"Latitude Adjustment" è una dolce casa per vacanze situata nella zona delle oche delle nevi settentrionali. Semi-oceanfront e situato proprio di fronte alla passerella di accesso alla spiaggia, l'acqua è a pochi secondi di distanza. Recentemente aggiornata e ridecorata, questa casa è un tesoro per ogni famiglia che cerca una casa per le vacanze di qualità in un'ottima posizione! Posizione perfetta per portare le bici per passeggiate lungo i chilometri di percorsi multiuso lungo le sponde esterne costiere settentrionali. Corri, fai jogging, passeggia con il bambino o semplicemente fai un giro nel Duck Village per fare shopping, caffè, ristoranti o sport acquatici. O semplicemente rilassati a casa nella vasca idromassaggio installata di recente.

Beach Get Away

We must have looked at over 100 properties before deciding on this one. Great property across from the beach with easy beach access via a boardwalk right outside the property. Very nice neighborhood with the property on a quiet dead end street. Easy convenient access to shops and restaurants. The home is decorated very nicely and you can tell that a lot of thought was put into it. Comfortable with class. No issues while staying and excellent communication. We are already planning a return trip!

Obx weekend

The house was wonderful and great location! Duck is a cute small town and we loved the little shops! The house had a nice open living space and you can hear the waves and see the ocean on the top deck. We loved the easy access to the beach….literally across a quiet road! Perfect!

Easy Beach Access and Comfortable Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home that was just across from the beach access. From the two decks, one with hot tub, to the selection of games, beach chairs, well equipped kitchen and small office for checking in with work it was all great. We enjoyed the restaurants and shops in Duck and other excursions in the area.

Wonderful location and home

The location and views were perfect, and the house clean and thoughtfully updated. Loved the hot tub and easy access to beach and sound. The owner was very responsive. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

Ideal location

The house layout is great! The two porches with ocean views, the easy access to beach, and the quiet street were awesome. The available bikes, beach umbrella & chairs came in handy when our tent from home broke and we needed an extra beach chair.

Great Stay at Latitude Adjustment!

This was our second summer staying at the house and we had a great time! The house has everything we needed for my family and two dogs. The host is extremely responsive and accommodating. We will be returning next summer for another enjoyable week in Duck. Thank you!

Birthday Trip

Beautiful property directly across from the beach! Hosts had lots of games in case of bad weather and lots of beach chairs to use on the beach. We would definitely book again!

OBX Thanksgiving

The house was perfect for us, just the right size of bedrooms and bathrooms and in a great location. We had a relaxing and comfortable time at the house and enjoyed the hot tub. We had a special family Thanksgiving and enjoyed every minute of our time there.

Great house excellent location! Easy access to the beach and beautiful views made for a great vacation. Such a dog friendly house was a big bonus. Owner was easy to work with. All in all lovely time at the beach.

Great family trip.

The house was very nice, large and fully equipped. The beds were comfortable. Definitely a plus that the linens and towels were included. Location was wonderful, short walk to the beach and nice views. Communication with the owner/agent was great. Would definitely book again.

Great location

This home has a great location! Short walk to the beach and you can see the waves! Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Dianne is a great communicator and responds to questions quickly. Deck is wonderful with very comfy chairs.

A wonderful retreat for the entire family

What’s not to love??? We love a summer retreat at Duck and the location of this home was just perfect!!! There was plenty of room for all six adults and the kitchen was well equipped which allowed us to make some meals at home.

Last week of June in Duck

We enjoyed our stay immensely in this beautiful home. The porches are great for relaxing with nice views and the hot tub was a big hit. Very short walk to the beach. The owners are very prompt with any questions you might have. Easy bike ride to town. Some neighbors even set up a pickleball court at the end of the street. The house is spacious and the accommodations were enjoyed by all.

Perfect Location

This was our second time staying at latitude adjustment, and we’ve loved it both times. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly. It was a great place for my kids to play basketball and ride bikes. It was also close enough to town to ride bikes to check out the shops. This is my favorite place to stay so far!

Great house

My family of three and friends with a family of 4 stayed for a week in this home. Overall the house is very nice that had some minor maintenance issues which were responded to very quickly. The location and neighborhood are ideal to families as there is a dead end and not to many houses on the street so very little car traffic. Easy access to Duck village via the pedestrian/bike path. Excellent communication with hosts. Fantastic job on the renovation as you will find the house updated, clean and fresh.

Comfortable, Laid-back Cottage

This was a wonderful place to relax for a week with our grown sons, a girlfriend, and our dogs. Plenty of room for everybody to watch a movie together at night or get away from the crowd to read or nap, and SUCH convenient access to the beach! The kitchen is a bit small, but I don’t cook on vacation anyway, and there are lots of great restaurants nearby. We had never rented through VRBO before, but it all went smoothly, and the property manager was very responsive.
