Due camere da letto, due bagni condominio con spettacolare vista sull'oceano da tutte le camere. Cucina completamente attrezzata, TV a schermo piatto in soggiorno ed entrambe le camere. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale. Due letti singoli nella seconda camera da letto e un nuovissimo divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno con materasso in schiuma gel. Tutta la biancheria è inclusa. Wi-fi gratuito e tv via cavo. Smart TV e lettore Blu-Ray in salotto e lettori DVD in entrambe le camere. Ci sono puzzle, giochi da tavolo e una videoteca. Sedie a sdraio e giochi di sabbia sul balcone. L'orario di check in è alle 15:00 e il check out è alle 11:00. Perfect in every way

Condo is absolutely beautiful in every way, stunning views from the 19th floor you can see all the way down to North Myrtle, nice layout, fully stocked kitchen, just bring your clothes. Owner was very accomdating answered any question within minutes, wonderful amenities. Condo is a 10 in every way.

Excellent location

Love this resort. Gated community, on the beach, several pools, 15 minute drive to Broadway. Host is very responsive and condo was very clean.

The condo was well maintained and comfortable. It was evident that the owners cared for their property and were interested in pleasing their guests. We have stayed in other condos in the same building, this one was the best and most homelike of the lot. Thank you David and Linda

Great condo and facility.

Loved our experience in Myrtle Beach. The weather didn't cooperate the entire trip but the condo was very clean and comfortable. Also, the facility has 7 pools and 2 hot tubs, so there was plenty of water to get into when we couldn't go to the beach.

Just Perfect

We really enjoyed our stay. Wonderful view, extremely clean, and we felt at home. Games and televisions in every room. We had teenagers, so this gave them plenty to do. No complaints. This property is perfect.

Great Find in Myrtle Beach

This condo was in a perfect location for us and offered everything we needed for our stay in Myrtle Beach. The entire rental process was handled seamlessly and we arrived to find the unit exactly as shown in the pictures. We had no issues at all with this property and will definitely keep this at the top of the list for future visits to the area. Thanks for making this trip so easy.

Beautiful and Clean

The condo was exactly as described. The beach chairs were a nice touch! It was clean and more than enough room for us. The only downside is the property is under construction, so many of the on site amenities were closed and it looked a little run down. But the condo itself was great!

Cozy Beautiful Cottage Feel

We shared a great week with family at your beautiful condo home! The unit has a beach cottage feel; one that we have not experienced before at a condo resort. The "beach home" is comfortable, very well appointed, and boasts a million dollar view. The resort has everything you could ask for right at your finger tips. The South Myrtle Beach location offers perfect access to everything the area has to offer. Will recommend this rental to any of my friends and hope to return soon. Thank you for making it available to us. Can tell that you care a great deal for your condo and for the comfort of your guests.

Just perfect

Everything about this rental was perfect for us. Yes, the property is a bit older but extremely well kept up. The condo itself was lovely, very clean with an amazing view of the ocean from the 19th floor. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need to cook a meal or just have some wine or coffee. One of the indoor pools was closed for renovations but there was another very close by and perfect for our littles to play. There were also two other outdoor pools including a lazy river, a playground, tennis courts, bocce, basketball and of course the beautiful private beach. I think my favorite part of the vacation was the porch- besides the view, it was sheltered from the weather and felt warm even if it was cold or rainy. The sunrise view was spectacular and we even saw dolphins. The hosts were responsive to any questions we had. Book this- you won't regret it!

Just “ok”

This condo was clean and comfortable. The view from the condo was amazing. Several things we were very unhappy with: All amenities at the Renaissance tower were closed but we didn’t find this out until after we checked in. The tower was under construction so the indoor & outdoor pool was closed as well as the steam and sauna and deli and game room. These items were the only reasons why I booked this place because there was a lot of options for the kids. I was also mad that there was no access to the beach from the Renaissance tower. Instead, we had to walk out onto the road where cars were coming in and out with 3 kids, a wagon, cooler, and beach chairs. This was not only unsafe but unacceptable considering what we paid for a week stay at this condo. There is a nice beach bar/restaurant that is open at the Tower which was its one saving grace. The food was just ok and all fried. It was also the most expensive meal we had the whole time we were there. All fried food, mind you. Lastly, the bed in the master bedroom was horrible. It was very firm and a small queen. I hate to write such a bad review but I was very unhappy with what we got vs what we paid. When I reached out to the owner to express my dissatisfaction with everything being closed she said she would be willing to give me a free nights stay for our next visit? Next visit? Why would I stay here again based on the current status of the facilities?

Myrtle Beach Stay 10/10

It was a great week at the beach. Very clean and well maintained condo. Close to the beach, pool and lazy river. Great views from the balcony. Host was very responsive and easy to work with.

We started coming to Myrtle Beach on vacation in 1989. We booked a condo at The Myrtle Beach Resort and had a fabulous time. We continued to vacation here for the next 15 years staying at different condos along the Grand Strand. Our family relocated from Long Island, New York to Myrtle Beach in the summer of 2004. We wanted to purchase a vacation rental and ended up back at The Myrtle Beach Resort. Its a great family resort with plenty of amenities. We love its location.
