Property owner issues

Unit floors were dirty, located at back of property, so had to drive to use the amenities, after paying last payment, property owner became non-existing and I never heard from her again ( needed to desperately speak with her). AC stopped working twice, tookk quite some time to find a number to front desk, but once we were able to make contact they were quick to have it up and running. Toilet stopped up and we needed to plunge it daily. Would never rent from this owner again. Much more I could give examples why, but hope this helps others

Perfect for extended family gatherings.

Couples, grandma and couples with children for a birthday celebration. Made french toast, egg casserole and Mimosas. Nice accommodations with room for everyone.. Water park was fantastic, then dinner at Disney Springs just a10 min drive. Great condo and with privacy for everyone as well!

Would have given more stars with a better elevator system, it was quicker to walk up the stairs to the 5th floor. Dailey housekeeping would have been nice as well.

Ladies Weekend Retreat

This was a well-deserved weekend for a group of ladies. The villa was very, very nice. We were comfortable and plenty of space for us all-12. We enjoyed the view from all balconies. The lake view was breathtaking. The room was clean with all stocked supplies to include clean towels, soap, shampoo, dish detergent, trashcan, broom, dustpan, dishes, and just plenty of space. The water pressure was at the right condition and temperature almost perfect. We had one issue of black ants in tub, behind bar and room keys not working properly. Security had to come at least 3 times to open a door for access to a room. We had all 3 rooms so it was a little frustrating as we only were there for the weekend. Overall the location was great! Room very nice, clean and well-stocked w/all needed supplies. The resort had friendly and helpful staff. The added feature of shuttle on grounds also was nice and convenient to use. We were able to check-in at noon and do late checkout at noon. This too was a plus factor. We all really enjoyed our space and the resort was wonderful fit for us. This was a great weekend for ladies retreat!

Great getaway with good friends

Four retired couples spent three fun days visiting Disney and Orlando. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen, dining and entertaining areas were large enough to accommodate a group of eight. The units were well maintained. The location made it easy to get to the many Orlando attractions.

Plenty of room for everyone!

The condo was clean and it was great that we had separate rooms with kitchenettes and bathrooms. We were able to go on our own and relax. It was perfect driving distance from Universal. Would recommend it for a large family or families traveling together.

Winter Getaway

Traveled with 5 business associates to Orlando for the International Builders Show. This property was an excellent choice for this stay because of the close proximity not only the Convention Center but also to many attractions and eating venues. We found this condo wonderful. It was so spacious with all of the bedrooms and bathrooms plus the kitchen, dining area and sitting and TV viewing area. We found it to be clean and in very good shape. The view from the 5th floor of this property was also excellent. Would stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Beautiful and comfortable condo!

This is a very nice, comfortable and spacious condo. We rented all three suites in the condo and had plenty of room for our crew of 8. The hot tubs in the bathrooms were great. Beds were comfortable, with pillow tops on all of the beds. Housekeeping was helpful and did a great job. Resort has plenty of things to occupy the whole family . Very close to tons of attractions also. If you have anyone looking for a little adrenaline kick, try the sling-shot just across I-4. Free shuttle to surrounding attractions was a big bonus! Only complaint was the lack of internet. But the resort is being expanded and a line was hit during this construction. Hopefully this will be corrected soon.

We stayed twice on this property. First stay was for two nights. It was clean and it accommodated our family of 14 easily. Very spacious for everybody to spead out have have room for themselves. Loved that there was a full kitchen and washer and drier. We checked out for 4 days for the Disney Cruise came back and checked in again. This unit was much nicer. The furniture was newer and nicer. But i did kill 4 roaches in that unit myself. So not sure if any of the other 13 members of the family killed any. The unit mirrored the other unit. Basically the main unit is two bedrooms - one bedroom with king bed and second bedroom with two full beds, living room, dining area, full kitchen and two full bath and a jacuzzi in the master bedroom. Across the hall is an adjoining suite with a king bed, pull out queen sofa, kitchenette, full bath and jacuzzi. Up a spiral staircase from the main unit there is another joining unit that has a king bed, queen pull out sofa, kitchenette, jacuzzi and full bath. There was tons of recreational things to do on the property but we spent some much time at the theme parks that we nevers used any. The staff were all helpful. The day we checked in after the cruise. We checked in at 10:00 and they had a room open and allowed us to check in early before we hit Universals. Didn't have to wait until 4pm. Parking was free which is a plus. The complimentary shuttles runs on a schedule- 3 times in the morning going and 3 times in the evening returning. There were very helpful especially since we had to try and get all 12 people on the same bus. Overall happy with the stay.
