Le querce autoctone incorniciano il cortile posteriore privato e l'area della piscina che conducono alle sistemazioni del primo piano. La camera da letto principale dispone di bagno privato, TV a schermo piatto, letto matrimoniale e accesso diretto a un comodo portico schermato. Altre sistemazioni includono una camera degli ospiti con letto matrimoniale e una divertente camera a castello, entrambe con TV a schermo piatto e accesso a un secondo bagno completo.

L'open space della zona al piano superiore è ottimale per intrattenere e comprende una cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, una sala da pranzo per sei persone e un'area di intrattenimento che ospita una TV a schermo piatto di grandi dimensioni che può essere goduta da tutti durante la cottura, la cena o semplicemente rilassante. Adiacente alla grande area principale si trova un caratteristico angolo per la scrittura e una scala a chiocciola che conduce a una cupola con due letti gemelli / posti a sedere integrati perfetti per alcune storie memorabili a tarda notte che si scambiano e ridono.

Great location in Rosemary

This is our 6th year coming down to Rosemary Beach for Thanksgiving. As always we love the town and all the fun things they do this time of year. We really loved the house. The layout worked really well for us and the kids. Of course everyone’s favorite part was the heated pool. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay!

Thank you very much for a great week in Rosemary! This home was incredibly clean with the best stocked kitchen!!! We loved the location and the uniqueness of the home! The pool was an added bonus everyday after long days at the beach! The communication with the rental company was outstanding! I would recommend this home!

Perfect Beach House Family Getaway

Property was recently renovated with new appliances, paint and tile flooring on the main level. Everything was clean and worked as it should. All the amenities you would expect with some nice extras. Heated pool was great. Short walk to beach, indoor pool, tennis courts, fitness center and restaurants/coffee shops. Great place to take your family, will definitely be back!

Great beach property

Cute house. We loved our stay. We rode the bikes and walked to the beach and to the stores and restaurants. The house was advertised as 4 bedrooms but the loft bedroom was too hot to use even in October. We had to put adults in the bunk room which wasn’t ideal, but we made it work.

Awesome stay

This was a great location - easy to walk to all the shops and dining. We loved the heated pool. The communication with the property manager was fantastic. We had everything we needed. We did not use the beds in the crows nest for sleeping - as some of the other reviews noted, it was a little warm (it would be nice in colder times of the year up there) - everywhere else in the house was nice and cool to stay. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and I would pick it again.

We were only a few blocks from the private beach access and a few blocks from all of the Rosemary shops.The pool was also great to have for the days we knew rain was in the forecast. I would 100% stay here again.

Great Rosemary house with pool!

We booked this property for the private swimming pool. Unfortunately the pool light wasn’t working and we emailed the mgmt company. They sent a technician and had it working that same evening for our night swimming enjoyment. Excellent service!

A Stay at Captain Jack Cottage

The property was clean and ready for check-in when we arrived and the property manager checked on us daily via text so if we had a concern or need, they took care of it right away. I do wish there had been lighting on the screened porch ~ It was a perfect place to begin and end the day!

Amazing trip to Rosemary

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our trip to Rosemary and the house was the perfect size for 5 of us (3 kids). When we first arrived, there was a small issue with the pool cleanliness, but the 30A team was fantastic at resolving and our kids LOVED the pool. The house was stocked nicely, wish they would give 1 more garbage sack so dont forget to bring some. The house was clean and our kids really loved going to the 3rd story to look out. We highly recommend this house and would like to thank the staff of 30A for being responsive and kind with resolving our questions.

Summer beach trip 24

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall enjoying staying in Rosemary Beach. The house was just okay and would not rent this house again. The beach here is very crowded and there was a lot of smells seaweed on the beach. Very surprised that they don’t groom the beach daily. The HOA has a monopoly on beach chair rentals which are pricy and there’s very little room to bring your own stuff. We usually drove to Grayton state park. Much less crowded. Will probably not stay in Rosemary again.

Perfect location and size

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Captain Jack Cottage is a great location. Park your vehicle and walk/bike to everything you need. Even the beach is only an easy 5 minute stroll away. The room set up in this rental is great with the bedrooms on the lowest level, kitchen and living room on the second, and a crows nest that kids are sure to enjoy. Had all the basic things you'd expect a host to provide and instructions were clear and up-to-date. Super easy check out process as well, which we really appreciated (take out the trash and start the dishwasher). Having a pool was really important to us, and this cottage didn't disappoint. We were swimming in it everyday--great place to cool off and hang out with the family. Definitely would stay here again.

Captain Jack Cottage Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the location was good for not being right on the beach. It was a short walk to everything. The home itself was worn out in some places but not too bad. Kitchen cabinets, table and pots/pans have seen better days...and there was a hole inside the microwave. Scuffed up walls, and dirty floors when we arrived. Stained patio cushions.. The management company was quick to respond. Overall it’s in a safe nice neighborhood and fit the needs of our stay...just not in pristine shape anymore.
