Perfect Location! Dolphins right outside Bay Deck. Beds are all comfortable! Clean and plenty of Beach supplies. Short walk to beach! The only problem was the Pool only was clean 1 day out of our 11 days, green the rest of the time.

We had a terrific stay and we love the location and the building. The unit is very clean and well equipped. Morning coffee on the deck is a treat. Close to everything on our agenda and the beach is easily accessible across the street. We hope to be back again soon!

Great location, great condo. Only issues, which weren’t really issues: a coup of the fans didn’t work and the water pressure in the guest bath was not great. Other than that thumbs up.

Planning to stay again!

We love this beautiful condo and Indian Shores! The hosts were awesome and very responsive with any questions we had. It was conveniently located, immaculately cared for, and so comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. We're already planning on returning for our next vacation!

Ladies 55th year getaway

Even though the weather wasn’t the best, we enjoyed our stay here in Indian Shores. The view is spectacular! The place is so roomy and comfortable! We enjoyed biking to nearby stores and restaurants and the beach is right across the street. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed though. In spite of this, we had a fabulous stay!!

"Another Wonderful Stay by the Beach!"

This was our second year staying in this beautiful condo with our family, and once again, we loved every minute of it. The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk to the beach! The condo was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Although the pool was unavailable due to maintenance, we spent most of our time enjoying the beach, so it didn’t affect our experience. Our host, Amber, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.We truly enjoy staying here and will definitely be back again!

Tampa Visit

In town for the NCAA Frozen Four, wanted a place for 6 adults close to the beach. Condo was one block from the beach and was in immaculate condition. All the necessary accessories were provided - beach towels, umbrellas, water toys, bikes. Top of the line kitchen and all the needed supplies. Very nice place, would recommend this place to anyone needing a "close to the beach" place to stay.

Indian Shores Rental

We rented for a month, to get away from winter at home up north. We had a fantastic time. The condo was great, just as advertised, and very well equipped. We had several friends and family visit. We really liked Salt Rock for dinner and Caddy’s for lunch. We also loved walking on the beach as well as checking out the Pinellas Trail nearby. Finally, we really enjoyed hanging with the sweet couple downstairs, who were very helpful as well.

Heaven in Indian Shores, Florida

This property exceeded my expectations and the host went above and beyond. The pictures look great but it is even better in person. This oversize unit has fantastic views of the Intercoastal and Gulf and the location is unbeatable. Having a garage with bikes and everything needed for the beach, including a wagon to make it easy to walk across the street, was the icing on the cake. I will definitely book this property again! Thanks to Amber for making this our best family trip ever!!

Great Stay In Indian Shores

Six of us stayed in the condo for 4 nights and it was a perfect fit. The condo was very clean and spacious. The garage had toys and chairs and wagon for the beach. Watch the sunrise from our balcony and saw dolphins swimming in the cove of mangroves. Good location too with restaurants close by. Beach access was just across the street and you’re in the sand in minutes. The property management was very attentive with a minor issue that we had and it was quickly resolved. We would stay at this condo again for sure.

Girls Trip

This property was perfect! There were 8 of us staying for a girls weekend. Amber the property manager was prompt to respond when we had questions and helped us in any way she could. Having a pool/ hot tub on property was great! We had it all to ourselves during our stay. We used the trolley stop across the street to go into John’s Pass for a day. A perfect location and a gorgeous condo. The back porch which over looks the inter coastal is perfect for morning coffee and evening wine! Would definitely book here again!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The listing is misleading as the property is far from brand new. The furniture and floors and rugs are filthy. The patio furniture is almost unusable it's so dirty. The floors were so dirty that we had to wash our feet before bed because they would be black. The listing says the pool is heated and it was not, which is unfortunate in February. The listing shows bones and those were also not around anymore. The location is hard to beat and the views were amazing. Overall with some tlc the place could be amazing but needs some deep cleaning and new furniture.

Thank you as well for reaching out to me during your stay about the cleanliness of the floors, etc. As I mentioned at the time, that is not the standard we expect for our guests. Unfortunately, our regular cleaning team was out sick with the flu, and we had to use a backup crew on short notice. While we appreciated their help, the result clearly did not meet our expectations, and we have addressed this directly with the team. I’m grateful you brought it to my attention so we could follow up. Regarding the pool, it is not heated, but there is a heated spa attached to it for guest use. We will review the listing details to make sure this is clearly communicated so future guests have accurate expectations. We truly value guest feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again for a much better visit in the future.

Do NOT rent through VRBO - double booked!

VRBO double booked our stay here and we found out upon arrival that another family was already in the unit. There is NO excuse for double booking units with modern technology. Do a quick online search and you will find it is not uncommon for this to occur with VRBO. I have rented with their leading competitor for over a decade and have never experienced a double booking. It was a disaster as a family of 8 with 2 kids and most of us flew from WA and CO only to find out we needed to find a new rental at 7pm. The host blamed the double booking on VRBO and the VRBO support individual blamed it on the host, either way we will never book with VRBO again.

I'm so sorry that you had this experience. I hope that you know that I did everything in my power to alleviate the inconvenience, including finding you a beachfront condo that was available immediately, talking to the host/owner in advance to secure it for you, reimbursing your payment, and even paying you $1000 for your hardship. I agree that this should not happen with the technology available from the rental platforms, and I cannot fully explain why the 2 platforms did not sync as they should have. When we last spoke, you seemed satisfied with my effort to make it right. I am disheartened your review reflects poorly on our property. As you stated, an internet search showed you that this has been an issue with VRBO in the past, it was certainly a first for us, and we have taken steps to make sure it never happens again.

Super sauber, klasse eingerichtet und der Strand ist praktisch vor der Haustüre. Besser geht es kaum noch. Wir konnten sogar von unserem eigenen Balkon aus Delfine sehen :)
