We loved staying here! The massage chair was a huge hit! Cody the owner was wonderful to work with. There were a few hiccups with check in due to the management company but Cody was extremely responsive and took care of everything. We loved our stay! The condo is beautiful, clean and perfect for families with children! The kids loved the pool and enjoyed the convenience of the slopes being right there. Thank you for a great stay! We plan on returning in the future.

We were a party of 10. 6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms it was very comfortable. The 2 decks were very nice to relax on in the evenings after outdoor activities. The kitchen was outfitted with anything and everything you could even think of needing. As was the same with the bathrooms and bedrooms. The gas grill down by the pool area was massive! We could cook our whole meal on it in a matter of minutes! The pool area and hot tub were a HUGE hit in the afternoon. Unfortunately, after dark they all filled up rather quickly. The location of the property was fantastic! Walking to shopping and many restaurants was easy. Parking was simple, a little tight for a 1 ton truck, but we made it happen! The only complaint we had was that it seemed like the building heat was on the entire time. The hallways and rec room were uncomfortably hot. It made our condo somewhat hot as well.... and we had highs in the mid 70's and lows in the 40's! Aside from that everything was perfect! I highly recommend this condo for a larger group.

Loved the property overall! Plenty of space for multiple generations and quite a bit to do at the resort. Super bright with all the windows (could use blinds) and some noise challenges with the construction but over a great vacation!

Wonderful Family Ski Trip

I could not ask for a better trip with my older kids and their spouses. Great location to ski lifts, wonderful views, and easy walk to the Keystone Village, etc. Also, Cody the Owner was great and communicative throughout the pre-rental process. Easy 4.5 stars!

Exceeded our expectations! Excellent condo.

Went to Keystone for a wedding. The condo had a Large living area with a big dining table that seated over eight people. There was plenty of room for family to gather. Quality furnishings, well stocked kitchen. The views were spectacular. Probably the best location for views at the Springs in River Run. Would definitely stay there again.

Incredible! Short Walk to Gondola and Keystone Village

This place was perfect for our group. The walk to the Gondola was 5-10 minutes, really easy. The building amenities are great, the heated pool with a water slide and hot tubs were great. The big bonus was the playroom for our younger children. And the massage chair in the unit was awesome, it was constantly in use! Definitely recommend!

Condo was not very clean (hair in sinks, bathroom rug dirty, sheets in King room smelled like a man, and kitchen counter tops not wiped down ). Need more dishes and silverware (there are 5 spoons), need bigger bowls and pots.

For future renters: In two years of renting this property, this was the first time that we received a 3-star review (only one other time did we receive a 4-star). I take your vacation very seriously and it is very important to me that you enjoy your trip. I've forwarded this feedback on to the property management company, but I also have to mention that I don't usually receive this type of feedback with their cleaning. If you have any concerns with the property when you arrive, you can report it to the property management company (or me) and they will send somebody out right away. As it relates to the dishes, unfortunately, sometimes dishes go missing. We have to restock items from time to time and we have bought another set of silverware and bowls since this review.

Great property with ideal location

We had a great long weekend in Keystone. Two families met, each with kids, and enjoyed this rental. It truly is steps away from the River Run Gondola and ski school, a quick walk for dinner and shopping, underground parking, and a ski locker for equipment. The owner was very responsive when I asked him a question about coffee makers. The only drawback to this rental is that it "sleeps 10" but only has 1 dedicated/reserved parking space. I look forward to renting here again. Beautiful view of the slopes, comfortable beds, and the massage chair was a real hit!

Once we arrived it took 1-2 calls to first get a code to get into the building. And then another two calls to get the code to get into the room. The room was nice. The new construction made things farther to walk. Idk if I’d consider this a ski in ski out when you have to walk around the new construction.

Not as nice as it once was…

No details of nearby construction that blocks off walking directly to the gondola or river run shopping. Early morning construction work will wake you up! Shortage of towels for hot tub every night.

"IMPORTANT Construction - Keystone has a major development (The Kindred) going up next to the gondola. This impacts everything in River Run Village (where this condo is located). The project has strict requirements for start/stop times for construction activity as to not disturb sleep. This impacts the path to the gondola (still < 5 minute walk)."

Repeat customers!!!!

