Questa nuova casa era finita a dicembre 2015 e si trova nella parte ovest della Squaw Valley a circa un minuto dagli impianti di risalita. L'interno di questa nuova casa è molto accogliente e invitante che assomiglia chalet punteggiato tutto l'arco alpino. La casa è di circa 1600 piedi quadrati con 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, un bagno e mezzo, e una sala multimediale. Tutti gli elettrodomestici e gli arredi sono molto di fascia alta. Nessun dettaglio è stato trascurato.

Tutti i pavimenti delle zone giorno sono realizzati in legno vecchio fienile riciclato. I soffitti sono anche legno di recupero da un edificio di base navale costruito nel 1908 nella Bay Area. Tutti gli apparecchi sono di fascia alta per l'inquilino più esigenti; frigorifero Liebherr, lavastoviglie Bosch, e Bertazzoni fornello / forno in cucina, tutti i rubinetti Hans Grohe e arredi da bagno e TV 4K di Sony nella zona soggiorno e camera matrimoniale. Il riscaldamento è fornito dal camino a gas Mendota e dal sistema di riscaldamento forzato dell'aria centrale. Tutti i letti sono nuovo di zecca materassi / biancheria / cuscini. Tutti gli asciugamani sono nuovo di zecca. Tutti i ripiani sono in granito. Vi è una sala multimediale supplementare con 60 "televisione e divano. Il parcheggio è sulla strada, che si trova in fondo i passaggi della foto. Due massimo auto è consentito. No garage è disponibile per qualsiasi auto.

Per l'estate, abbiamo 2-4 adulti di dimensioni moto da crociera a vostra disposizione.

Abbiamo tutto per i vostri bambini e piccoli: Pac n teatrali, ringhiera per lato del letto inferiore a castello, seggioloni, passeggino doppio Bob, pacchetto Dueter bambino indietro, cancello bambino, giocattoli, libri, giochi.

Master camera da letto: New Hotel Collection materasso / cuscini / lenzuola su un nuovo letto matrimoniale Sundance re. Nuovo piumone e piumino. Armadio e cassettiera per la conservazione. Maestro bagno ha pavimenti riscaldati e cabina doccia con due docce. 40 "televisore Sony 4K e diffusori a soffitto

Il Villaggio a Squaw Valley è di circa un minuto di distanza. È possibile raggiungere a piedi il villaggio in circa 5 minuti. La pista ciclabile corre accanto alla strada principale a Squaw Valley, e ha una fantastica vista di Squaw Valley Meadows e Squaw Creek.

In The Village at Squaw Valley ci sono molti negozi e ristoranti; wine bar, sushi bar, bistrot, pizza e cucina raffinata. Si può prendere la funivia del tram fino a Campo Alto per una splendida vista di fiori selvatici, affacciata sul Lago Tahoe, e sentieri escursionistici.

We had a lovely two night stay at this awesome home. The place was beautifully furnished, beds super comfortable, plenty of room for a two families. Kitchen was well stocked and location was great.

Gorgeous property!

We had 2 families staying here and it was a very well-appointed and clean place. It has such a great mountain casual but high-end vibe. The beds are SO comfortable and we loved having the media room to spread out in. The kitchen is a bit small for cooking with a large group but is very well equipped. Loved that we could seat 8 at the table and enjoy dinner together. Owners were very responsive to a few things that came up which is always appreciated.

Fabulous home in Olympic Valley

Everything about Luca and Alisa's home is first-class. Not only is the house stunningly built and beautiful, our experience as guests was lovely. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed as was every other room. Truly, they have thought of everything in order to make an enjoyable visit. And the location...just a short walk to the village. Just wonderful! Thank you so much, we had an amazing time and hope to be back soon.

The home was beautiful, everything top quality. Definitely would stay again. Our hosts were so kind (the most delicious fresh bread and adult drinks for when we arrived) and helpful (sharing local beaches).

