Gull Reef 626 è un fantastico appartamento che dispone di una vista parziale lato dell'oceano dal balcone privato e si trova in residence unico veramente di fronte all'oceano di Tybee Island. Il Beachside Colony Resort dispone di tre piscine, tra cui 1 piscina riscaldata e un famoso ristorante sulla spiaggia, The Deck Beach Bar e Kitchen.

Rilassati e goditi questo splendido condominio, completamente ristrutturato e riarredato con tutti i nuovi decori costieri. Goditi questa unità finale con tonnellate di luce naturale e una vista laterale dell'oceano. Lo rende la destinazione perfetta per le famiglie, o per le ragazze in fuga! Il grande posto vicino al finestrino sarà uno dei tuoi punti preferiti per rilassarsi con un buon libro. Il condominio ha una pianta aperta e dispone di un balcone arredato. La sala da pranzo ha posti a sedere per 6, e posti a sedere per 3 al bar per la colazione. La cucina è stata aggiornata e ha tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici, e gli impianti e comprende una lavatrice e asciugatrice accatastati.

La master suite rinnovata è arredata con un re e ha un bagno annesso con una cabina doccia con belle piastrelle e un sedile d'angolo. Le due camere degli ospiti sono arredate con un letto queen size in uno e 2 gemelli nel secondo. Ogni camera include una TV / DVD. Il nuovissimo e bellissimo bagno con sala dispone di piastrelle a onda nella combinazione vasca / doccia. Saprai che sei in spiaggia!

WIFI / accesso internet ad alta velocità è disponibile per gli ospiti in questo condominio. A pochi passi da ristoranti, biblioteca, YMCA, e Memorial Park. Parcheggio per 2. NOTA: Più grande `s di SUV non possono andare bene in un parcheggio-spazio soprattutto in alta / alta stagione.

Beachside Colony offre calore piscina tra i mesi di ottobre-marzo. Il calore della piscina è disponibile solo in una piscina ed è riscaldato in base alle condizioni atmosferiche e meccaniche e non è un comfort garantito.

Overall, the condo was okay. Having a keypad code to open the door made things a lot easier as we traveled all day with young kids and probably wouldn’t have made it to an office in time to get a key. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The fridge and pantry had plenty of space for what we needed for 8 of us. The beach was very easy to access from the condo. However, there were several things we were dissatisfied with. The floors were dirty when we arrived. Our youngest son is crawling and his legs, feet and hands were covered in black grime within 10 minutes of arriving. The king size mattress desperately needs replacing. It dips in the middle and is very uncomfortable. The smallest room with 2 twin beds is cramped. One double bed would fit much better. The pool area was nice but the water was too warm for our family’s comfort. We will definitely be back to Tybee Island but we will not stay at this location again.

Great location

Overall experience was great. Nice location with lots to offer and short walk to the beach. Bathrooms could use some hooks in the shower and bathroom for wash clothes and towels. Would be nice if location offered beach chairs as well.

Fabulous beach condo!

Loved the condo! It’s a corner unit, so it gets tons of natural light! Very spacious, and it’s a short walk to the beach! Since it’s on the north end of the island, it’s also much quieter at night. Great place for a family beach trip!

Family beach time at Gull Reef 626

This unit was clean and plenty spacious for myself and husband, daughter, and 2 granddaughters. It was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. The beds were comfy, sheets and towels were good quality. It was an easy walk to the beach.

Loved being close to the beach. Enjoyed the place. Our only issue was with the mildew/ mold in the dishwasher. Caused the kitchen to smell.

We had a great stay! The bulding overall is very nice, easy to get around and park. The unit was very nice, all brand new appliances, everything you needed. The only thing that needed attention was the floors. The floors were filthy like they never get scrubbed. Our feet would literally turn black within 15 minutes, it was so bad we ended up having to wear shoes inside and had to wipe all our feet with baby wipes before getting into bed. I would have gladly cleaned it myself but there were no cleaning supplies only an older looking mop that i used onnthe balcony as it was too dirty to sit or even stand on. The oceanview was just like the picture, and though this unit was atbthe back farthest fromnthe beach, we enjoyed the view alot. We would definitely go back!

Beach getaway

This was a great condo for a group of 6--4 adults and 2 children. It was attractive, roomy and clean. The patio is quite small and the view of the beach was pretty limited, but other than that, it was perfect. It is very convenient to walk to the beautiful beach and the unit is fairly well supplied. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner!

