Godetevi la nostra piscina giardino situato nel bel mezzo di un ambiente tropicale. Casa ha anche una delle poche piscine di fronte all'oceano dove si può nuotare e prendere il sole delle Hawaii caldo mentre si guarda le balene o delfini giocano, a seconda della stagione della vostra visita. This is an excellent unit -- dated somewhat as many of the units at Casa De Emdeko are but very comfortable & any shortcomings are made up by the gorgeous view from the lanai. Convenient to have washer & dryer in the unit -- allows one to pack much less than you otherwise would. Two pools: one fresh water & one salt water right at the ocean's edge.

This was our first time in Hawaii and this place was perfect. Everything we needed was already here. Fresh towels, beach towels, chairs, you name it. The view was so beautiful. Every morning sitting on the deck watching the ocean with our coffee and listening to the birds was a blessing.

Beautiful ocean view and salt water pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is nice. All units have ocean views. The salt water pool is the best out of the whole place. Very nice, warm and clean. The condo could have some upkeep done. It needs a new mattress as it sinks in the middle. Also the couch has fleas in it and my daughter was bitten alot. I was not because I slept in the bed and never sat on the couch. But then I used that couch blanket and I was bitten a few times. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to cook. The best was the property management company, they were so very attentive and when a problem happened they fixed it fast. They are great. The condo was a good size 1 bedroom with double connected doors to the bathroom. They also had beach towels, a cooler and chairs. So you do not need much of anything except for groceries and they also have some olive oil and spices. Also it has a large balcony with loungers and table and chairs. The t.v. is rhe bedroom is kinda janky with the way it sits on the wall, which was good because I had to take it down to plug in my Roku. The whole property was non smoking, not just around the building but the whole property, so you have to walk a block up and exit. Which kinda was a bummer, because nothing like drinking coffee and watching the sunrise or set with a smoke. Great for the price considering other properties are 300 a night with no kitchen. We sincerely appreciate you bringing the mattress, couch, and television setup to our attention. We take any report of possible pests very seriously and will have the couch and surrounding areas thoroughly inspected and treated if necessary. We will also review the mattress and television setup with the owner so these items can be addressed. The entire property is a non-smoking community, which is an association rule that applies throughout the grounds, but we understand that may be inconvenient for some guests. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing both the things you loved and the areas where we can improve. We hope to welcome you back to Kona again in the future. Mahalo!

As expected

One of the best values in Kona. The Salt Water Pool over looking the ocean was amazing. This isnt a 5 star hotel resort but youre not paying that price. Based on listing and payment i would stay here again.

Two week January getaway

Accomendations were very clean. Could use more dish soap (3), toliet paper (2),kleenex (none), garbage bags (2) for a 2 week stay. Beautiful view AM sun, shade PM. Convenient to town. Pretty quiet in January, Didnt see any children.

This particular unit is clean and perfect for the two of us. It was towards the back middle of complex and pretty close to both pools. The saltwater pool is right next the the ocean and it never was crowded! Would stay again!

Really like the area, condo is older and very dated which was ok. The biggest inconvenience was the water was turned off on the entire complex at 9 am. We were getting ready in the morning and check out was at 11 am. Made a good trip end with alot of difficulty. Property manager should've have disclosed this prior to booking.

Very clean and comfortable and my wife and I love Casa EmDeko in general, having stayed in a few other units there over the years. We enjoy the sunset time there, as the locals who live in the complex come out to blow conch shells and enjoy the view as community.

Great location and super quiet

The complex is away from the road so no noise from Alii drive. Unit is a bit dated inside but we don’t spend much time indoors anyways. Lots of towels which is always nice.

It was so relaxing and marvelous. The only thing that could’ve been a little bit clearer was what items were going to be furnished in the condo. We overpacked!’lol the saltwater pool that sits next to the oceanfront was just amazing. I took a life-size sugar skull floaty and just floated around in our off time while visiting the Big Island. My dear friend recommended Casa de Emdeko and I went to sleep each night listening to the waves which was the exact same thing that I woke up to. The tranquil of pleasant environment was exactly what we needed.I am 61 years old but I felt 21 the entire time! Thank you so much for the experience of a lifetime!

Nice property we would return

The window coverings in the bedroom need to be fixed. They don’t cover the window in the bedroom. Can opener is worthless. Some of the dishes had food on them. Great lanai. Nice view. Management was very helpful. Comfortable place. Tight on parking but felt secure.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location. Glad to have the AC. Would choose to have a room on the south side to avoid sun in the morning. Room had the items we needed for the beach the grills were convenient and modern, building was well maintained for its age. Very much enjoyed the salt water pool. Staff was helpful when completing arrangements. Over all a nice facility we would come again.

When we checked in, the power to the unit was completely out. We were not informed about this until after we had already landed. We later learned from neighbors that the outage had already been ongoing for several days prior to our arrival.Because there was no power, there were no lights, air conditioning, or elevator access for the first several hours of our stay. We had to carry all of our luggage up to the third floor in extreme heat, which was extremely difficult and not what we expected when booking the property.A few days later, the water was also shut off for half the day and now the air conditioning has gone out and was still out of order when we checked out today. These repeated issues have had a major impact on our stay and overall experience.. We were also told that attempts had been made to contact us regarding these issues before arrival, but we never received any calls, messages, or notifications warning us about the condition of the property.We understand that unexpected maintenance issues can happen, but the lack of communication and repeated disruptions during our stay have been very disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences experienced during your stay. To clarify, the power outage was the result of a complex-wide issue that was outside of our control. We were advised by the association and utility providers that power was expected to be restored the morning of your arrival, which is why we anticipated the issue would be resolved before check-in. Unfortunately, restoration was delayed beyond the timeframe provided to us. As soon as we became aware of the continued outage, we notified arriving guests and provided updates as information became available. We certainly understand how frustrating it was to arrive without power, elevator service, air conditioning, and other normal conveniences, particularly after traveling. While the outage itself was beyond our control, we recognize that it impacted the start of your vacation and we are sorry for that experience. The temporary water shutdown was also a building-related matter managed by the association, and while we strive to keep guests informed of any known disruptions, some events unfortunately arise or change with little notice. Regarding the air conditioning issue later in your stay, our team worked to address the concern as quickly as possible once it was reported. We appreciate your understanding that these were not recurring conditions of the property itself, but rather a series of unforeseen building and utility-related issues.
