The Reef ha due camere da letto e un bagno. La prima camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e la seconda camera dispone di due letti singoli. C'è anche un comodo divano letto queen nel soggiorno. Vicino al tuo cottage è la nostra bella piscina riscaldata / refrigerata con cascata e percorso pavimentazione che conduce alla nostra spiaggia privata e area barbecue con due barbecue in comune.

This was a perfect cottage for our family! The proximity to the beach was amazing, and the little pool next to the cottage was perfect. I loved all of the hoses and showers available for rinsing sand off, as well. Very convenient! We had an issue with some debris in the kids’ room, but management did communicate clearly and addressed the issue pretty quickly. Overall, we would definitely come back, and Indian Rocks Beach is definitely a new favorite for us!

Quaint cottage right on the beach!

Loved the cottage right on the beach in Indian rocks beach. Clean cozy a little dated inside but everything was exactly as the pictures on the website. Checkin was quick and easy as was check out. Onsite community washer and dryer. Walking distance to restaurants shopping and you can ride the trolleys to St. Pete or Clearwater. Awesome stay would go back again anytime.

Great location

The location is the best. Walkable to everything including the beach. However, the pictures posted did not match the cottage. It's much older and not as nice as the pics show.

It is an older cottage right on the beach so when it is closed up for a while it can have a damp smell. This cottage is quite unique, it has the charm of old Florida with all the modern amenities you need. I wish you had mentioned something while you were here, we would have come over to try to do something to help. Our team would have been over to try to mitigate the smell. We have a team of housekeeping and maintenance staff that work hard helping our guests with any problems they may experience during their stay. We would have done our best to help you have an awesome time at the Reef. Beaches USA

Review

My brother and I enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and the location was great. My only disappointment was with the very weak shower water pressure. The bathroom had been updated, including a beautiful shower. But the shower itself had very week water pressure. Overall I would recommend the unit but the water pressure issue needs to be addressed. If that is addressed we would definitely consider staying again.

Steps from the sand

An old fashioned beach cottage with modern conveniences. Good AC. Wifi and TVs.. Small but you’re there for the sand which is only steps away. Lovely beach.

Very comfortable and a great location

We had a ball at The Reef and really appreciated the pool, the beach access, and the easy proximity to all of the amenities in Indian Rocks Beach plus access to every around us.

Away from home and on the beach

We were just looking for a place to relax on the beach for a week. The Arbors definitely provided that. The Reef was a big enough for the two of us and our two small dogs, but we would have preferred the roominess of the Yachtsman. Next time we will wait for that to be available. Nice pool area. Great beach.

Nice beach location

The cottage was clean, however the sofa was so dirty I would not sit in it. We laid our luggage on it. The shower is very tiny with missing tiles in the floor. The location was very nice and it was good to have our two dogs with us and be able to walk right out the door with them. There was no info provided to us by the owner without us having to contact them. We had to send messages requesting the address and info for check-in.

Vermittler meldet sich über Wochen nicht Zugangsdaten kamen am Anreisetag an späten Abend Die Nachbarn in den Nebenwohnungen kennen den Zugangscode Wohnung riecht nach kaltem Rauch, liegt vielleicht am nahestehen Grill im Aussenbereich Die Möbel innen sind total abgenutzt und kaputt In der Küche fanden wir in den Schränken die „Hinterlassenschaften“ der Vormieter Das kleinere Schlafzimmer lässt sich nicht abdunkeln - nachts scheint die Straßenlaterne hell ins Zimmer

Location, location, location!

Great spot right on the beach, has everything you need for a beach holiday. Several good restaurants very nearby, no need to drive. CVS just down the street. Nice spa/pool! Enjoyed our 2 weeks stay in the Reef, it would be small if there were 4 adults, we were just 2 and our dog. Being able to bring our dog was a bonus. Looking forward to returning in the winter. J&J

The appliances were good,buttttttt the patio furniture I wouldn’t sit on

It was convenient to the beach, restaurants and what we needed, however it needs updating inside for the costs. The price you charged I was expecting a modern bathroom not one from a campground. The cleaning costs was out of line when you are given directions to where the linens and towels are to be put, dishes to be done and the garbage to be removed. The cleaning people wouldn’t even remove a dead rat from the walkway. There are a lot of other places next time!

Regarding the list of cleaning for guests and cleaning fee this is simply industry standard check out procedure and is included in your rental agreement you sign prior to booking with us. As soon as the guest notified us of the pest issue, management arrived promptly to resolve. We strongly disagree with your 2star rating as we promptly solved the only issue that was brought to our attention. We are available 24/7 for questions and concerns and had we been notified during your stay we could have addressed your other concerns. Thanks, Management