Vacation spot

It was a great place! Loved the spacing and the property managers. Very close to the beach and loved how it was not very crowded being a holiday weekend. Only thing missing, the restaurants. We did drive down to the pier and walked around but only because we did have a 2 year old and did not bring a stroller or his bike. But that was more so on us. The property was perfect for what we were looking for and that was the beach.

Spent 3 nights at the condo with 4 adults and a few kids under 5.Pros:Location was great. Access to pools and beach was fabulous. Master bedroom/bath were great and spacious.Great response by the host after hours with an issue that they took care of immediatelyConsFloors of the condo were sticky and grainy from the start. None of the rugs shown in the pictures were out so there was nowhere to wipe your feet after a day on the beach.The condo is on a corner to the main street so traffic noise at night was pretty loud if anyone sleeps in the living room.NotesIf you are staying with kids under 5 beware of small balcony with a high top, move it back so the little ones are not so close to the edge.The dining table is glass and the chairs are metal, not the best for little ones. Bring soap, laundry soap, paper towels and light cleaning agents for your stay. RecommendationsGoing to the beachUse the wood walkway, there are showers at the gate and if you have a cart, balloon tires are the way to go.I rented chairs and umbrellas from Burkes rental right there at the property. BIG PLUS and well worth the money to not have to lug chairs, etc with little ones. The sugar shack is the best ice cream place to take kids. Really cute The lighthouse is a great way to get off property. 197 steps and the five year old had no problem! Great views.There is a restaurant on property called the Deck. Great place to not cook and have a good meal and not drive. Had a great time!

Beds were very old and saggy. Heavy Mildew on the shower curtains. Balcony door was missing the handle and no way to lock. Screen was also missing from the screen door.For as much as they charge i would expect good beds, pillows and a secure locking door.

Everything was good with one exception. The mattress in the master bedroom had a terrible sag in it. We did not sleep well. I recommended to the rental agency to replace it. Hopefully they did.

Overall the experience was good. We loved having the pool and beach access right there. The condo wasn’t the cleanest. The floors were pretty dirty, and the kitchen table had dried food on it. I assume from the previous occupants. If we walked around the condo without shoes, our feet would be so filthy. We had to purchase a swiffer to keep the floors clean. It would’ve been nice to have that provided since there was a broom provided and mop bucket. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. If fit our family perfectly! I would stay her again!

Fabulous for Families!

Gulf Reef was a perfect fit for our family vacation! First, the location was amazing! Just the listing said, it was steps from the beach & we could see the ocean ftom our balcony. Bonus- the chair & umbrella rentals were right there at our beach entrance. Next, the condo it self was extremely clean and had hotel level service for linens and towels. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need to cook and it was labeled!! The furniture was comfortable, well taken care of, and the window seat was my girls favorite spot. Even though the condo is in the back and faces the road, it was very quiet and most of the bedrooms are not on that side. The complex where the condo is located has a great restaurant called the Deck Bar- highly recommend for wonderful food, and fabulous drinks. Tybee Island is also only 30 minutes from Savannah and very easy to drive in and out of the city!Finally, communication about the condo, and checking in & out were very clear and timely. If our family ever makes it back to the Savannah area, we would love to rent this again or any property from Tybee Vacation Rentals.

All girls trip

The floors were dirty (not to eyes) as soon as we got here of course we took shoes off and with in 5 minutes our feet/socks were black as could be. Called them they sent someone to remop but was not any better. Lady sent was very rude. They just moped with water and rinsed it out in sink and went to next area. I suggest to get some cleaner to mop with also. other problems also. Ice maker didn't work. refrigerator was not cool enough. Dishwasher was nasty. After washing first load and them coming out as dirty as before had to wash by hand .

Floor in unit was not very clean, appliances were very nice and new, kitchen was missing a few odds and ends that made meals and cooking a bit less convenient. TV's in every room seemed excessive, cable TV and wifi worked well, ROKU unit did not work and could not maintain any connection despite all the troubleshooting. Beds were a bit soft and lacking in support for our taste but everyone has different tastes here. Stating this unit has a beach view is a little misleading. Walk to the ocean was not far and easily manageable. If you have a folding wagon it would be a good item to bring along as the beach ramp has no steps and is just sloped. Everyone found something they liked at the onsite restaurant. Suggest downloading the Tybee app for parking if you want to drive down the island in the evening for dinner or to explore. Showers / feet was stations are located within the condo complex, not at the beach access.