This is our 4th year renting from Cody and we will come back next year! The location is AMAZING, I would say the best in Keystone. It's steps from the gondola and the town. Very convenient. The condo has everything you need and every year there have been improvements. This year there were new kitchen stools and chairs which were great. There was also the addition of a massage chair which was terrific! We were all fighting for it:) We are a group of 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 10-16) and there was plenty of room for all of us. I would recommend this condo to anyone and think it's the best in Keystone.

Springs 5th floor condo

The condo needs some TLC. It was tired looking. One of the bathrooms had a shower that was all black at bottom. We scouted this location last year while skiing and appreciated how close the unit was to the gondola and kids ski school. Unfortunately, Keystone is building a new condo structure right in front of the Springs so our anticipated short walk did not exist. Also the 5th floor elevator was not working correctly, had to walk stairs for two days.

Great location except for construction

The condo is in a great location to walk to the village and gondola but we did have to take the longer routes due to construction. It’s probably a 5 minute detour so nothing too dramatic. Also construction would start pretty early and could hear the truck backing up as early as 6:30am. There were a couple of times the condo fire alarm system went off which we all had to evacuate for 10-30 minutes. The actual condo had great space for 3 families. It contained several space heaters and humidifiers if needed. One room had an issue with the unit smoke alarm to be triggered if the showers steam reached it. Overall we had a great vacation.

Great Location…Prop. Mgmt. Not so…

Great location, lovely floor plan. The condition was dusty, some items broken like the pulls for the blinds, and the hot water never got hot, but was lukewarm+. There was food left in the master bed, under the covers. Felt like it had not been properly cleaned in a while. Property owner was responsive, we had some issues contacting the property management company, ironically contacting their “text us with any request,” line, which was never replied to, then we had to leave two vms, and wait for a call back. The check in instructions were helpful, but may have been with a different rental company, we were marooned for about 27mins trying to figure out if the owner was who we follow with the video, or the property management company. We did get in, it was frustrating. The owner was responsive, and helpful, it seemed the property management company just dropped the ball on cleaning then added confusion to the check in process, and added frustration with a useless number to text with any issues.

When we first arrived, we realized that the email that was sent to us the day prior to our arrival did not contain the code to the door of the unit we were staying in. It only contained the codes to the building door and garage door. We called the property management team that manages this unit, and had to wait about 30 minutes to receive a backup code (we were directed by the owners of the unit that all communication should go through this property management company and never spoke to the owners beyond an initial message sent in Vrbo instructing us to communicate with this property management company directly). Once inside the unit, we realized several items were damaged or broken, including a hole in the wall of one of the rooms, a damaged mirror, and damaged furniture. We reported this directly to the property management company (with pictures) as soon as we noticed these items. In addition, the sheets in one of the rooms appeared possibly used, but all other bedding seemed appropriate. In trying to use the washing machine in the unit, we discovered it smelled pretty bad (maybe it had not been used in a while) and ultimately decided not to use it. It was helpful to have a book that listed important information/phone numbers about the building, but it would have been helpful to have front desk staff in the building to help clarify anything building related. Otherwise, the unit was okay: we really enjoyed the massage chair and the breathtaking views from the unit!

Disappointing

Arrived at the property at 4:30pm, check in was 4:00pm. Only one of the two elevators will reach the 5th floor, and it was broken. No update or info was provided about this issue, so we had to figure out to take the other elevator to the 4th floor, then find/take the stairs to the 5th floor. Upon entering the unit, we were unexpectedly greeted by a man who claimed to be from HOA maintenance. He gave no info/explanation, and quickly left the room. There was a substantial amount of mold in one of the showers. Soundbar in the living room was partially ripped off the wall. Had to adjust the furniture to set it on something. The ski locker for the unit on parking level 2 would not work for the entirety of the trip. HOA finally said they needed a new part. Several of the light switches in the unit were disabled. Finally found the tiny switch on the bottom of them to enable the switch and use the lights. The location of this unit is misleading. All the new construction is blocking the access to the gondola, and requires a longer than advertised re-reroute. I would never book this property again. Extremely disappointing, especially considering the price you pay for it.

Most River Run properties have (sub)standard finishes. If you look at pics from other properties, be sure to notice:

- Linoleum counters
- Old appliances
- Cheap furniture
- No character

This property has had $50K in renovation/upgrades. If you are already investing time/money in your vacation, make sure you choose a nice place to stay.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The standard finishes in River Run are rather cheap (think mid-90s finishes). This unit was upgraded with appliances, granite, tile, TVs, etc. I hope you enjoy it!
