Casa perfetta per una famiglia numerosa o due per divertirsi. Ski in / out di questa casa lato pendio privato. Nelle giornate più calde, goditi la piscina della comunità, il lago e l'accesso al fiume Delaware. Camera da letto principale del re, doppia camera da letto a rotelle (4 gemelli) e divano letto queen-size nel soppalco al secondo piano. Il piano principale dispone di 1 camera King e 1 camera da letto matrimoniale. Camino a gas situato nel soggiorno al piano principale collegato alla sala da pranzo / sole sovradimensionato con vista panoramica della pista.
Il livello più basso ha ulteriore camera da letto / sala giochi con 2 letti singoli e divano letto estraibile. Ski room con panchine e scaffali per tutte le attrezzature. Terzo bagno completo. C'è anche un bar completo con 14 posti, tv a schermo piatto, shuffleboard e tavolo da poker. Una piattaforma circonda il piano principale della casa con vista sulle montagne e sulle piste da sci. Puoi parlare con i bambini dal ponte mentre risalgono il pendio sugli ascensori. Sotto il ponte è un camino all'aperto e forno a legna per pizza. Questa casa è perfetta per 2 o 3 famiglie. Questa casa sarà affittata solo a famiglie o gruppi più anziani. I giovani che cercano una casa per le feste non hanno bisogno di informarsi. Le sistemazioni per la notte sono più adatte per una combinazione di 6-8 adulti e 6-8 bambini al massimo. I biglietti dell'ascensore non sono inclusi. Riceverai uno sconto del 25% sui biglietti dell'ascensore con i pass per i servizi. 8 pass per tutti i servizi inclusi nel noleggio. Very nice place to stay. It’s about 20 minutes from the closest store so plan accordingly. The Greeley Grill which is located inside the Valero gas station is decent.

Annual Masthope trip

We visit Masthope every year and it never disappoints! This house was nice and cozy with tons of communal space and large bedrooms. Communication with the hosts was easy. Joanne is super friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here. We will again in the near future!

Beautiful spacious perfect home

We just got back from spending four nights at this beautiful ski in , ski out house on the mountain. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. The owner was a pleasure to work with, and answered all questions promptly. We will definitely be back. The community is great and the skiing was so much fun. The restaurant on site has great food and live music.

Fun for everyone

Plenty of space, clean, property manager had good communication. Outdoor pizza oven was wonderful. We were able to cook pizzas and relax on the lower and upper outdoor porch areas. Nice large table for eating or sitting and relaxing indoors as well. Having a full bathroom on each floor was very useful. I would stay here again for sure.

Family getaway

We all had a great time. Outdoor fireplace and pizza oven was a big hit. Kids each enjoyed making their own pizza. Fully stocked firewood. Communication with owner was good. Downstairs bar and game table was fun. Only issue for us was there was no outdoor yard for the kids to run around. The community amenities were great. Pool and beach area was great.

We had an amazing stay! Gregg was incredibly accommodating and always quick to respond to questions, providing thorough and helpful information from the start. The house itself is absolutely amazing; perfect for a ski weekend. After full days of skiing, the kids loved being able to come and go easily with the convenient slope access. Evenings were a blast playing games at the bar area and gathering around the large dining table. There was more than enough space for our large group, and the different sleeping areas allowed for plenty of privacy. My husband even made incredible pizza in the brick oven!I also want to note that everyone we encountered—from the POA workers to the lift and lodge staff—was pleasant, kind, and welcoming. Overall, it was an awesome experience and a perfect ski weekend. Highly recommend!

Gregg and Joanne were very responsive and helpful. They answered questions and addressed concerns in a timely and helpful manner. The home is so comfortable, each room with great beds and mattresses, linens, abundance of great games, user friendly direction's fore pizza oven and so much more! This home radiates the perfect vibe for families and groups to bond. The downstairs has everything and then some with the beautiful bar fully equipped with anything a bartender might need. Although we did not get a chance to use the outdoor fireplace and pizza oven.. the idea of it was fun! The speakers, the screens, supplies for indoor outdoor activities, this home is ideal for creating lasting memories and good times!

Perfect getaway for the holidays!

My family was looking for a new place to go for Thanksgiving weekend as a fresh start after we suffered some losses. We didn’t start seriously looking until October and we’re thrilled to be able to find something that could accommodate all of us (9+) for four days. The photos of the property and other reviews really sold us to give this place a shot. We’re so glad we did! Not only did Gregg communicate everything we needed to know, he was incredibly responsive. The pictures were beautiful but didn’t even do the space justice! The open floor plan on the main level was the perfect space - whether you were relaxing by the fireplace, prepping Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen or setting the table in the dining room - we were able to all still be together. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious enough to prepare Thanksgiving dinner for a large crew. The oversized dining room table ensured we could all sit together, a first for us! Everyone also enjoyed the wrap around porch, the bar area downstairs and most of all, the outdoor fireplace! It was really nice to sit outside with the fire going (and the heater when it was really chilly). We brought some firewood, but it was awesome to have so much cut and readily available - we got to enjoy the fireplace much more because of it. I have already started thinking about other groupings I could bring out to stay at Gregg’s place. It was a wonderful space for Thanksgiving for my holiday and I highly recommend it as a destination for gatherings if you have a large group! Gregg is a fantastic host and we were beyond thrilled with the rental.

Joanne and Gregg were wonderful hosts. They were so helpful and answered our every question promptly. The house is large with plenty of space for everyone and the amenities in the community were fun for families. We had a great stay.

Family and Friends annual trip

We came for our annual rafting trip on the water gap with a group of friends and family. Everyone had such a great time and enjoyed the house and the community. We would definitely be staying here again and I highly recommend this house to anyone with a group of 10-12 adults.

Fun ski weekend

Perfect house for a ski weekend. Gregg is an excellent host. Gave us a ton of useful information and was responsive, patient, and helpful. Very convenient location adjacent to the Lower Thundercloud trail at Ski Big Bear. We walked through a footpath in the backyard and the slope/lifts were right there. Hopefully we will be coming back soon!

We loved walking into a nice and clean house. Gregg was always available to answer any questions I had. We enjoyed watching the ski lifts from the deck in the back. We would re-book without hesitation.

Great house in beautiful area

This house was everything we wanted and more. It was very clean, even prettier than the pictures, had a well stocked kitchen, plenty of games and things to do, and more than enough space for our group. The pizza oven was so much fun and we never would have tried it had the owner not sent such detailed instructions and tips on how to use it. We had a great visit and hope to return next year!
