Stai cercando di affittare una casa per te e la tua famiglia allargata? Forse porti con te cognata e cognata o nonna e nonno? Vuoi il tuo spazio? Abbiamo 2 case sulla nostra proprietà. È possibile affittare la casa anteriore 2 camere da letto che dorme 5 e affittare il cottage per gli ospiti che dorme 2. Ognuno ha il proprio spazio separato, ma abbastanza vicino da godersi il tempo insieme in spiaggia! Non affitteremo le case separatamente. Affittiamo la casa anteriore da sola, o la parte anteriore e quella posteriore insieme.

La nostra casa di fronte è una camera da letto 2 recentemente rinnovata (5 posti letto) con grande ponte e grill. Su richiesta la seconda camera sarà trasformata in un letto king size (vedi foto) La grande sala è perfetta per cene e intrattenimenti. Questa casa sulla spiaggia è meticolosamente pulita e completamente attrezzata. Ci sono pochissimi affitti nella zona che si adattano alle tue aspettative. Questo lo farà!

La cucina è completamente ristrutturata e comprende un nuovissimo frigorifero subzero, in cima alla linea nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, compreso un riempitore di pentole a tappo caldo sopra la stufa. Completamente fornito di piatti, tazze, posate e utensili da cucina e accessori. Le camere sono state rinnovate e includono letti nuovi, cuscini, biancheria, bagno e teli da spiaggia.

Il cottage per gli ospiti può ospitare 2 o 3 persone. Il tuo layout può essere o un letto King o 2 letti singoli (vedi foto) è disponibile anche un letto iso. Ha un angolo cottura, bagno di grandi dimensioni con lavasciuga e una terrazza privata. Se vieni presto o tardi nella stagione c'è una stufa a pellet sul retro che ti terrà caldo e accogliente di notte.

Vela nel tramonto, noleggiare un kayak o paddle board. Rilassatevi sulla spiaggia o sulla piattaforma con una bevanda fredda in mano.

Don waited for us with the wagon and golf cart ready to show us where we were going to stay. The property had such pretty landscaping with a peach tree which they said we could pick from if they were ripe! The house was very clean and had many games to choose from. Everything you need to bbq and/or cooking is supplied. There were closets to hang garments and a bureau in each bedroom. The location was great (only one block frm the beach) and not too far from the grocery store. Overall, our stay was fun and relaxing. We would def stay there again!

Our stay at this wonderful home was truly exceptional from the moment we arrived until the time we left. The space was immaculately clean and offered a warm, inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Every comfort was thoughtfully provided for, with the house well-stocked with all the essentials we could possibly need. Don and Jennifer were not only gracious hosts but also incredibly attentive; they were just a text away, there to assist with any request or question we had. We will be returning in the future, without question!

Idyllic Stay!

Couldn’t ask for more! Gorgeous beach where we could hang out with our dog…just a very short walk away! Incredible kitchen and deck where we cooked all of our meals. And the secluded landscaped location was just beautiful! Don and Jen were great hosts and very accommodating and accessible. Hope to return!

Fire Island Getaway

Jennifer and Don are wonderful hosts. Their home is a perfect place to decompress and experience Fire Island Living. It was well stocked with any thing needed to prepare casual to fine dining meals and beach chairs, umbrella, and towels to enjoy long days at the beach. The property caretaker Joseph was such a gentleman and pleasure to interact with. Thank you Jen and Don for having us as guests. A most memorable experience.

fantastic beach vacation

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. The beach by the house is wonderfully un crowded and the ride or walk to Ocean Beach for shops & restaurants is quick and easy. The owners are wonderful, so responsive and so kind. The bedroom AC’s work great and the internet is fast.

Fire Island at it’s best

Everything about this property was terrific. Location to the beach, shopping was close by. The kitchen was well equipped first rate appliances with a modern bathroom. Great outdoor shower and there was very little noise day and night. Jonathan

The perfect place to relax

I can’t say enough good things about this property and the hosts. The house looks even better in person than it does is photos - everything is new and the place is beautifully designed. Don’t sleep on the outdoor shower! It’s really, really nice. They also have everything you could possibly need for the beach, plus plentiful towels and linens. Jennifer was lovely and really responsive - she brought us fresh towels mid-week and was always there if we needed to ask her questions about anything. I hope we’ll be able to come and stay again!

