This is the second unit in Island Sands we've had the pleasure of vacationing in. The property is extremely clean and comfortable, communication with management is prompt and always helpful, check-in is easy and the beach front location and view is absolutely perfect. We love this quiet area that has just enough walkable restaurants, stores, and coffee and ice cream shops to make it feel like a little beach town. If you want to get away from crowds, unplug and enjoy the Gulf, this place checks all of the boxes with a check plus!

Highly Recommended IRB Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, updated, and great layout. The pool has great for our young daughter and the location is very walkable to multiple restaurants, CVS, and more. I would highly recommend and plan to come back.

Great place on the beach

We had an amazing time there. The beach and unit were perfect and clean! Sunsets were amazing. I would definitely stay there again!

Great location

This property was perfect. It had everything we needed. The location is within walking distance to many restaurant's and directly on the beach. The view from the deck was amazing!

Beautiful Condo, beautiful beachfront view!

We knew it was going to be a great stay when we walked into the condo! It smelled of clean laundry and we got an excellent view of the Gulf of America right from the doorway! Restaurants, ice cream, and shops all within walking distance! We'll definitely be back soon!

My daughter and her children loved this location and couldn’t condo right on the beach. The tall balcony chairs were definitely a plus! The amenities in the condo were appreciated, especially the unit’s washer and dryer. They definitely hope to stay there again! Thank you for a great week at Indian Rocks Beach!

Perfect location

This condo was perfect! We were traveling with 2 small kids and the location couldn’t have been better. The house was very clean and very well stocked. From reading the reviews we knew the pool was small, but for our kids it was just right. You cannot beat the view, perfect sunset every single night!
