Up On The Roof, situato a 161 Ocean Blvd East, è parte di Seaside at Winding River, che offre accesso privato alla spiaggia, piscina privata e cabana club, il tutto appena immediatamente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla casa. Affittuari saranno dotati di pass di accesso per utilizzare la piscina e la spiaggia. Inoltre, avrà accesso al porto turistico sul Waterway Inter-costiere.

Casa è stata costruita nel 2003, con il piano terra invertita desiderabile per massimizzare la vista sul mare. spazio di vita totale è di 2100 sq ft. Casa ha alcuni nuovi aggiornamenti, è stato appena essere dipinta, nuovi pavimenti e moquette e una nuova scala posteriore.
Primo Piano: Master Suite, letto matrimoniale, con bagno privato e TV. 2 ° camera da letto: letto matrimoniale, bagno in comune. 3 camere da letto 2 set di letti a castello (Twin Pyramid oltre completa). Salotto con TV, ideale per i bambini con i sistemi di gioco. Anteriore e posteriore portici, con dondolo e sedie a dondolo.
2 ° piano: soggiorno con TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD e stereo. Ampia zona cucina con 4 sgabelli da bar. Sala da pranzo può ospitare 10. 4 ° camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e bagno in comune. Anteriore e posteriore portici con una splendida vista sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano - il luogo ideale per rilassarsi e godersi un cocktail nel tardo pomeriggio.
terrazza panoramica: Grande per una vista l'alba e il tramonto, un luogo ideale di ritrovo dopo la spiaggia, o godersi la serata sotto le stelle.
Piano terra: Ampio parcheggio, doccia esterna, e di stoccaggio. Griglie a gas e carbone. Dondolo e amaca. Yard è stato recentemente paesaggistico.

Questa casa è in una posizione ideale per piedi praticamente everyplace sull'isola. Solo una breve passeggiata per i ristoranti dell'isola, così come i concerti gratuiti, la gelateria, caffetteria, kite, noleggio negozio e negozio di caramelle.

Oltre ad avere la spiaggia e l'oceano, il golf è a pochi minuti di distanza a Lockwood Follia e campi da golf Carolina nazionali. Anche alcuni dei migliori pesca nella costa orientale.

This house has a perfect location. It was great for our group of 2 families with kids. It is very convenient to have the beach across the street. It's spacious and tastefully decorated, high end finishes. The terrace was perfect to enjoy the ocean during the day, and the asteroid shower at night. It offers everything you need for your stay. The kitchen has all the gadgets and utensils available. We were able to use the beach chairs, beach towels, and sand toys. It is very close to the bridge, to the grocery store, and restaurants. We are very happy that we found this property!

Lovely home with a beautiful ocean view. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need. The elevator was a big plus as well. Lots of outside seating to relax after a day on the beach. Communication with hosts was effortless. They responded quickly to any questions we had.

Best rental ever!

This was the nicest beach house we have ever stayed in! The host was extremely responsive to any questions that we had, the house was super clean, and the beach was amazing! We made some wonderful family memories here and hope to return next year!

Wonderful

Loved this house. Very clean. Beautiful decor. Plenty of room for our family. Many extra touches (hand soap, tp, bath mats, tissues, dish soap, etc) were much appreciated. Having beach chairs and sand toys was great! We spent a lot of time on the roof watching sunsets. Can’t say enough good things! Hope to return.

Great House near beach

Great house with lots of stairs, beds are nice. The small mini fridge was great for our drink cold storage. The air condition, washer/dryer was great. Overall great home to stay at.

Great beach house

Up on the Roof is a wonderful place to stay in Holden Beach. There is plenty of room inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked; the beds are comfortable and the view is amazing. I would definitely rent this home again.

Great stay at Up On The Roof

We had our family of our three children and a boyfriend and girlfriend for week stay. The location and home were superb. Not a single amenity we would add. The owners were very gracious in every detail. The views of the ocean and all of the indoor and outside seating wonderful. Great spacious kitchen. Everything was like it is brand new. Can’t say enough good things about our stay.

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Up On The Roof. It was a beautiful home in a great location. We loved the spacious living areas, especially the dining area which allowed our family to sit down and eat together. Easy access to the pool and beach areas were also a plus. And of course the views from the roof were amazing!

Amazing home!

We had a perfect vacation at this home. The views were unbelievable and the home had everything we needed and more! Very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Pool and beach access were very easy. The owners were great to work with and we will be back!

Wonderful House to Stay In!

Clean, well furnished, extra special touches like beach chairs and beach canopy. Convenient location on island. Ocean is very close. Roof top deck is really fun.

None Better in Holden Beach !

This property is perfectly located in Holden Beach - great view of the ocean from the 2nd row, beach access is directly across from the property, the beach clubhouse and pool are directly across the street. The home itself is pristine with an open floor plan and the owners are great to work with.

Love this house!

We had a great week! Our first trip to Holden Beach, can’t wait to come back! The house is beautiful, location is great, and the owners are wonderful! Easy to communicate with, they responded immediately to every question we had. Definitely would recommend to all of our friends!

Beautiful home

We loved our time in this home. It was exactly as advertised. Colorful rooms, the cabinets were exceptionally stocked and the home was super clean. We will definitely book this home again. Loved the beach access and the decks too!

UP ON THE ROOF

We absolutely loved this property! Large enough but also cozy enough! Had everything we needed and was conveniently right across from private beach access. The roof top views are amazing. I highly recommend and we will be back! I just love Holden.

Amazing house and view

Couldn’t have asked for a better location, house, or view. No other house had the view like this from the roof. We enjoyed many hours just soaking in the views and decks.

Beautiful! Warm and inviting!

“Up on the Roof” Is a beautiful home. It is exactly as described and even better than our expectations. It is across the street from the ocean but it feels and sounds like you’re right on the water. The owners were easy to communicate with and check in and out were seamless. My family would love to stay here again.

Wonderful Views - Beautiful Beach

My family and in-laws had a great stay at Up On the Roof. The house was as advertised, clean, with close proximity to to the beach. The 3rd floor entertainment space has great views of the ocean as does the roof top seating area and decks. The property owner was very responsive and kind. A+

Great week!

We loved our stay at this house! Plenty of living space, tons of seating for meals, high quality porch and deck furniture! Kitchen was well stocked with tons of utensils, eating and serving dishes! And it was so nice to have new quality kitchen appliances to cook with all week! We would love to stay again in the future!
