We had a wonderful stay at this home on Oak Leaf Lane. We had one problem and they were so fast to fix it. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely.stay here again!

The house is very nice, the hosts are super easy to work with and didn't bother us at all, only answered and helped whenever we called on them.

Great Property

Perfect for a large group! Yard coild have used a small clean up but the house and amenities were perfect. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Family get together

This was a great property for our family. We loved the space and outdoor area. Lots of different activities in the yard. We had a great time and would rent it again.

Great House for Group

This is a good size house for a group. Plenty of separate spaces so that people could stay up late while others slept without any problems! I would absolutely stay again! Thank you!

This is a nice property within a 15 minute drive to the strip.

The house is very clean, spacious and the backyard is beautiful. We were able to utilize the swimming pool and spa in early January which was a huge plus! Communication with the owner was great! I always received a quick response to any questions I had. I highly recommend this home!

Awesome house with lots of amenities

This is the perfect house for a big family. The pool outside had a nice ambience and well taken care of. Our boys definitely enjoyed the amazing game room and the putting green. Kitchen is fully stocked with the necessities and location is centralized to all the places we needed to go. We had an amazing time!!! Thanks for letting us use your house as our home for the week.

Great Experience

We stayed here last April and absolutely loved our time here. The backyard pool area is fabulous. House was immaculate and perfect for our family which consisted of married couples and small kids. The neighborhood was super quiet. Grocery shopping was close. 15 minutes to downtown in an Uber which we did often. It exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend it.

LOVED THIS HOUSE!

We stayed here for our annual girls trip this year and this place truly exceeded my expectations (which were high from the online photos). It is not far from the strip at all 10-20 min depending on traffic. The house is as nice or nicer than the online photos. It is very clean - both inside and outside. The beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen and game room are stocked with everything you need including an unlimited supply of top of the line glassware. The outside area is amazing - heated pool with beautiful lighting, a waterfall and blue tooth speakers for your music. The owner was really nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend this house. I will most definitely stay here again!

Las Vegas 21st

This place is fantastic if you are looking for a central location to either strip and all activities this is your house. Jason always answers the phone with any questions you have and was extremely helpful. Pool is awesome for a group, the waterfall makes the experience so much better really top notch backyard. Putting green was very cool as well for a group of golf fanatics, over the top! this house has everything you want in a rental if you are going with a large group or just a family. I will be telling my other friends about this house as well so they may enjoy the experience. Jason and team well done to all of you! Michael

Great stay, make it even better.

We rented this house with 8 men. It was a wonderful stay with a few comments. The pool needs attention. The waterfall had algae growth and the remote control was nowhere to be found. The outdoor furniture was in a lesser condition. We have lived outside a lot. The furniture could use an upgrade outside. Only been inside for sleeping and cooking. The tiles and overall impression outside is fair to mediocre. The beds are fantastic. The house is wonderfully large. Sufficient refrigerators, crockery and storage. Air conditioner works well in the house. Wi-Fi too. The neighborhood was fine too. Not bothered by anyone. Supermarket a few minutes by car. The strip can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

Great Party House

10 girlfriends flew into Vegas to celebrate a Bachelorette Party. We are in our 40s and 50s so we were looking for a house that supported a lot of women comfortably. Upstairs was great for around 8 women as there are 3 bathrooms. Downstairs only had one bathroom so this was an issue for a couple of ladies that stayed downstairs and had to share with not only quite a few women, but also as the only bathroom on the main floor, everyone that needed it without wanting to go upstairs. The pool area was fantastic! Lots of space to layout. A deep pool for diving and swimming (not good for kids unless constantly supervised). The waterfall was great and the palapa provided nice shade while in the pool. The party room was so much fun! We played billiards, cards, and fully enjoyed the bar. The colorful LED lighting was fun and created a party atmosphere. The large table in the dining room was wonderful for our fancy sit down dinner. Most girls enjoyed coffee and mimosas at the breakfast table in the kitchen. There were plenty of fridges for food and drinks. Multiple Keurigs and coffee makers. Spots for the ladies to find quiet and read or relax while others partied. I am a local so I felt that the neighbors were quiet and it was a safe neighborhood. I am a local so there was plenty of parking for all. You are NOT close to the strip or downtown so you must plan time and money for transportation. There are many liquor stores, grocery stores, and Dollar stores close by. Fantastic stay!

Not Worth Price

I was not going to post a review since the bad outweighs the good but my dad owns a vacation rental and he encouraged me to do so. The good - communication with property team, they were very responsive, the son was amazing and helpful when we arrived. He helped us get our luggage upstairs while the cleaning crew was still cleaning from the renters before us. Bad: way too many rules. They require 1,000 as a deposit but also require you to purchase an insurance policy for $99 as well. It covers up to 5k in damages if I remember correctly. They don’t provide toilet paper and you will get charged for using their washcloths if you wear makeup. They are white but as my father stated, buy dark colors for your guests. Pans were horrible and everything we cooked stuck to them. What caused me to book this property was the outdoor “oasis.” The pictures don’t compare to what we encountered. It was very dirty, the lawn chairs were all over the place, golf turf was worn and dirty. We came across animal feces as well. Overall, it was overpriced for the experience. It’s relatively close to the strip but not the safest neighborhood. I would not stay here again. Pains me to say that because the people are nice but for over 5k it’s not worth it.

Good for large families

The property is as described. Overall it is nice and comfortable, however it is in the state of decline and will need some attention soon. Communication. Prior to arrival we were told that someone else was exiting the house the day we checked in and there was no chance of checking in early due to cleaning. We arrived to the house about an half hour early and the cleaning crew was not there. We reached out to the manager to see if we could get in a few minutes early (at 330pm) and didn't hear back from them until hours later. The lock was programmed and we got in at 4pm. There were a few items that were not in great shape and according to the contract the manager wanted to be informed about that "immediately" we sent a list of the things not working or broken to the manager upon check in only to get a response hours later that they could send someone out to take a look at the problems and that he was unaware of them because the cleaning crew had been there 3 days prior and didn't report the issues. The items were not deal killers for us but to be told there was someone leaving the day we arrived only to find out the house was vacant for days is frustrating. The house was clean and stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes. The beds were comfortable and clean. The furniture was in good shape. Some of the outdoor stuff was in poor shape, ping pong table and equipment was in bad shape and the pool area has a bunch of broken tile and looks worn and dated. We never heard any of the neighbors or had any problems, we also go to bed early. There are several levels to the house and would probably be difficult for someone that is physically impaired. Even though there was a little communication gap and the place is going to need a little updating soon I would consider staying there again.

The home was lovely and accommodated us for a full month and several friends who visited. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, which is key. The owner was very responsive to some concerns we had at the beginning of our stay and brought us some outside supplies to use to keep us the massive outdoor space clean. We LOVED the pool area and used it daily. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and relaxing

My family and I just wrapped up our stay at this beautiful property. The house was set up for entertaining a crowd larger than the 4 of us, so we had lots of room to spread out. Our boys, 8 & 10, adored the pool! When they weren’t doing virtual school they were outside swimming. We had to contact management a few times during our stay and they we’re always very responsive! We would definitely stay at this property again.
