Questo condominio con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni si trova al Sunset Paradise a Indian Rocks Beach. Sebbene l'unità stessa non abbia una vista sul Golfo, si trova sul lato del Golfo, quindi non è necessario attraversare la strada per raggiungere la spiaggia. Questa unità è a pochi passi dalla piscina complessa e dall'accesso alla spiaggia. Il condominio è stato recentemente rinnovato da ventilatori a soffitto, biancheria da letto e materassi pillow top a TV a schermo piatto in entrambe le camere da letto e la zona giorno. Il condominio è stato dipinto dall'alto verso il basso .. La cucina ha bellissimi mobili, ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ben forniti per il vostro soggiorno. C'è un bar / sala da pranzo con posti a sedere per un massimo di 5 per quei pasti che si prevede di cenare!

A titolo di cortesia per tutti i nostri ospiti, forniamo sedie a sdraio, teli mare e un ombrellone. Tutti sono nell'unità e pronti per il tuo divertimento durante la tua visita. Alcuni altri servizi degni di nota sarebbero 2 parcheggio coperto / riservato e internet gratuito.

L'area piscina / vasca idromassaggio è ben mantenuta e revisionata più volte alla settimana. La piscina coperta ha molti posti a sedere e 2 tavoli da pranzo con ombrelloni. Tutti gli ospiti di Sunset Paradise sono invitati a utilizzare la nostra piscina e l'area barbecue.

The place was very clean and had more beach stuff than we could use! While the balcony didn't overlook the beach (we knew that when we booked), it was just a short walk through the parking deck and you were on the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

My family had a very nice stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. We had an issue initially with check-in, but I appreciated that the owner was available and immediately took care of it within seconds. Would definitely stay here again.

I was very excited at how this unit showed in pictures. Check-in was a breeze. I made a mistake on my reservation and wrote the host about it but never received a response.We stay at Indian Rocks several times a year. This unit was much higher than we have ever paid for the area. When we arrived, the unit was so dark. Its proximity to beach was wonderful however, unit was not well stocked, not enough mugs for coffee, really worn out pots and pans. It was not clean, and we were greeted by a roach in our bedroom one morning. It was extremely overpriced for the unit and its current state.

My overall experience was great! The condo was as described.The only complaint I have is the cleanliness of the pool area, which is out of your control. People left their floats and items everywhere daily (in the pool and outside the pool). It was also very cloudy and dirty. The pump didn’t seem to be running at all.

Amazing Stay

This was our families first time to Florida. We loved every minute of it. Property was an amazing place loved the calm beach. Clean, great neighborhood, over a wonderful stay.

Very family orientated. Enjoyed the stay.

We loved the location. The only thing that would have been nice is a few more kitchen paraphernalia that is commonly used daily. Kids loved the beach an d pool.

We had a wonderful time. It was just the right amount of busy and laid back. The weather and beach were great. Our condo was perfect for us. No problems with anything.

Indian Rocks 2023 Vacation

Just as advertised. Had everything we needed and more. Pool steps from unit and beach was awesome with a 30 second walk from the pool. Perfect location in the heart of Indian Rocks. Looking forward to planning our next vacation here.

Birthday Hideaway

This was a great little escape for our family of four. Quick access to the pool/spa and just steps from the private ocean/beach access. The property manager was very attentive, quick to respond and offered several suggestions of local places to go for food, entertainment, beaches, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed IRB and will return in the future. Texas, Y’all!

Spacious condo

The bedrooms had their own bathrooms. It has a full size kitchen and a livingroom. We enjoyed a cup of joe in the balcony before heading or either to the pool or beach. We were also able to use the gas grill. There are also a few restaurants that are walking distance from the condo. It was the perfect place for relaxation.

Loved this condo!

We absolutely loved staying at this condo! It was very clean and fully stocked with what we needed. The location was great and within walking distance to several restaurants/shops. It was a short drive to the water park too. We loved spending time at the beach and pool, and the sunset views were incredible. We had an issue with getting the WiFi to connect (due to a storm) and Cameron replied immediately and helped us resolve the issue. We will definitely stay here again and have told others about it too. Indian Rocks Beach is a fun beach town within close proximity to Clearwater Beach. There’s so much to see and do in this area. 10/10 recommend. We can’t wait to visit again in the future!

Sunset Paradise

The property is very dated, but updated. Property says it sleeps 8 which is doable with a King in master, 2 full size beds in 2nd b/r, and pullout sofa in l/r. But the living room/kitchen area can accommodate at most 4 people - very small area. Great location to restaurants, walk to beach and pool/hot tub nice added touch.

Perfect Beach Week

We've been coming to IRB for years but this was bybfar our best rental!! Location was perfect--steps to the beach, of course, but also just steps to multiple restaurants and, most important, icecream. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. Loved that the kids had their own bathroom attaches to their room. Condo layout was also ideal for teens that like to sleep in and a mom who gets up at dawn! I didnt have to worry about waking anyone up. We will definitely try to book again in future years.

This place ROCKS!

Indian Rocks Beach is a great location. It’s s short drive to Clearwater and Johns Pass. Sunset Paradise is a great little low key location. It’s in the gulf side but not facing the ocean. My only knock is that the balcony faces the parking lot and is in the direct sun all day long and it’s not good for much other than hanging your towels. Otherwise this is a great little condo and a great spot for families with kids.

Great stay!

We had a lovely sisters/mom trip. The hosts were prompt in responding. Just wish there was more toilet paper/garbage bags ect since it’s no fun to worry about running out of them on a trip. Overall very great. Pool was wonderful and we could walk right to the beach! The beach chairs and boogie boards may need an update, they’re broken and rusty. We had a wonderful time! Catch a charter boat to Egmont Key island and Shell Key island and tour them and collect shells! Dolphins played behind the boat and it was definitely the highlight of our trip!
