Brad, Thank you for choosing to stay with us at the beautiful Sand Cliffs condos and for taking the time to review your stay. We sincerely apologized that you faced any issues at all during your stay with us. We always aim to resolve guest issues as quickly as possible, but we did not have the opportunity as we did not receive any communication of the issues you had. We would love for you to give us another chance to provide you with a great beach vacation. Remember, we are always available to help! Sincerely, Benchmark Management

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. We are thrilled to hear that you loved the home, the incredible view, and the peaceful private beach. It sounds like it was just the relaxing escape you were looking for. We are also happy to know the cleanliness, resort amenities, and friendly atmosphere made a strong impression. Your kind words mean a lot to us! That said, we sincerely apologize for the communication issues you experienced during your stay. Your feedback regarding the gate codes, lack of property maps, pedestrian gate, beach chair rentals, and absence of cleaning tools is incredibly helpful, and we understand how frustrating those oversights must have been; especially when traveling with kids. We are currently reviewing and updating our pre-arrival materials to ensure clearer directions, accurate vendor information, and timely updates like gate code changes. We are also making sure each property has basic cleaning supplies readily available for guests’ convenience. As for the "free tickets," we want to clarify that the complimentary activities are provided through our partnership with Xplorie, and availability depends on the location and booking details. We are sorry if this was unclear, and we will be working to ensure better transparency going forward. We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve and deliver a better experience for all future guests. We would love the chance to host you again and provide a stay that’s flawless from start to finish. Warm regards, Benchmark Management
