A soli 100 piedi dalla piscina, questa spiaggia cittadina squadra di casa non ha un grande, specioso, ben arredato due camere da letto cittadina due bagni con un soppalco. Master camera da letto è al piano superiore per la privacy. Ha un letto king size e grande cabina armadio e bagno. La seconda camera da letto si trova al livello principale e ha due letti singoli (possono essere convertiti a un re) e un bagno annesso. Entrambe le camere sono ampie, ben arredate e ben mantenuto. Il soppalco al piano superiore ha due letti singoli e una grande camminata in zona armadio / spogliatoio. E 'perfetto per i bambini piccoli o adolescenti. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli apparecchi moderni ed è completamente attrezzata per preparare i vostri piatti preferiti o tutta l'area può essere ignorato mentre vi godete la vostra vacanza.

Un patio con vista lago scenico ferro di cavallo si trova nella parte posteriore dell'unità. Un tavolo e sedie sono forniti per il vostro divertimento e sono disponibili in particolarmente utile per il caffè del mattino o semplicemente per rilassarsi nel pomeriggio dopo una lunga giornata in spiaggia o la pesca. Come bonus aggiuntivo per il vostro divertimento abbiamo quattro biciclette e vari giochi da spiaggia per il vostro uso. Noi chiediamo solo che li si torna al ripostiglio quando si esce. Fuori la parte anteriore dell'unità è la piscina. La piscina è molto vicino ed è riscaldata durante i mesi autunnali e invernali in ritardo per i più avventurosi.

Nel complesso il gruppo è molto spazioso (1.600 sq. Ft.), Ben arredata, pulita e confortevole.

Property was just as described. Very close to the pool and decent distance from the beach. Great location and lots of stuff to do. Thoughtful touches such as books and games are appreciated. Communication with host was good, very responsive. Will definitely look to stay again!

What a great condo to stay at! Everything was clean, comfortable and convenient for a week at the beach. The golf cart made staying a little further back in the resort much easier to access the beach which allowed us more opportunities to relax. And of course the kids thought it was awesome to ride it around the resort.Lots of beach equipment too. The host provides lots of kitchen equipment (knives could be sharper) to cook with, plenty of glasses/plates, and was nice having the grill to cook on. Beds were comfortable! That's usually hard to find. Very easy to communicate with the owner and he was helpful with answering questions we had. We enjoyed our stay here very much!

Amazing stay! Close to beach! Steps from beautiful heated pool! Fishing right out the back door! Golf cart made days at the ocean and nights at Baytowne a breeze! Condo is immaculate and has everything you need. Beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys, fishing poles etc…

Nice stay

We had a nice stay at Beachwalk Villas. Proximity to pool is great. Condo is very spacious. Loved having all the beach stuff! And the golf cart made beach trips super easy. Communication with owner was great.

Best family vacation ever!!

This Villa (5119) had everything we needed and was so nice and clean. The owner stayed in contact and left his number for us to call him if there was ANYTHING we neeeded. This has definitely been the best vacation experience ever. We will be back next year for sure!!

Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was great! Especially loved having the golf cart, beautiful short ride to the beach! Owner is so nice and very responsive! Unit is clean and stocked with essential items. We’ll definitely book this unit again!

Everything you need for a perfect vacation.

First time in Sandestin. Loved the convenience of not needing to drive. The 2 bedrooms were large with big closets. The full kitchen was great. It was nice to be able to prepare dinner some nights instead of going out.

Fantastic Property

My family and I just returned from a stay at Corkey’s condo and we loved it!!! The condo was very clean and stocked better than any other condo I’ve rented in the past. Having a golf cart with your rental is the only way to go. The neighborhood was very quiet and we really could not have been happier with the entire condo. I highly recommend this property. Communication with the owner was quick and easy as well.

We have been renting here in Sandestin since 1981 and this owner is without a doubt the best owner we have had. This is our second extended stay at Corkey's condo and each time just gets better. The new remodeling Corkey has done is very nice. The location is excellent and the golf cart has been an incredible perk. The unit is stocked extremely well and the additional amenities such as bikes and beach chairs are awesome. I would recommend this unit to anyone!!

There is not enough gratitude for the perfect family vacation!

Just know that "Uncle Corky's" (I swear our kids were saying that by the end of our stay) is a great man with a great wife and a great place! He honors his word and takes pride in his property. You can tell his wife frequently visits their home away from home and updates the beachy cottage to the month! NO, you are not on the beach. You are better....overlooking a lake that my kids fished in ever night and even got to know the neighbors! The beach is a blink away and we watched movies and went to the wharf and followed their dining suggestions! i guess it took me a while to say how awesome our stay was because I was still steamrolling of our first family vacation...With a 10, 7, & 5 year old it was about time....but worth every dollar and wait! THIS PLACE IS STOCKED with spices, a grill, beach chairs, towels, games, fishing poles, and the golf cart was the icing on the cake! Thanks for the memories and see ya next year! You truly made our family's first tradition!

Another perfect stay

This is the second time coming to this condo and it was perfect once again. Had everything we needed from a Keurig to all cooking utensils. The owner is always quick to respond if we had any questions. Already booked for coming again in April!

Outstanding condo and location!

We had a great time at Charles's condo. This place is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. We felt very much at home. Very peaceful and comfy back patio and literally steps from the relaxing pool. The condo is packed with everything you may need, including beach and pool supplies. Charles was very responsive and check in/ out was a breeze. Thanks for a great week!

Great property and awesome location

clean and very well located. close to the ocean and pool. the golf car was very nice to to move inside the resort. It was great to have had access to beach chairs and umbrella, and kids toys to play in the sand.

Great place to stay as far as Sandestin goes, but check-in was not good and golf cart was not available . Oversight by owner, I’m sure just a one time fluke. Sandestin is still the best!!!!

My wife, Catherine, and I met at, of all places, Spinnakers in Panama City in 1979 while I was at the University of Arkansas and she was at Jacksonville State in Alabama. After a couple of years of long distance dating and high phone bills I moved to the Atlanta area (Smyrna) where we were married in 1982 and still reside. We have two children. A son Charles and daughter Nikki. We all enjoy the Sandestin community and the access to all that is there. Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Catherine and I were already familiar with the Sandestin community before we purchased our property. We had previously owned a property in Seascape a mile or so west and had visited friends and family for several years prior to our purchase. When we finally decided to purchase, we call Sandestin real estate. Brad Smith, our agent, faxed us a listing of properties meeting our description, we flew to Destin and, after viewing the first property, made an offer to purchase. The offer was accepted and we have never regretted the purchase.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The location is peaceful and quiet with the pool very nearby for your use if you choose.

The Sandestin community offers so much to do and see that we seldom have to leave the complex. One added benefit is accessibility of everything by golf cart. We simply pack what we need in the cart and go everywhere including the grocery store. It is so simple and relaxed to just cruise the resort at a slower pace. It always makes me feel like I'm on vacation, which I am.
