Benvenuti nella vostra vacanza di 1700 piedi quadrati situata su 2 ettari! Situato a 4 miglia a sud della Interstate 40 tra Flagstaff e Williams (Gateway to Grand Canyon)! FACILE auto check-in con tastiera !! Posizione centrale per la bellezza stupefacente della Northern Arizona. Proprietà ha parco giochi per i bambini compresi, trampolino, altalena, scivolo, cupola geo, e pneumatico swing! Regolare il termostato, come lo in ogni camera con nuovo impianto di riscaldamento idronico con casa fuori, o rannicchiarsi accanto alla stufa a legna accogliente. La casa ha 3 camere da letto, due camere per famiglie e due bagni. plus e camera aggiuntiva che può servire come camera da letto con 2 letti singoli. Cucina completamente attrezzata e lavanderia, tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa! Guardare fuori in Garland Prairie per alci e cervi! Guarda i colibrì dal ponte, l'accesso immediato alle strade forestali e sentieri di servizio. Portate le vostre 4 ruote o fate una passeggiata fino al vicino lago Scholz dalla porta sul retro (circa 10 minuti). L'estate è bella nel nord dell'Arizona, batti il caldo e goditi l'aria fresca di montagna. La stagione invernale prevede lo sci di fondo fuori dalla porta, lo sci a Snowbowl (Flagstaff) o Bill Williams Mt. (Williams) -
Questa posizione ti offrirà riposo e relax dopo tutte le tue attività! Circa 60 miglia dall'entrata del Grand Canyon. Dish TV satellitare 139 canali con pacchetto sportivo, ottimo servizio di telefonia cellulare. Guiderete su 4 miglia di strada sterrata per arrivare a casa, ben gestito dalla contea, zona rurale ma la casa è in un quartiere con alcuni vicini che sono a parte. Amerai la pace e la tranquillità e l'aria fresca. Ci sono 2 negozi a circa 5 miglia di distanza che servono cibo e gas e generi alimentari. 17 miglia a Flagstaff, 14 miglia a Williams, 40 miglia a Sedona. The house itself was exceptionally clean with lots of detail on directions on how to use things. The dirt roads were a little difficult to drive on for a sedan, but manageable. Did enjoy the hiking through the woods and the lake. Also, enjoyed the outdoor barbecue/fire pit.

This is a hidden gem between 2 popping city’s! The enclosed acre for our dogs was perfect, and the hike to Sholtz lake was an absolute blast. It was so much fun to be 25 minutes away from Williams and Flagstaff! Far enough to enjoy the pines in ABSOLUTE silence but close enough for a quick drive to all the tourist things. The house was so much fun with so much room for not only us but our dogs. Our dogs got to enjoy running a huge fenced in yard, and daily hikes around this community. I can’t convey how perfect this property is setup for pets, so much room. Chris has so many amenities for our use, and the house was spotless! My fiancé and I fell in love with Parks because of this place, and fingers crossed we will return as much as possible. With zero hesitation we would stay here again and again!

Great place, secluded but not far from anything you need. Great for the kids too with the outdoor toys and room to roam!

This was a great stay for our family of 6 adults and 2 dogs. The loved that everyone could have there own room. The living room was spacious cans we could all sit comfortably together. We love to play board games and the dining room area was perfect our family night of fun. Our dogs loved the big fenced yard where they could run and play. During our stay we visited Bearizona and the Grand Canyon. Both were within an easy drive. We were able to both in one day. Definitely will add this to our favorites list. Thanks to our hosts for giving us the opportunity to make more family memories!

This is a well used family home, it’s clean and comfortable and has everything we needed. The fenced in area was great, and having the small lake down the road to walk to was fantastic. It’s very easy to get to both Williams and Flagstaff. The host responded quickly when we had questions.

Relaxing Weekend getaway

Very nice place to stay. Owner has left thorough information on the property and has thought of many little details (for example: plenty of towels and blankets). Nicely situated between Williams and Flagstaff and close to lots of outdoor recreation but still secluded enough for some nice R and R.

Great getaway

My family rented this house for two days to go on the polar express with the kids. We had a great stay. House was very comfortable and very well stocked with everything you could need. Chris, the owner was great and very accommodating.

Cute and quiet getaway

Very cute and quiet neighborhood. The house is welcoming and had plenty of space for all eleven of our group! Everything you might need for a stay away from home! The Scholz lake is a nice little walk away, lots of birds and wildlife to look at along the walk. The property manager is quick to respond with any questions you might have, and it was just a short drive to all the local activities. We had a wonderful stay

Cozy, not fancy, private, just right

We’re so glad to have spent part of our Spring Break here. We stayed in Parks and took day trips to Grand Canyon, Bearizona, and Sedona. Chris had everything there we needed, access was seamless with a door keypad, and the kids loved the trampoline and piano!! Thanks for a great stay. I even was able to do a few necessary loads of laundry!

My wife and a have been in Flagstaff since we were young, we went to Flagstaff high school. We married and moved to Parks to enjoy the space and beauty. We have 2 small children and both work full time jobs. We moved back to Flagstaff for the kids activities and to be a bit closer to work but could not part with our country home that we love so we decided to share it with others in order to be able to keep it. Flagstaff is only about 20 min from Parks.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We loved the calm and quietness of the country side and simplistic living away from the busy city life.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We wanted space to have pets (they came first) and places for the kids (they were next) to play. We love to garden you will see my glorious Clematis, Columbine, trees and numerous wild flowers. We enjoy to sit by the campfire on a still evening and gaze at the night sky. Fully covered deck with furniture, picnic table, plenty of lawn chairs.