Perfect beach house

Hosts were responsive to inquiries. The house had everything needed for a stay. Beach chairs, outdoor patio, grill, plus size fridge, and all the little amenities were great. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Lovely Fire Island getaway

We had a great week at this house. Highlights include the amazing outdoor shower and tons of games/beach toys for the kids. The house is well equipped for everything you would need at the beach. Jennifer was very helpful in figuring out our grocery delivery (got it delivered on the ferry) and was very responsive/easy to reach. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

Sublime! Everything was perfection

We have rented for some time on Fire Island and this home by far has been the best! The hosts are extraordinarily helpful and the house itself was clean, light, so comfortable! The deck is large and we spent hours out there grilling and eating and hanging out! It’s a minute walk to the beach and in a great location. Anyone who can will be so lucky to stay here! We can’t wait to return!

Great Fire Island Home!

We rented this home for a girls' weekend trip to Fire Island. The home is comfortable, clean and safe. It is a great location - walking distance to the beach, ferry and neighboring communities where you can find restaurants and nightlife. The owner was very helpful and available for questions/assistance before and throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this property for a great stay in Fire Island!

Best Place to Stay on Fire Island

No words can do it justice. Once you step off the ferry, the place is a few steps away. The place is so close to the beach. There is a beautiful outdoor deck to BBQ, chill and relax. The place is spotless. Beach and wash towels are provided. Walking distance to Cherry Grove and The Sunken Forest. Bikes are provided for those who do not want to walk. The owners were always available for us. They made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you!!!

What a gem on Fire Island!

My husband and I stayed at this property for a few nights in September. It was plenty big for just the two of us and could fit several more people comfortably. The open layout of the house is great for cooking/entertaining, with a beautifully renovated kitchen. The deck outside is huge, and has everything you need to grill/relax! The house is steps to the beach and to the center of town. Every detail has been considered, and the owners are wonderful - they are available for questions/advice. This was our first time staying on Fire Island and we couldn't have landed a more perfect property! We can't recommend it enough!

An amazing place to stay

This is the perfect place. The house has it all. The kitchen has been beautiful renovated and has a great layout to entertain friends or just relax and take in all that Fire Island has to offer. There is a large table outside for eating that is fabulous. So if food and friends, coupled with ocean is what you are looking for, this spot is really it. The house (s) are well stocked and there is ample room for gathering or to be left alone. I have stayed there several times and love it. Cant wait for this season.

Dream Vacation Rental

My family and I spent a week in August at this beautiful gem of a home. The location is perfect, close to the beach and town. We have been renting in FI for years and this was by far the best place we have ever rented. Not only was house beautifully renovated, it had a huge deck that was private and great for BBQing and hanging out. The owners were terrific to work with and they made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this house, and look forward to going back again this summer!

Fantastic Clean and Fresh

Perfect!! Newly renovated clean rental with brand new kitchen and fully renovated cottage. New linen -BBQ - bikes - beach chairs - amenities - everything you could want in a rental. Owners Jen and Donall are attentive - responsive and friendly. Short walk to beach and Ferry . Perfect location. Highly recommended - we stayed for two weeks. Fishing - Swimming - relaxing at the cottage and on the deck - BBQs - could not ask for more. Will return next year !!

Beautifully renovated, comfortable beach house

My husband and I and our two adult children spent the month of July in this lovely house. Although we were initially concerned about having the owners, Jen and Donal staying in the guest house behind the apartment on the weekends, we were pleased to find out that they were both lovely, respectful of our privacy and very helpful at the same time. The house is well stocked with everything including bikes, chairs, umbrellas and more. If we needed anything, it was taken care of quickly. It could have not worked out better! We all loved being there and were thankful for our long walks on the expansive beach (look for low tide), and just enjoying the simple pleasures of Fire Island.
