. The entire place needs an exterminator asap. Besides that, the space, and the location were 10/10!

Great place for large parties

The pictures do no justice to this beautiful place. Upon arrival you have views of the ocean from the main room. The views only get better from the back of the home. Oh and the infinity pool, amazing! Easy access to the beach and nearby shops. Great place for large groups. Our family loved it!

Best Spot in La Mision

We stayed at this house for a birthday trip to Valle with a group of friends. The property is HUGE and easily accommodated us. The host was very thorough and welcoming, and Manuel helped us insight to make sure we were taken care of. Great location eight next to the beach and La Fonda. Can’t say enough good things about this house!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa de la Punta for our micro wedding of 11 people. The property was beautiful and peaceful. Perfect for our ceremony. There is consistent hot water for anyone who is concerned with that (which is not always a given in Mexico). We hired a private chef, but the kitchen was well equipped. The views were stunning, and the location and property manager made it easy to relax and enjoy everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend. Would 100% stay here again!

I really enjoy the fact that it’s a big house with many amenities and that is the reason why I continue to book this place. I always have a great time with my family and friends as you enjoy the oceanfront views throughout the house. It does need its updates around the house but nothing major. Communication with the management team needs to improve as they take more than 2 days to respond. Once I got the information from the host person then that was helpful as he is very responsive. I am still waiting for management to respond since I was quoted a lower price and ended up paying more.

Amazing ocean views from every room

Have been to couple other properties recently. But this beats those. Every bed room has balcony and view of ocean from every room Access to beach(pebbles, be mindful of tide calendar) Accessable outdoor space interms of many lounges, pool, jacuzzi No TV, i meant anywhere, that was a huge plus for us Very close proximity to lot of local restaurants. We would love to return

Perfect place for big parties!

The pictures do not show the size of this property! Excellent for big groups and parties. Not the best of you are looking for a nice place that is nicely furnished and don't expect everything to work (hot tub was down). But this was exactly what we were looking for. The property is in an amazing location with access to the beach! FYI, there is no grill, which we were surprised about so plan ahead. The host was accommodating and very communicative!

Absolutely beautiful property!

If you’re looking for something just south of Rosarito, put this on your list! Wonderful property for a big group. We were traveling with a group of 8 adults and had plenty of room. Heat was out on one side but the gave us space heaters that did the trick. Furniture is a little run down but still very comfortable. There are no TVs which isn’t a deal breaker, but definitely something I overlooked. The hot tub was not working which was a bummer. Great food close by. Overall, we’d totally come back! Thank you!

This was a beautiful house with amazing ocean view from every room. Manual at the property was super nice and friendly. He was very attentive and helped with every information we needed. The only thing we did not like was house is not maintained and has a gas leak which gave us all a headache on the first day. Even though it was raining, we tried to stay on the beach to stay away from the gas smell. The house was very cold with no heater or pool working due to gas leakage. Definitely would love to go back and enjoy the house once it is fixed up.

Needs TLC

Place is large in good area but was missing maintenance and basic amenities. There was no hand soap and small toiletries like shampoo and conditioner. The place can be great if gets updated and properly furnished. There are no TVs. Very disappointing!

Not as Advertised! NO HEAT! NO HOT TUB! NO FIREPLACE!

none of these the mentioned amenities were working and we were told nothing could be done. we booked this property for the advertised amenities, but when we arrived we told the hot tub was not working and the fireplace had not been working. it was a cold weekend, heat was not working at all! property manager on site, manny was very attentive but could not help with issues. do not book this property!!!

Hi Daniel, We did our best effort to address the issues as they happened - both the Property Manager and Manuel were attentive and did their best to resolve them through the reservation dates, including Dec 24th and Dec 25th. During Holidays it is incredibly difficult to get ahold of repairmen but when advised Manuel that heating was needed he immediately went to Home Depot to buy 7 space heaters, which will now stay at the house and can be requested for use as needed. A new heating system had already been ordered which has not yet arrived - the company in charge of receiving and installing this system said the distributor has been taking longer than usual so this is unfortunately out of our hands. Again, we did our best to resolve any issues at the house through the Holidays, and have also processed a refund for these inconveniences.

Perfect for large parties

This house made the top 10 best places in Baja for us! The ease of checking in, the spacious rooms and bathrooms, the verandas, the views from every room and the backyard overlooking the beach/ocean/sunset...spectacular! And a huge thanks to Manuel, our on-site property manager that made everything seamless during our stay.

Awesome weekend

My family had an amazing weekend celebrating my mother's 70th birthday. The home was able to accommodate 16 guests comfortably. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was large enough for us to cook meals. There is a propane barbecue for use and a fire pit outside. We enjoyed our stay.
