From the moment you enter this beach retreat gem, you'll feel the ocean vibes! This is perfect for guests who prefer a main level sleeping arrangement without the need to climb stairs. A guest bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway as you walk toward the kitchen and main living area. This space is open and bright with plenty of seating for relaxing, dining, and of course, movie nights! Making your way to the second floor, you'll love having the laundry room on this level close to most of the bedrooms and right in the heart of the home. The first bedroom on the second floor is a king bedroom with a bright ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. The second king bedroom also comes with ensuite bathroom as well as a bathtub/shower combo! As you continue on this level, you'll find the third and fourth bedrooms are both king suites with access to the shared front balcony overlooking the neighborhood, closet and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Continuing up the stairs to the third floor, you'll find some solitude for restful afternoon unwinds and space to concentrate for work while on vacation.
