Property and accommodations were excellent. The only downside for us personal was it seemed to be more crowded than we anticipated.

Spent America's 250!!! Place was packed but the Adult pool was a game changer. The room was as described. Some elevator wait time but 5th floor made us able to do stairs alot. Condo is really big, balcony is really big. West facing view but building beside obstructs view but still has lots of beach front view. Massive panoramic window. Ice machine was wonky and no icemaker on fridge but that is literally only complaint! We've done orange beach 15 years and this facility was top 3. The amount of water you can swim is amazing!

Phoenix West was family friendly and loved the beach & pool with lazy river. The unit we had was awesome for our family of 10.

The condo was very nice. It had so much room. All bedrooms were pretty and very spacious. View from balcony was beautiful We will definitely be coming back again ❤️

Nice condo

Unit 501 was a nice as pictured. Loved the level so you could see the porpoises clearly that swam by almost every day. Was a great week and we will certainly consider it another year if we can make the trip again.

Mothers Day Stay

Saying that the bedrooms connected to the front balcony was deceptive. They only had their own 6 inch balcony. Very nice facility and room.

Great Property

Overall, we loved this condo. There were some AC and lighting issues we reported but they could not handle during our stay. Mostly the back Master bedroom. The kids loved the pools and all the amenities. Other than the hot bedroom, we loved our stay.

Great place to stay. Large living and kitchen nicely furnished. Will definitely book again. Only issues I had with listing is it doesn’t give information on the 3 guest bathrooms and the wrap around balcony is not accurate. But the balcony is very large and well furnished

Spacious and clean.

Our multiple family vacation was very enjoyable because of the size and cleanliness of this condo. Of course we LOVED the amenities of Phoenix West ll. We did have trouble with the dryer but, after we reported it, it was repaired the following day. The 2 large chairs in the TV area do need to be replaced. However, it was very nice to be able for everyone to spread out and enjoy our time together. The large balcony area was fantastic for our grandkids and had lots of seating.

We did not have hot water 3 out of the 5 nights. We called the rental company daily and they would just tell us the plumber pushed his appointment to the next day. Can you imagine being on the beach all day, sand, salt water, sunscreen, and not hot water to bathe at night!??
