Questo duplex di nuova costruzione ha tutto! Questa bella casa offre 3 camere da letto e 4 bagni completi.

Un duplex a due piani con entrambi i livelli che offre ampio spazio di vita. Il livello più basso offre una camera matrimoniale con letto king size e bagno privato. Vi è un ampio spazio di vita al piano inferiore con porte che conducono fuori alla piscina e cucina esterna e zona pranzo. Vi è un secondo, bagno completo al livello del suolo che ha accesso diretto alla piscina.

Il livello superiore delle case offre una molto spaziosa, open space con soffitti a volta. La cucina all'avanguardia ha tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici per soddisfare tutte le tue esigenze di cottura.

L'ampio soggiorno offre un sacco di luce naturale e di porte che conducono al balcone lato acqua. Il secondo piano vanta una lussuosa suite padronale con bagno privato. Un'altra camera per gli ospiti e bagno per gli ospiti si trovano su questo piano e una lavanderia.

Questa casa ha anche accesso al Cabana Club; la sua spiaggia privata, grande piscina, bar e grill.

Great time. Beautiful house, had everything we needed. Nice dock with fish cleaning table. Pool was great to cool off in after being on the boat. Plenty of parking. Hope to stay there again. Thank you.

Great Stay

House was in a great location. Very spacious. Pool was perfect from coming in off the water all day. Easy and quick to get out to the Atlantic or bay side. Marina very close with bait.

The home is located in Marathon and is close to everything you would like to visit and some of the best restaurants in the keys. The heated pool was and added pleasure.

Great house,pool size was perfect,wish I had my boat there .Needs cushions for outdoor lounge chairs,shows them in pictures but there aren't any there. I have rented with Leslie many times in the the past,always a good experience

Great House in a Great Community

This house looks exactly as pictured. It is very modern and clean. It fit three couples comfortably with the ability to feel like you could spread out. The pool is great and you should make sure to have it heated if you’re staying when the water is not the warmest. Having the Cabana Club passes was also a bonus! This community is a great place to stay. Everyone is really friendly. There is construction still happening around the island but they have done a great job getting everything back up and running. Overall, it was a great vacation. We would stay in this house again, which says a lot for us!

Bucolic Hideaway

The pictures are spot on. This is about the nicest rental out of many in which we have had the pleasure of vacationing. It is well appointed, on a lovely canal with two decks and a fun size pool. I recommend bringing your boat and renting if you dont have one. This stay was made complete using the personal dock right out front for daily outings all over the Gulf and Atlantic. We will be back.

We absolutely loved this location, the house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We enjoyed having a deck attached to the backyard for our boat. We had a manatee come right up to the dock. Thank you so much.

Really liked it

My husband and I really liked the unit. I especially liked the space for the price, the pool, access to the cabana club, the location across from the golf course, and the fact that the building is fairly new. I felt the cloth furniture could have been vacuumed; it would be nicer if the unit had keyless entry rather than physical keys that have to be picked up and dropped off at the property manager location; and the unit could be stocked with better pots and pans for those who want to cook in the unit. Also note that the unit only comes with starter trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels. When had an issue with the air conditioner and the property manager corrected it right away. If we go back to KCB, we would rent this unit again.

Amazing decor. Perfect for three couples. Own place to be and.great community areas to hang out. Loved it! Definitely have a boat in the keys. Only way to go!

Perfect vacation destination for active families. Enjoyed water sports, beach, and amenities.

Beautifully decorated contemporary and clean home. Loved second floor porch overlooking canal and sparkling pool. The two living areas and large modern kitchen were ideal for family relaxation. We enjoyed short walks to the Cabana Beach Club, Sunset Park, and the Par 3 golf across the street.

This property was better than represented.

This property was better than represented. Clean, comfortable and well furnished. The management team was very professional with their communications and follow through. Although we didn't have any problems, I'm confident they would have taken good care of us. The Marathon/Key Colony area is a friendly/casual life style that we hope to enjoy for many years to come. Beautiful sunsets, beaches and seafood. So bring the kids, bicycles and fishing poles. You will enjoy your visit.

Great

Despite the terrible damage done by Irma, the place was back in good shape and all amenities were there. Very comfortable for multiple couples and kitchen was very spacious for creating great meals.

The house we rented was beautiful – just like the pictures!

The house we rented was beautiful – just like the pictures! The kitchen and 2 living areas were big, so as not to get in each other’s way (there were 6 of us). The kitchen was fully stocked with all the supplies and gadgets we needed to cook dinner. We had rented a boat, so the dock worked out great and the fish cleaning station and sink were very useful! Leslie at American Caribbean was easy to work with –we would definitely use them again when in the area. Thank you very much for your help with renting the property!
