L'unità ha tutti i comfort; con un TV Ultra HD da 55 "4k e home theatre in salotto e TV HD a schermo piatto in ogni camera Un nuovo camino automatico a gas è stato appena installato (febbraio 2017). È inclusa anche la connessione Internet wireless ad alta velocità gratuita.

La cucina moderna è dotata di una gamma, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, fabbricatore di ghiaccio e tutte le altre comodità che uno chef gourmet potrebbe desiderare.

La master suite, che comprende un bagno privato, dispone di arredi per la camera da letto King size Tommy Bahama. La seconda camera da letto dispone di un letto queen-size. La 3a camera da letto è dotata di letti gemelli per i bambini e la 4a camera da letto dispone di una doppia / doppia "a castello". Ogni camera ha un sacco di spazio nell'armadio. Inoltre è inclusa una doccia privata all'aperto con acqua calda.

So the stay was ok.The kids had a great stay thoUpon checking in was complicated cause you had to go thru the garage door with the codeTha balcony door for the master room is broke can't get in & out Thank god i also brought my own cleaning products cause the rug in the master room has a strong odor had to spray down the rug.Don was very responsive until i texted about a big bug that crawled outta the coffee pot after i put my coffee & was about to put the water here comes this BIG OH BUG He was very communicating until i textex aboit the big

Great location!

We had an enjoyable stay at this home! It was just the right size for our group of four women. The house was bright and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped with up-to-date appliances. We appreciated the water pressure in the showers. There was plenty of parking in the garage, behind the garage, and on the street. The home is attractively decorated. We found most of the beds to be too firm, and even though the living room furniture was nice looking, the cushions were a bit too worn and slightly uncomfortable.

OCNJ Beach House

We had a great stay at this house over a long weekend in early October. The house was located at a great spot along the Ocean City boardwalk and was a short walk from both the beach and boardwalk. The house was well maintained and comfortable. The host was great to work with and communicated with me through the entire property. We would love to stay at this house again if the need ever arose.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a wonderful time while staying at Don's property. We have been coming to OCNJ for the last 32 years, and we all agreed that this stay was our favorite. The house is the absolute perfect location, just a short walk from the boardwalk and beach. Don's hospitality and communication was unmatched and was truly a pleasure to speak with. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future!

Cant beat the location

This is the third time we have stayed at this property when coming to OCNJ since 2016 and the best part about this rental is how close it is to the beach/boardwalk and the shops and food/coffee on Asbury. Don is super responsive and easy to work with. The only downside is as others have mentioned, the queen bed is so noisy and the furniture in the living room is definitely worn and uncomfortable. I think with a few upgrades to the house and some new living room furniture this place would be a 10/10. Our family had a great week at the beach!

Great house and location!

The house was very clean and had plenty of room 6 adults and 2 little ones. The house was the perfect location being just a few blocks from both the beach and the shops on Asbury!

Great place and location!

We had to get out of our home for a week as our hardwood floors were being re-finished so we figured we'd go to one of our favorite places, OCNJ! We stayed at this VRBO and it was just perfect! Great amount of space, a garage and off-street parking along with excellent location, made our get way even better!

Perfect fall getaway!

The property was clean, spacious, comfortable, and close to all of our favorite places in Ocean City. The neighborhood was quiet during our stay and the boardwalk is a short walk away. Added bonus that our dog was allowed to stay at the property with us! We were sad to leave at the end of our stay, and hope to return some day!

Great place close to the boardwalk.

Be sure to check frequently for the time when 2025 opens for booking. This place gets booked in 2 days for the entire summer season.

Great communication with owner and perfect location! We had a great time. Queen bed was a little squeaky as others had mentioned but overall it was a GREAT place to stay!

Can't beat location!

Stayed the week leading up to Memorial Day. Location was prime for our child under 2. Quick and easy to get on/off boardwalk, beach. Garage was great to leave all of our beach items. Plenty of space in the house. Definitely would like to rent from Don again.

June 2022 Beach Trip

Great property with easy access to the beach, boardwalk, and the heart of OCNJ. The large garage is a great feature - I was able to easily store my bikes and beach wagon without having to unpack between each trip.

Great long weekend

We really enjoyed our stay in Ocean City. This house was easy to get to and was conveniently located close to the beach and boardwalk. Everything was clean and comfortable and we had no problems at all. My only complaint was the weather- it was cold and rainy for our whole stay!

We love to use the property in the off-season or whenever it isn't rented (which isn't often). Being able to escape to the Jersey shore, to walk on the beach and boardwalk, play with the grand kids, visit Atlantic City or just enjoy a lazy afternoon reading is one of the best ways that we have found to relax and recharge from life’s daily challenges.
