questa casa vacanze si trova a Las Vegas, in Summerlin South, e vanta una posizione strategica in montagna. A livello culturale, Colosseum presso Caesars Palace e The Cosmopolitan Casino sono due tappe assolutamente da non perdere. Tra le altre principali attrazioni della zona ci sono anche ARIA Resort & Casino e Torre Eiffel di Las Vegas. Las Vegas Festival Grounds è un'ottima idea per una serata fuori; da non perdere anche Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay, meta gettonatissima. Divertiti in acqua grazie a una delle tante iniziative sportive della zona, ad esempio nuoto, se invece preferisci stare lontano dall'acqua ti aspettano attività come arrampicata su roccia, passeggiate panoramiche e mountain bike nearby.

From the mountains of Colorado, we truly enjoy the ability to get away to the warmer, more moderate temperatures of the desert. Robin hails from CA while Ken is a native of Oregon. We have enjoyed this home with our family for over 20 years and have hosted many, many returning guests.
Perché ha scelto questa struttura
Our Father lived in Vegas many years ago and as a young family of 5 we visited him often. He showed us a different side of life there, very different from our rural Colorado norm. Aside from the main attractions people flock to the area for, we found safe and quiet suburban neighborhoods with spectacular landscaping, parks, trails and many venues for family activities. Everything in Summerlin was accessible, clean and so well thought out. We discovered the cost of a Vegas getaway to be affordable, with many local options for entertainment away from the Strip. We wanted to create and provide an opportunity for families like us to enjoy what we happily discovered in Vegas so long ago. When looking for a vacation rental, we viewed countless options. We wanted a home that was spotless and in a great location. A private pool and spa was also a must so that we could enjoy being present at the property and not have to venture out to find relaxation. Proximity to nightlife, gaming, shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities were also requirements. With this beautiful home, we have it all and invite you to come and enjoy it as well!
Cosa rende unica questa struttura
We fell in love with the pristine condition of this home; from the simple yet inviting back yard with pool, spa and BBQ to the well designed floor plan which creates multiple separate and common living spaces for maximum privacy. The cool decking makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors in the hottest of Vegas summer conditions. The yard is xeriscaped to keep precious water consumption at a minimum. We started with a blank canvas inside and were able to employ the services of a professional to help create an oasis for visitors in which to nest. Because we visit often, we are continually updating and refreshing our home to make it as complete as possible for our guests. We believe we have thought of everything to truly make this your home away from home!
