Fantastic location for travelers with multiple generations! Plenty of activities being so close to the shops, and tons of room for everyone. Golf cart made getting everywhere extremely convenient. Fireworks were a lovely surprise!

Fantastic layout and location. Golf cart perfect for shuttling back and forth to the beach. Convenient to everything. Room was clean and as advertised. Will definitely stay here again.

Great spacious condo in the heart of Baytowne. Golf cart made everything accessible and easy. Very responsive owners. Will definitely stay again.

Tim and Wendy are wonderful hosts with a beautiful Condo. Having the golf cart to get around and take to the beach was great and store was an added benefit. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Condo, Great Location & Amazing Owners!We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the location was perfect! We loved being able to walk down to Baytowne Wharf for shopping, breakfast, dinner, or drinks. The golf cart was a huge bonus and made getting to and from the beach so easy. The pool was also really nice!What really stood out was the communication with the owners. We happened to be there during the hurricane and had to temporarily relocate to Panama City Beach. The owners were wonderful about keeping in touch and allowing us to return as soon as it was safe, even with the power situation. Thankfully, our power came back on shortly after!This is exactly why I love renting directly from owners rather than a management company. That personal communication and flexibility made such a difference during an unusual situation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Had our 6&8 year old grandsons and they loved it. We came in Friday afternoon left Monday and never used our car. Golf Cart was a huge benefit. Only recommendation would be to add beach towels. We flew in so did not pack them.The two bed & bath was very spacious.

Clean, amazing pool and amenities just steps from the room. Felt very private but still close to everything. The beach was just a golf cart ride away. So much to do that we didnt get to do it all but definitely had a blast!

all the way!We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was spotless — you can really tell the hosts take pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable space. The location couldn’t have been more convenient; everything we needed was just a short ride away. Speaking of which, the golf cart was a total game-changer — it made getting to the beach super easy!The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We’ve stayed in many Baytowne Wharf condos and this is the only one that I felt truly at home and comfortable. We rented it because of the 6 passenger golf cart and got so much more. There’s a view of the bay and some of the town off the livingroom porch and off the master bedroom, there’s a view of the pool. Even with all the hustle and bustle outside, it was very quiet. Beds are so comfortable. There’s not a pantry in the kitchen but tons of closet space with shelving for food. The pictures online don’t do it justice. We are very happy with our stay and will stay here again soon.

Convenient to pool and shops, but not the beach

PROS: Nice condo, close to dining, shops and pool. Pool was spacious, nice and not too crowded. CONS: Beach was hard to get to on tram. We ended up giving up one day altogether because it took so long both ways. I wish it was in the email that you would not be able to get in even one min early. We waited 15 mins outside the door to get in the condo. I understand not arriving too early, but no grace period at all. I never had this issue with other rentals.

Thank you for reviewing our condo, Ashley! You brought up some great points that we would like to address. You can access the beach by car or the free tram service. June and July months are very busy and sometimes there is a wait for the tram. As far as the entry code, due to extra cleaning chores due to the virus, we need extra time to clean and would need to know if you arrive early for check in. You can call us anytime and we can give a temp code.. Also, we reset the security code for every guest as some others may not provide that service.

Great for kids. Access to beach made easy using the golf cart...July is super busy out on the beach. Great view of pool from condo. We were able to watch the fireworks over the lagoon from the other balcony. Baytown village is literally out the front door of the building. Cooked most nights in the condo and had everything in the kitchen that we needed. Publix is easily accessible via the golf cart as well. I parked my van when we arrived and did not get back in it until we left today!

Spacious!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms are huge and the unit was perfect for us. It was nice being so close to shops and restaurants. And the beach is a short tram ride away. The pool is really nice as well. I also really enjoyed jogging around the whole community on the great walking trails. All in all the vacation was a success!
