This lovely flat on the garden floor of a beautiful villa is located in a peaceful residential area near the beach and the centre of Moraira. The accommodation features three double bedrooms, a comfortable living room, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful dining table for six people, and a large covered terrace, as well as a sun terrace, which are both hidden from view and provide a special touch. We hope you will have a wonderful holiday. You have access to a private Mediterranean garden with a brick built barbeque house which can also be used as an outdoor kitchen and we believe you will find this location to be both comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, there is a ten by five metre swimming pool that is shared with only one other party. The sandy beach is just a 10-minute walk away, and the town centre and marina are less than a 15-minute walk away. We are pleased to offer you the exclusive use of a spacious private car park that can accommodate up to two cars.
It is up to the tenant to decide how much electricity they use and how much they pay for it, as we believe in transparency and fairness. Rather than charging you a high flat rate for the cost of electricity for air conditioning and other electrical appliances, we only charge you for the electricity you actually use during your stay at the standard rate of 35 cents/kWh. This is payable on departure. There is also a final cleaning fee of 85€ which includes the washing of all linen and towels.
