Aloha! Benvenuti in un altro membro esclusivo del Platinum Maui Vacation Ohana! Tutte le ville in questo programma hanno nomi hawaiani. Questa Kapalua Bay Villa ha un nome ibrido unico misto a hawaiano e spagnolo, Hale Un Lugar Celestial, che si traduce in inglese "Home in a Heavenly Place".

Questa villa, un'unit�� terminale a livello del suolo, è stata lanciata sul mercato nel dicembre 2015 dopo molti aggiornamenti all'interno e all'esterno dell'edificio.

** Si prega di notare che una tassa di pulizia di $ 185 + 4. 16% di accise sarà addebitato per Hale Un Lugar Celestial.

Questa villa si trova nell'edificio 25 nella parte inferiore della Ocean Front del complesso Kapalua Bay Villa. Ha subito numerosi aggiornamenti interni supervisionati da Pro One Inc, noti per i loro disegni personalizzati a livello "Platinum".

Hale Un Lugar Celestial è una villa con 1 camera da letto e ha circa 1118 piedi quadrati di spazio abitabile, inclusi i 125 piedi quadrati aggiunti quando uno dei balconi della camera da letto principale era chiuso all'interno. L'area patio esterno o lanai, è un ulteriore 379 mq. Questa è una unità finale con l'ingresso al piano terra con nuovi armadi in bambù e ripiani in granito personalizzati nella cucina ristrutturata. Il bagno di polvere al piano di sotto ha una doccia piastrellata espansa abbastanza grande per ospiti extra o famiglia allargata. C'è un ampio soggiorno e sala da pranzo con un arredamento eclettico ma di qualità in stile isola infuso con i comfort moderni come il nuovo TV LED da 60 "e DVD Blu-ray. La camera da letto principale e il bagno sono al piano superiore al secondo piano senza altre unità sopra e solo un muro di cemento denso condiviso su un lato. Questa planimetria permette all'ospite di svegliarsi al mattino e godere di una splendida vista sull'oceano dal comfort del tuo comodo letto king size intagliato a mano. L'unica cosa tra te e l'oceano è la piscina di fronte all'oceano, una delle 3 piscine in questo complesso. Tutte le piscine dispongono di griglie e angoli cottura a gas "Weber" a gas-b-q per il vostro uso. Il tuo accesso a questa amenità chiusa e controllata è MOLTO conveniente! C'è anche un meraviglioso sentiero costiero di fronte all'oceano che è parallelo al litorale appena oltre i terreni.

We had a beautiful Christmas at this villa! It had everything we needed, and the views were spectacular! The location was great, next to the pool, and trails, walking distance to napili bay, and all of our favorite resturants. Check in, and communication was seamless! We hope to come back every year, and cant wait to stay here again!

Excellent location

Great location, and waking up to view of ocean from bed was a delight! Moments to coastal walking path and another few minutes in either direction to sandy beaches. Property was very clean, comfortable and spacious.

Great location for golf and exploring

We found this unit comfortable and well outfitted for our needs. Enjoyed the views over the water and walking the trail.along the water's edge. Spectacular. Easy access to good restaurants too!

The location and views are fantastic! The condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, and boogie boards. Dave is extremely responsive, and took care of everything we needed!

Beautiful location

Beautiful location. The Kapalua Coastal Trail was steps away from the condo and very easy to navigate. The condo was gorgeous and had everything we needed. We enjoyed Taverna & the Sea House restaurants and close proximity to Lahaina. Highly recommend !

Beautiful property

The property is excellent. Beautifully remodeled and great location-close to pool and trail in the complex, and close to some of the best beaches for swimming and snorkeling. This has got to be one of the best units available in the Bay Villas.

Perfect spot for a quiet west shore getaway

My family and I had an unforgettable time in this place. The location relative to the pool, cliffs, beaches was absolutely perfect. Having the Montage next door was also a bonus for dining out and wandering the property. The community is extremely quiet and peaceful, and the grounds are gorgeous. I would highly recommend this complex and unit to any family of four.

Great location, comfortable and attractive condo

Just as described: ocean views, nice pool right out front, updated decor, good space for a couple. We used the barbeque grills at the pool twice, and it was easy. Comfortable bed, roomy master bath. Loved having the Coastal Trail so close for walking. Kapalua is an upscale area with a beautiful beach. Easy to walk to the Montage or Ritz Carlton for their restaurants.

