Questa casa sulla spiaggia a tre piani ha una delle piscine più grandi disponibili nella zona. Questa piscina misura 16'x24 'e 5' 1/2 "di profondità con una vasca idromassaggio collegata e include l'illuminazione per il nuoto notturno. Una bella recinzione di privacy circonda l'intera area patio / piscina.

Il primo piano ha 2 camere da letto matrimoniali e un "castello" con un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello pieno pieno. Ogni camera ha un bagno privato e TV.

Il secondo piano ha un ampio soggiorno e una sala da pranzo con una cucina moderna che include tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, stoviglie, pentole, caffettiera, stoviglie e frullatore. Abbiamo anche un seggiolone per il piccolo.

La zona giorno ha un camino a gas e una smart TV da 75 ". Appena fuori dalla zona giorno, in fondo al corridoio è una stanza di polvere. C'è anche una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato.

Il terzo piano ha una suite matrimoniale con bagno privato e una regina con bagno privato. Questo piano ospita anche un servizio lavanderia.

Tutti e tre i piani sono accessibili tramite ascensore o scale.

Great house

House was awesome. Great location, right next to lots of stores and restaurants. Directly across the street from the beach with private entrance. We had a great time staying in this house.

Family vacation

We stayed with 4 families and kids. Overall Roxanna was very responsive, despite a few issues they got resolved and we enjoyed our stay!

Beach and pool!!

Location was fantastic. Rent the chairs for the beach so you don’t have to drag a lot of stuff with you.! Very responsive to any problem we encountered. Hope to stay there again some day!

Beautiful place!

Very good location! The steps are a little difficult for older people especially if you have back or knee problems but still would do it again. The fan in the bedroom with the bunk beds need to be tightened but very beautiful and convenient house to stay. All loved the pool! Thank you!!

The house is beautiful. My only complaint was the hot tub didn’t work until the last night we were there. Contacted maintenance which responded immediately, got a tech out the next day. Technician said there was something wrong with it and not sure when it would be fixed. Maintenance never got back with us on the outcome. That was day 2 on day 4 we come back after being gone half the day and the control panel is new and it’s working. So we were able to enjoy for a couple hours on the last night. Other than that everything was as described.

Family Vacation

The location and everything was amazing! I do wish the dryer worked a little better as there is laundry to be done when you have 11 or so people staying under 1 roof. The property owner was great at communicating and answering any questions that we had! If you consider traveling to this area, this location is the one to choose! I’ll never not have private beach access again! We couldn’t be more happy with our stay! Thank you!

We picked this location based off having 2 disabled family members. It was very important they have access to the pool and spa as they are not able to sit out in the sun at the beach all day long with the other 12 of us. The Spa didn’t work the entire time. Called the 1st night they sent someone to check it out. He didn’t communicate the outcome. I repeatedly text the host & maintenance asking for updates. I felt like i was bugging them. Wish the Spa worked! Disappointed!

Overall good experience with some deficiencies.

The house was clean for the most part however, the dishes were not completely clean upon arrival. The beds were hard making it difficult to sleep at times. The hot tub did help with the back problems. The elevator, which was one of the sole reasons I booked this house due to a person being there that had endured two knee surgeries, was out of service for almost the entire trip. Nonetheless, the house was a wonderful site.

We loved our stay at Beach Retreat West. It is very spacious and we had plenty room for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped and it was great having an elevator. It is a short walk to the beach using the private beach access. The beach and water in the area is absolutely beautiful. And it was nice having the private pool. The pool and the home were clean and well kept. We had one issue when we arrived with the keypad on the door but it was resolved quickly with one phone call to Roxanna. I would recommend Beach Retreat West and hope to stay there again in the future.

Amazing

The title says it all!!!! Absolutely amazing house and location you get the best of both with this house a big pool and hot tub and the beach right across the street. We had 14 in the house 8 adults 6 kids and there was a ton of room we never felt crowded in the house or pool. Also a special thank you to the owner Roxanne she was very responsive to us and our questions, we had lost a wedding ring at the house and realized after checkout she did everything to find it and also got it back to us and we cannot thank her enough. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone,truly a great place!!!! (Also drinks on the beach at The Whales Tale are delicious)

Beach retreat west

Amazing home. The pictures are out dated and don't serve the property justice. The pool is much bigger than u can tell in the photos. House has been painted on the exterior. It was a great place to stay. Beach location is perfect.

Great Christmas Break

Our extended family (13 adults) had a great time at the Beach Retreat West home and the Destin area. Roxanna was very responsive in setting up the stay and providing updates. We had an issue with one of the drains on Christmas eve and it was taken care of that day. The home had room for us to spread-out and hangout. The heated pool and hot tub were a hit.

Nice house, good location

The bedrooms were all large, some of the mattresses need to be replaced. The pool was a nice alternative to the beach. Could have used some better seating (chairs with backs) in the main living room and more seating and coffee tables on the 2 and 3 balconies. Also an extra refrigerator would have been helpful with so many people. We would stay here again.

The property was exactly what we were looking for…. Easy, convenient beach access & the pool was a refreshing end to each day! There was more than enough room for our group, the baby essentials came in handy for our infant nephew, & we all had an amazing time!

Wonderful house!

We loved this beach house. The private beach area was no crowded at all! The pool was awesome and the house was perfect for our big crowd. The only thing that would have made it better was if the refrigerator was bigger or if there was a 2nd one outside somewhere and it had more pillows in each room. We loved the location to the beach! We gave up being on the beach to have the private pool and it was well worth it for our kids!

Amazing property!

We loved everything about this house! The location was absolutely fantastic and the house was amazing and accurately described in listing. The owner was very helpful and always available during the entire weeks, days and hours leading up to our visit. I would highly recommend this house to anyone with kids. The house was equipped with baby gates at all stair entrances and the ease of access to beach was incredible; we will absolutely stay here again! Nicole S.

Great surprise!

Had a great girl’s trip (8 of us)and had plenty of room for more friends. Property was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Any problems we had were taken care immediately. Easy access to the beach! I would gladly rebook this property!

Great vacation home!

Very clean on arrival, great layout with views, and convenient location. Although it's a three story home and an elevator is present, it isn't a bad climb if you choose to use the stairs to the third floor. The elevator is a little slow in comparison to others in buildings or apartments but I'm not sure if that's because it's in a home. You can see some of the ocean from the living room and the signal flag so you can get a sense of how your beach day will be. We did have an issue but the agency was easy to get a hold of that day and responded quickly by coming out the next day to resolve it. There was also a hose on route in the private walkway to the beach so it was easy to rinse off sand going back to the property as well as a private hose on the property by the front door. We definitely enjoyed our time here and would come back in the future.
