Awesome location and perfect for our group. 2 min walk to beach and close to restaurants and pubs just a 10 min walk. Neighborhood was fantastic and decorated with American flags for the upcoming holiday. Ned is the dog next door and super friendly as was the entire neighborhood. Highly recommended

Our stay was great. The location was very close to the beach and the property had everything you’d need to enjoy the beach and surrounding area. The garage parking was very convenient as street parking was often times very full.

Please be aware this is a single story with the 2nd story rented out in parallel. We had noisy guests stomping their feet all night. Not what I expected for the premium we paid.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that noise from the upstairs unit impacted your stay. Our listing clearly identifies this as the lower unit of a duplex with a separate upstairs accommodation. We wish we had known during your stay, as we are available 24/7 and would have gladly contacted the upstairs guests if necessary. This is the first noise concern we’ve received regarding this property, and we appreciate the opportunity to reassure future guests that we strive to respond promptly whenever an issue is brought to our attention.

Great home and literally steps from the beach!Also, great location for Disneyland too. Access to tons of restaurants and fun outdoor activities.We would definitely stay here again.

The host was excellent and the location is unmatched! This is our second time staying and we truly love it! Could use a tiny bit of maintenance on the ceiling fans, but that's my only note! Loved it, would recommend in a heartbeat!

We stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. The place was very clean and clearly well cared for. It truly had everything you could need — they’ve really thought of everything!The location is fantastic, and it really is just a 1/2 block from the beach. Sheryl & Rich were very responsive if anything came up.The only minor issue was that the internet could be a bit spotty at times, but it seemed to be more of an area issue or possibly due to the thick walls in the older building. Overall, it didn’t take away our wonderful stay!