Our Perfect Stay

My wife and I have stayed in many condos up and down the West side of Maui. Without a doubt this is the best we have rented thru VRBO. While it may not be the best for a family with children, as a couple it was perfect. The pictures on VRBO are very accurate as to what you will have. The area is quiet and and pools are great. The kitchen has a of the necessary items for meal preparation. Communications with the property manager, Dave, was great. I cannot comment on other condos at the Bay Villas, but this one will be our go to stay location when we return to paradise. We will be back!

10 year anniversary

We stayed here 10 years ago for our wedding and we knew we'd come back to Maui for our anniversary. This time we brought our 2 kids and I was so excited to find the same exact villa we stayed in before. We stayed in a hotel our first 2 nights, and realized that you can't beat the privacy of this unit. Having no upstairs or downstairs neighbors is essential when you have kids that are excited to be in Maui. The beach was a short walk and the pool is just steps away. I could not have been happier that we got lucky with this location 10 years ago and that we were able to find it again.

Nestled in a serene corner of Maui, our stay at this property offered more than just luxury—it was an escape into a tropical haven. The quiet, semi-private beach provided a tranquil retreat, and the ocean view showcased jumping, playing whales, adding a magical touch to each day. A stroll to the sacred labyrinth by Dragon’s Teeth added a spiritual and cultural dimension, making our experience not only luxurious but also culturally enriching. There are excellent dining options within walking distance or a short drive away. Located on the west side of Maui, it's worth noting that you may need to add an extra hour for travel to major attraction tours. Nevertheless, this property is a true gem for those seeking a harmonious blend of natural beauty and upscale comfort.

Excellent Location on Kapalua Coastal Trail

We’ve stayed at the Kapalua Ridge Villas several times and had good experiences but wanted to try Kapalua Bay Villas this time around and glad we did. This condo was steps away from the stunning Kapalua Coastal Trail which we walked several times a day to get to the beach, Merriman’s, Pickleball courts, the Ritz, golf, or the Honolua Store. It’s also right at the small pool and grills that overlook the ocean. The condo was well appointed, nicely updated, and had a great AC. Although one bedroom, the downstairs does provide privacy if you have another guest sleeping on the pull out sofa, complete with a small, but full second bathroom also downstairs. Professional and friendly manager that promptly answered questions. The Kapalua Bay/Kapalua Ridge Villas are an absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained complex. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo and location

Dave was great to work with and everything went smooth. This condo was a few minutes drive or shuttle from three great beaches or a 10-15 minute walk. There is a beach just a few minutes walk but only safe at high tide. Great trail along the coast right outside the condo and bbqs at the pool. Our only recommendations for the condo itself are to replace the washer and dryer and maybe stock with plastic cups since glass is not allowed in the pool area. We were there 11 days and needed the washer and dryer to work properly - they were on the fritz and were only told once we showed up. I would only recommend for two people or three people max as the pull out couch was not comfortable and creaks when you move so our daughter just slept on the couch itself, which worked out fine. Overall we had a really good time and would rate location and amenities a 5 and condo a strong 4 because of the washer and dryer.

Aloha Jason, Mahalo for taking the time to leave a comprehensive review with some good 5 star pros and unfortunately a few cons you experienced while staying with us. Even though the washer dryer combo is less than 4 years old we have ordered a new set because this set although not cheap has been very disappointing. To make up for that we have been offering our guest an inclusive laundry service by our own personnel until the new set arrives. The new set is the best available the laundry space allows. I appreciate your bringing it to my attention that we need to bring in a new set of plastic cups, I was not aware we were short on those. We find that they often disappear; we think they are often left at the pool and bbq areas by our vacationing guests inadvertently of course. As you see in our many 5 star reviews, we do our best to provide an awesome experience with little to no shortcomings. We will most certainly continue to do so and look forward to accommodating more happy guests with more 5 star reviews to come!

Very well equipped - 3 sizes of coolers for beach/road trip, beach chairs, boogie boards, fins, beach umbrella, beach/pool towels, great near new gas grills (at pool right in front of condo), kitchen bowls, pots&pans, drip coffee maker, patio furniture, free shuttle around Kapalua area incl Kapalua and Napoli beaches, easy and very handy parking at condo, very quiet. Amazing landscaping, great access to boardwalk to Montage Hotel-Fleming Beach. We hated to leave after 11 nights (Nov /Dec 2022)

Gorgeous Property! Amazing Location- had everything we could have wanted!

We LOVED this property. It was filled with every amenity we needed, the washer and dryer are a HUGE plus! The neighborhood was super quiet and lovely! The area is not super kid friendly, which was perfect for us, but the Ritz property is a close walk and there were kids everywhere. The property manager is very professional and responsive. We would absolutely stay there again!
