Great over all experience. One issue we had was other tenants parking in our parking space but other than that great place to stay . I would stay again in a heart beat

A little piece of paradise

Location is wonderful! It is a unique condo, very spacious with ocean views that cannot be beaten. We were very comfortable and didn't want to leave.

Amazing view and super comfortable condo!

We had a fantastic time! The view is insane 24/7! It feels like you are on a boat with the views, it’s amazing. Bed was super comfy and everything very clean. Will definitely book again!

This place is quaint. Plenty of space for 2 people. The view is amazing. Great location but that is about it. I would not stay here again. Needs some updating.

Condo was right on the Kona Sea Wall, with never ending ocean views surf. Open floor plan, great for 2. Hope to return.

Surfer Hot Spot

What a complete fun surprise to have such talent surfing views right from your balcony in the AM and PM. The location is excellent: Swimming off the Pier where the Kona Ironman starts was a special treat. Buoys abound to mark your swim. If you prefer 25 yards, the free access to the Kona Aquatic Center was another nice surprise. Within 2 miles of Walmart, Kona Coffee Shops, Safeway, Small business village. Everything was wonderful.

The condo is nicely decorated, comfortable, clean, with a well stocked kitchen. Most of all, we loved eating breakfast and sunset dinner on the outside patio over the ocean.

Great Condo on the Ocean

We had a really nice time staying at 404 Banyan Tree. The condo was a described. The views were beautiful, and it was well located for all of our travel around the Kona area. Worth noting, the condo does not have AC. It never got above 81 in the place, so we were perfectly content, but this might be a little warm for some folks. Just rent with this knowledge in hand, as it's a great place but could be too warm for some in the summer.

Loving life at Banyan Tree

We sat out there almost 24 hours a day just watching the ocean and the surfers on Banyon Break. So absolutely amazing.

The condo lacked air conditioning but with the fans on non stop, it was tolerable. I found it interesting that the cleaning instructions mentioned the guests pay to have the windows cleaned by a local business. Overall our stay was nice.

Wonderful View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This one bedroom, two bath rental, features a beautiful view of the Pacific. The lanai (aka balcony) is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast or cocktails. The kitchen includes a toaster, coffee maker, stovetop, oven, and microwave. It is close to both ends of Ali'i, and there's a convenience store within walking distance. Another market, directly across the street, is being refurbished. All in all, a really nice place to stay.
