What a gem! Super clean, so many amenities, beach supplies, super close to the beach. Everything was perfect for our stay!

This was a lovely place to stay. Everything was very clean and well organized. We had everything we needed and more. We really appreciated the beach chairs, wagon and umbrellas provided. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property was better in person than the pictures displayed. Unfortunately, our stay was during the hurricane season, so we got a lot of rain. Regardless, the stay was absolutely fabulous! Cheryl is an amazing and gracious host! She gets back to you without hesitation which help make the stay that much more enjoyable!Thank you for everything and I will definitely be back!

Fantastic little beach house! Close to the beach with all the beach amenities, including chairs, umbrellas and a cooler! The property itself is welcoming and cozy, perfect for post beach lounging! The giant couch is very comfortable as are the beds! Having an in unit kitchen and washer/dryer was a great plus! Will be staying here again and recommending to friends and family. :

Wonderful place, clean, quiet and just steps from the beach as it states. The owner was very prompt in responding and very helpful with links to places nearby to go to. No issues whatsoever. Everything was wonderful! Would stay again.

The stay at Indian Rocks Beach was really fun, and the condo is in a great location. It was literally a two-minute walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and was recently remodeled. It had everything you would expect in a rental. Bike rentals were also in walking distance, which made our traveling up and down the main road really easy. I would definitely recommend this rental. We look forward to booking this property again in the future.

Great townhouse by the beach

Great location (just across the road from the beach). Clean. Had everything (from Keurig coffee cups to beach umbrella and chairs). Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and easy beach access

Cheryl was great throughout process.... initial booking, questions, communication, departure procedures. Condo is nicely updated, comfortably decorated, well equipped and directly across from beach access!

Great little condo near the beach

Being able to get to the beach in a hop, skip, and a jump was awesome! The condo was nicely equipped and had everything we needed. Cheryl was a superb host!

Amazing Place!

The house was just as described! It had absolutely everything we needed. Cheryl communicated well and checked in to be sure all was well. The proximity to the beach was another highlight. If we're ever back in the area, I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

Comfy

Condo was very comfortable and just like home! Enjoyed being so close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Had a wonderful week with great weather to walk and sit on the beach.

Relaxing and comfy beach house

The three weeks flew by. The condo was very comfortable well decorated and stocked with everything one needs to be comfortable. It is close to the beach and stores and restaurants in town. Great place to R and R and get away from The cold winter days.
