Questo è un condominio Fronte del Golfo, il balcone si affaccia sulla spiaggia e sul Golfo !!! Nell'angolo sud-ovest con incredibili viste sul tramonto !!!



Sii il primo a rilassarti e goditi il tuo soggiorno in questo appartamento 4 camere da letto, 4. 5 bagni, splendidamente arredate e professionalmente arredate. Nessuna spesa è stata risparmiata durante la decorazione di questo condominio, con cabinetry aggiornato in cucina, piastrelle in tutto, opere d'arte personalizzate e arredamento moderno! Abbiamo aggiunto delle tende nel soggiorno per bloccare il sole del pomeriggio!



Entrando non puoi fare a meno di tirare fuori un sospiro e lasciare che le tue preoccupazioni vadano mentre ti rilassi in questo condominio di 2600 piedi quadrati. Questo soggiorno ad angolo sud ha finestre dal pavimento al soffitto e viste mozzafiato sul tramonto. Un wet-bar, impianto stereo e fabbricatore di ghiaccio miglioreranno ogni festa. Godetevi anche le viste dalle camere da letto, ognuna ha il proprio balcone !!



La camera da letto principale del condominio ha un letto matrimoniale, così come la 2a e 3a camera da letto mentre la quarta camera da letto ha una regina. C'è anche un divano letto nel soggiorno forniscono posti letto per 10.



Per la vostra comodità, abbiamo installato una serratura per porte senza chiave in modo che voi e i vostri familiari / amici non doveste tenere il passo con le chiavi durante il vostro soggiorno!



Goditi una nuotata nel grande fiume lento, mentre i bambini trascorrono ore a godersi la baby sitter! La piscina interna riscaldata è perfetta per i giorni più freddi. Vicino alla piscina coperta troverete una grande palestra. Hai un parcheggio coperto nel garage.



Parcheggio: è necessario acquistare i pass per il parcheggio all'arrivo, sono una tassa una tantum di $ 28 per veicolo. Qualsiasi unità 4br che noleggi a Phoenix West II ti garantisce di acquistare fino a TRE pass per il parcheggio, la reception ti venderà pass aggiuntivi in base all'occupazione del complesso durante il tuo soggiorno, ma per favore non aspettarti un pass extra durante la stagione estiva.

Wonderful place!

Yearly friends getaway

Our group of 7 loved this condo. It has all the comforts of home plus an amazing view of the ocean. Only thing is they could use more elevators. Depending on the time of day they can get pretty busy. The place is amazing though!

Great Views and Location!

I have read reviews about the long waits on the elevators and we did not experience any long wait times. We traveled with 4 couples and each couple got their own room with a bathroom. The only complaint would be that the dishes were not washed very well before us, we had to rewash everything we used. Pick up more toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, as we noticed we ran out really fast with what was provided. Otherwise this was a great place to stay and would stay here again.

Everything Was Excellent!

As everyone else has said, the host is outstanding. The room was very clean with amazing view and very well decorated with what looked like new furnishings. The parking was easy and the elevators were fast. Would definitely stay here again

OASIS 2801 NEEDS UPDATING

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been going to this condo for years staying in different units. The location of 2801 is great. But the furnishing are sad. All the beds could only be described as horrible. The couch had gross stains on it. It was cleaner than the unit we stayed in earlier in February, but much maintenance is needed. Our bedroom door wouldn't latch, the walk in shower door would hardly close and the bedding is totally worn out. I wouldn't stay here again unless these things were taken care of. Also, this condo use to be special and upscale, now people smoke, don't obey the rules and are generally disruptive over the complex. We are looking for other locations for the future. We've had enough.

Overall Good Experience

We had two little kids with us so we had pack and plays, high chairs, walkers, strollers, etc. and there was more than enough space for everything. The beds were comfortable, nice showers and tv's. Our only complaint was with the cleaning service. The floors were not swept or mopped before we got there. If you took your shoes off, your feet were black within minutes. We had to go buy a broom and mop to get everything cleaned up. We are hoping it was just a careless, one-time mistake. I would rent this unit again, I would just make sure it was cleaned properly, or be giving someone a call to handle things immediately. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Great condo - missing a few things

Loved the condo! Big, clean, quiet and roomy. Just a couple things kept us from giving it a full five stars. The washer and dryer don’t work properly. The water in the fridge doesn’t work. The ELEVATORS…. They are aweful. The need more at peak times. For a place this size six elevators are about far from enough. Lot of time spent waiting on elevators.

Perfect for multiple families

We had a group of 9 of us staying together (3 families) and this worked perfectly for us. Everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Indoor pool was warm. We played pickleball numerous times. Elevators were quick (something I wondered about when booking a condo on the 28th floor!). Would definitely recommend.

Yearly Fall Vacation Trip

Eh - It's ok...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all the elevators are absolutely horrendous! Had to wait 45 minutes for one on move-out day, 20+ on mornings and evenings. The unit was good, but the HVAC was terrible. Two units and two thermostats and we couldn't figure out which one controlled what area! The living space would be warm (balcony doors closed) and the bedrooms would be freezing. Also, glass table tops are not a good idea for families with small children. We couldn't find a remote for the living area TV that would control both the volume and channels, so had to go back and forth with two different remotes. Everything looked nice though.
