The condo was roomy and perfect for our family. The pool was great and close to the beautiful beach. We frequented the coffee and ice cream shop across the street.

We did an adult family vacation & our 2 little grandkids. The place was beautiful, it far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and I had stressed prior to our stay that I was a clean freak. The location is ideal. The sunsets were amazing. The pool was warm.The beach chairs were top notch & a nice bonus that they were so nice for us to use. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

Perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect! Spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out and super large deck! Condo was very well stocked with anything you may need, including beach towels. Walkable to restaurants and the best ice cream shop around! Only thing I can say that needs to be changed is the storage box fir beach items that us partially in one of parking spaces. Hard to get in and out of with 2 suvs. A small car and suv, no problem. Rent and enjoy that beautiful beach!!

Great location with everything you need!

The condo is huge and easily accommodated our group! Easy and short walk to beach. Pool is small but refreshing! Would stay here again!

The property was very clean and spacious and had all kinds of kitchen gear. very good locationlimited site of ocean due to being street side of building, but right on beach.

Great Condo, Close to everything!

Family getaway

Family from Kansas and Georgia were able to meet up at this Indian Rocks Beach Condo. Plenty of space, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance and right on the beach. Highly recommend!

Overall the stay was good. We were surprised regrading the limited view of the beach and sea from the unit.

This unit is not direct beachfront, but has a side/ peek-a-boo view from the balcony of the beach and water, and is on the beach side (meaning you won't have to cross any streets to access the pool and beautiful Indian Rocks Beach). Great beach vacation!

We really enjoyed the property and it's proximity to restaurants and the beach. The first night of our stay the air conditioner stopped working and the property manager was very quick to respond and someone came out early the next morning and fixed it. The condo was very clean and spacious. Overall a great stay!

Great condo!

The condo was very spacious and had some nice updates. It had lots of beach supplies which was convenient. It was in a great location! Walking distance to restaurant, water park, and ice cream shop!

Overall it was great. Parking is a bit tight & lots of stairs but the condo was very nice.

Thank you for your 5 star review and feedback!! Unfortunately most beach buildings have limited parking. Luckily this complex allows for two assigned parking spots per unit. This unit is also located on the top floor in a small complex with no elevators as described, so there are two flights of stairs to walk up. Thanks for staying with us and enjoying the best if IRB and this wonderful condo!

We enjoyed our stay. There was a partial beach view from the corner of balcony; however not a full view. As described in listing there are only stairs and no elevator. This condo is upper condo. Efficient parking under unit. Heavy traffic on Gulf Blvd can make entering and leaving unit tricky with the traffic light. Just be cautious and drive safely! Communication was good.

Our third time in Indian Rock Beach, big unit, close to many things, the only problem is noisy being on the main drag.

Indian Rocks

Spent a week here with family (7 adults, 1 child )Unit is very spacious! We were not at all cramped. Pool was a little on the small side but the beach access more than makes up for it. I would definitely recommend it and we plan on coming back!

This was the most perfect vacation rental we have ever experienced. Beautiful spacious unit with all that you could ask for and more. A real home away from home. We will definitely be back.

Great for families

This property was perfect for traveling with children. Location was close to everything, pool was heated to a great temperature, beach was footsteps away and the condo itself was VERY well stocked to allow us to cook, and feel at home. We arrived to find everything perfectly cleaned and ready for us to begin our vacation. The property manager was great answering any questions we had. We would definitely rent again.

Huge condo! Plenty of space for all of us to spread out. Well equipped kitchen, beach towels, games, etc. Sue was very responsive and great to work with!
