Questa grande casa con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni nel cuore di Pacific Beach, a pochi passi dall'oceano, offre alla coppia o alla famiglia esigente il perfetto alloggio di lusso, come una casa vacanza. Non abbiamo risparmiato spese nella nostra ristrutturazione, migliorando la casa per offrire il meglio in sistemazioni di lusso. Speriamo che ti innamori della nostra casa e rendiamo la nostra casa la tua destinazione annuale.

La nostra oasi è caratterizzata da mobili personalizzati e controsoffitti in quarzo accompagnati da elettrodomestici di lusso in acciaio inossidabile. Abbiamo completato la cucina con bicchieri e stoviglie raffinati e tutti gli utensili da cucina che uno spera di trovare in una cucina per cuochi. Compreso un waffle per rendere memorabile la tua mattinata.

La casa dispone di 4 camere da letto tutte con lenzuola e asciugamani appositamente selezionati.

La vasca idromassaggio, il barbecue e gli alberi da frutto di stagione invitano al grazioso cortile per prendere il sole pomeridiano o una serata serale.

Great location!

This home was absolutely perfect for a beach vacation for our friends and our dogs! Very convenient located to everything and it was so nice to be able to walk to everything - especially the beach! The home was very well laid out and everyone had their own space! We will definitely be back!

Nice place, great location

This is not a party location - it is an excellent quiet property for a large family group. Great access to beach, bay and restaurants but in relaxed quiet neighborhood. Property is in great shape, clean and the backyard is great.

Great Location and Great Place!

Couldn’t have been happier with where John’s property is located, right in PB easy walking distance or short Uber ride from plenty of fun things to do and the place looked great too!

Great Place!

The house was in a beautiful neighborhood very close to bars and restaurants. The house itself was very clean and spacious. The hot tub was the best part and our favorite way to end the day. The yard was also perfect for our pups to run around. The house had everything we needed to feel at home, the kitchen was very well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Place

House was everything it was advertised to be! It was immaculately clean & had everything we needed during our stay. Location was PERFECT! Access to the house was easy & we were able to check in early. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Would definitely stay there again on my next trip to PB!!!

A family’s getaway dream

Thank you John for giving us the opportunity to stay at your beautiful property during The Fourth of July. The location was perfect— near grocery stores, Starbucks, breweries, beach, etc! This house offers all the great amenities needed for you to have a worry free get away. John, the host, was gracious and attentive throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Family stay in Pacific Beach

We very much enjoyed our stay in Pacific Beach. The house is exactly as described and had everything we needed for our visit. The location was PERFECT! We were within walking distance of the beach and a kids park which made our grandkids super happy. They also loved the hot tub! John was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Walking distance to everything

The house was amazing for the price and was walking distance to the beach and several restaurants and shopping. I would recommend bringing an air mattress vs the pull out couch bed, but my husband and I don't have great backs. The living room couch is VERY comfortable!!

PB resort living

We had a great stay. The house was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and walking to the beach. The only problem we had was with the front security screen door. Someone accidentally locked it and no one had the key including the property manager. Luckily we were able to open it without a key.

Fantastic beach cottage

We stayed at this wonderful home for a wedding weekend. Our party included our parents all in their 80s. and 90s. We prepared food for the grooms and bridal parties, as they were getting ready at the resort. The kitchen was so well stocked and the house was so roomy we were able to do this easily. The backyard was great for our dogs and for just lounging in the beautiful weather, the beds are super comfortable and the linens were great. We don't have one negative thing to say about this property. And we will definitely book it again. A bonus was 2 parking spaces in the driveway if you have smaller cars. The location is perfect. You can walk to the beach but it was quiet in the evenings and just overall one of the best stays we've had in a VRBO

Pacific Beach Relax and Reset

The House is well stocked with kitchen/laundry necessities. Beds were very comfortable. Located in a quiet North Pacific beach neighborhood only a 4 block walk to the beach. Walking distance to lots of restaurants/ shops / grocery and pharmacy. The 6 person Hot tub in the fenced in private yard was a relaxing place to hang out. Plenty of seating to accommodate guests The lemon tree had some incredible large juicy lemons we enjoyed. House can easily accommodate 3 couples. The area off the master can be used for young children There’s plenty of places nearby to rent bikes / beach chairs and surf boards. There were only two beach chairs which was fine but for larger groups it be nice if more were available. Owner was very responsive to any questions that arose. We had a lovely two week stay here and look forward to return in the future Gave this 5 stars all around

20 min walk to the swimming area of the beach.

This property should not list that it has a working master bathroom. The shower was completely unusable. This has obviously been an ongoing problem since it is mentioned in previous reviews. It was unfortunate to find mold and a broken shower floor in the only alternative bathroom. The refrigerator had an overwhelming awful smell of rotten fish for most of our stay. Overall cleaning in the house was needed. And though the walk to the beach is only five blocks away, you need to walk much further to get to the swimming portion of the beach, Making the walk too long for a little kids.

Not The "Upscale Oasis" Advertised!

I have used VRBO often and this is my ONLY 2-Star rating! I know what should be expected from a VRBO rental. I would have rated this a "1", but John at least responded to us when trying to resolve issues. However, he never fully resolved the majority of the problems. In general, the house is old and tired - sheets torn and stained, rusted metal medicine cabinets, broken towel rack/toilet paper holder, frozen-over freezer, toilets and showers overflowing (ongoing plumbing issue mentioned in several prior reviews - I asked John if it had been resolved prior to check-in. He said yes, but nothing had been done.) We were limited to 1-bathroom due to plumbing issues. I requested a partial refund and was denied. The extra guest could not stay because no sheets were available for the pull-out couch even though I paid the extra guest fee. Also requested cleaning fee refund due to dirty sheets/comforters, that was also denied. In summary, I would not rent this VRBO until these issues are addressed. At the daily rate being charged, this VRBO rental can afford to have the most basic living conditions addressed.

Nice location and responsive homeowner but some problems that need addressing

This property is a great size house and in an excellent quiet location - easy walking distance to the beach and also shops and restaurants. The house is nicely furnished with very comfy beds and a kitchen with plenty of dishes, pots and pans and etc. The smart TV and wi-fi worked really well. No problem with surfing on our phones or computers. House was very clean. The pluses didn't really outweigh the drawbacks, however. The wall heaters don't work well. The pilot light on the master bedroom heater repeatedly went out and the front heater was so burning/dusty smelling that we didn't use it. The clothes washer kind of works but is crazy loud and sometimes doesn't drain at the end of the cycle. The hot tub was gross and desperately needs a new filter. The bathroom door on the front bathroom also doesn't latch. The homeowner was responsive, but who wants to keep calling him or have to deal with a repair guy in your vacation rental? Bring your own beach stuff and towels. House isn't very well stocked in this area but had lots of books which we appreciated. Also. Just an FYI. The phone number for the homeowner listed on HomeAway is not the correct phone number. The correct number is at the bottom of the rental agreement. Homeowner communication was not as good as we have had in the past. The homeowner communicates by phone and text. Do not rely on the home away message chains.