We rented this property for 6 adults to attend a wedding in the village. It is stocked with everything you would need. They have utilized the space so well. So clean, well kept and comfortable. We will be back!

This little place has everything you need. It’s a 1/2 mile walk to the village. It is a hike back up the mountain on the way back, but my kids enjoyed it. Loved the large family room.

Always a great stay. Alisa and Luca as usual have an awesome place. Clean, high end, very convenient with the Mountaineer app. Our 3rd stay with them and won’t be out last!!!!

Wonderful stay - high end amenities

Gorgeous build with high end finishes on everything. Owners pay attention to small details that add to a positive experience. A nice touch was having coffee and cocktail fixing already waiting for us! Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were quite comfortable. Gas fireplace was very enjoyable. Owners live next door and were very responsive. We had friends in the unit above the garage which was also equally as nice. The Mountaineer Shuttle service to ski was easy and made getting to the mountain a breeze without having to move the car.

Excellent location, great layout to the property. Impressed with how well outfitted the kitchen is. As an family who likes to cook, its important to us that the knives are sharp and there is more than a single pot and pan! This property exceeded all our expectations.

Wonderful stay!

The rental property was top-notch — from the appliances to the kitchen ware to the furnishings. Everything was super clean and in like-new condition. It is not a large place, but the space is so well organized, there was plenty of room for eight of us to spread out. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Home!

My family and I were able to spend a few days at this modern and beautiful home. The property has everything you need to cook and be comfortable. The property is close to Olympic village. You can either walk or take a short drive. North Lake Tahoe and Truckee are easily accessible from this property. I highly recommend for those visiting North Lake Tahoe.

Affordable Luxurious Experience

Everything about the property and the experience was beautiful. There are so many luxurious details like the heated floors, high-end kitchen cabinets, TV/ audio hookups, and the overall feel of the home. The hosts went above and beyond to give us what we needed and more. They left us complimentary drinks and offered us so many things to make our stay more pleasurable like beach towels and chairs, toddler toys, and many other things. The space was extremely clean and well-kept. They were also quick to answer questions. 5 stars all around!!

Convenient location and modern house with everything you need

This was a great house for a family looking to be close to the mountain and avoid the ski traffic. We had our 4.5 year old twin girls and then the grandparents so a total of 6 in the house. The girls loved all the toys, the big playroom and the bunk beds. The house was updated with top of the line kitchen and bathrooms and was well stocked. The fridge was stocked with some essentials which is always an added bonus. The hosts were very friendly and accomodating.

What a magical stay. This beautiful home was a delight to stay in. The owners are so thoughtful and even had a bottle of wine for us when we checked in. We loved our stay so much, we extended to stay longer. I’ve worked in the resort industry for 20+ years and am extremely particular. We found this home to be perfectly clean, comfortable beds, beautiful modern decor, well stocked kitchen, sharp knives. They even set out baskets of toys in the playroom that kept our boys (4 and 6) busy for hours. I love to cook and everything I needed was there. The location couldn’t be better. Just a few min from Squaw Valley and the home backs up to forest with hiking trails with amazing views. The hosts are amazing communicators and were available to answer all questions big and small. Thank you for a delightful experience. !

Clean/Well Stocked/Beautiful Property

We just returned from a 6 night stay at the property. My family and I are sort of clean freaks and this place delivered. In addition, the craftsmanship of the home is really great. It’s obvious a great amount of time and thought was put into building this cabin. The materials that were chosen are perfect for the setting. All of this combined with modern features including the entertainment systems and the kitchen appliances (washer and dryer are front loaders and very new) were a welcomed bonus. The linens and beds were also of high quality. The place is centrally located, yet still has a great amount of privacy. The owners being locals, know what items people will need, and have provided them. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, BBQ, and a full set of kitchen accessories. Being it was during the time of the covid outbreak during our stay we chose to cook all of our meals in the well-organized kitchen. We were only a party of 4 but the place could easily accommodate 8. The owner was available and responded quickly to text however, gave us all the space we wanted. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
