This was an extremely warm and welcoming property. Its close to many hikes and waterfalls, and close to grocery for stocking the fridge. Hot tub was GREAT. Enjoyed our time there.

The owners made themselves available to assist with anything we needed. The place was nicely furnished, and spacious. The view of the mountains was beautiful. And, the location is close to restaurants, a grocery store, and we were thrilled with the beauty and charm of Black Mountain.

Our accommodations were perfect for our short getaway. The host communicated well throughout the process. Loved the back patio and hot tub. Very relaxing.

Super, super clean. Convenient to everywhere we wanted to be. Comfortable. It was a real house, with more than just 3 forks in the kitchen drawer. Would definitely say there again. Did I mention it was super, super clean?! The hosts were great!!!

I would highly recommend this home to anyone with a dog visiting Black Mountain. It is well maintained with the vintage charm of a historic bungalow. It is very clean, has all the modern conveniences and the kitchen is very well equipped. The property is beautifully landscaped nestled in old growth trees with a spacious backyard for exercising dogs. A super large grocery store is a quarter mile away and it’s within a mile drive to downtown shopping and dining.

Our stay was great as far as cleaniness and location. We didn't get to use the hot tub due to storms but we did look at it and it was very clean and the water was clean/clear. It was right at town so everything was easily accessible. The location was not necessarily secluded. There were other homes surrounding it. It was very quiet and no concerns around neighbors. The only 2 things were the bed being extremely hard. I don't typically have back problems, but I did here. And not necessarily bad, but the shower was a clawfoot tub with a hanging shower so it makes for interesting showers if you're tall. Overall, the stay was good.

Not only is this cabin, beautiful structurally, but you will find yourself like we did,smiling,all the time that you are inside because of the way it is laid out and the decorations. It is truly a special place to stay.

Host were fantastic, we don’t go anywhere without our dog, and appreciate her welcome We live in a very old house in New Orleans and enjoy the ambience of old places to stay and love vintage interesting furnishings etc this place checked all those boxes view, location great and enjoyed talking and meeting owners we WILL be back

Perfect weekend getaway

Cozy quaint cabin....wonderful comfy bed, awesome hot tub...close to local shops and brewery! Definitely would stay again!
