Ziphaus is beautifully situated in the out skirts of Hood River with a stunning view of orchards and Mt. Hood. The house is roomy and comfortable. It was clean and well stocked. The owner was very helpful. A fabulous place to stay!

This house is amazing. It is well maintained and stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, dishes and condiments. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. During our stay, we took advantage of both outside patios and the dining space and loved the peaceful location and awesome views. I would highly recommend the property.

Beds were comfy, kitchen was better stocked than any other VRBO I have been to, and the view of Mount Hood could not be beat! Had a most wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our two night stay at ZipHaus. It is in a more remote location but just minutes away from Highway 35 to easily get to shops and restaurants. The view of Mt. Hood from the home was incredible. It is nice and quiet and we enjoyed sitting on the porch at sunset to listen to the chirping birds and the views of the pear orchards across the road. Communication with Diane was friendly and responsive. Home was clean and beds quite comfortable. Would definite stay again next time we are in Mt. Hood.

Beautiful house in beautiful location with fabulous Mountain View. Easy communication with host, and easy access to house. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I especially appreciate that the Kitchen had everything we needed and they were plenty of towels and supplies for kitchen and bathrooms and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

This house was really excellent - the view of Mt Hood is better than anywhere else we went and the house is very well equipped for a family. We appreciated the convenience of the pack n play and high chair, lots of games and other fun things to do in the house, and just a short drive into Hood River for meals out. Host is also very responsive and helped us quickly resolve a small need. Thanks!

The house was perfect for us. Plenty of room for 8 of us and the view of Mt. Hood is amazing! The host answered all my questions promptly and even recommended several bicycle rides which I took advantage of. Couldn't have been better.

Amazing is an understatement. Ziphaus is prefect. Location is so convenient. Comfortable. Luxurious without pretentiousness. Had an amazing stay. We will be back!

The house is even better in person, incredible views and very spacious. Probably one of the best locations in Hood River. 5 minutes from downtown but you feel like you are way out in the countryside surrounded by orchards and an epic view of Mt. Hood from almost every window in the house. Everything is newly updated, high quality, and attention to detail. Also, very kid friendly. We absolutely loved it and already want to go back. As for the host, she was wonderful and very helpful and accommodating. She always responded promptly and was even able to let us check in 5 hours early on the day of arrival. I would give 6 stars if I could!

Beautiful Hood River Home

Five friends enjoyed a beautiful weekend in Hood River. Centrally located to all the beauty Hood River offers. We got lucky with the weather and the gorgeous views of Mt. Hood from the front room.

The house was absolutely perfect and the host was nice and helpful. So clean, comfortable and plenty of room for the whole family. Bonus points for being super close to the wedding venue!

Perfect spot

This was a perfect spot to hangout with friends for a weekend! Very spacious, lots of natural light, beautiful views, and a short 5 min drive from downtown Hood River! Looking forward to staying again soon.

This house had a fully stocked kitchen, pantry, and essential bathroom supplies. Quiet area but minutes to city center, waterfront and trails. Would live to return.
